Amazing Pool/Tiki Bar/ Duplex 1/2 Block From The Beach, Near Times Square, Pier

This renovated king bedroom duplex pool home is located on a quiet street very close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square area. With the beach only 1/2 block away you can have the best of both worlds. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor pool, Tiki Bar and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Inside, an open concept living area features a living room with a 65 inch flat screen TV, dining area and a fantastic, well equipped kitchen. Rent the second side for a discounted price and have one large two king bedroom unit.

The King bedroom has a flat screen TV and plenty of storage for your things. The couch in the living room folds out to sleep two more people, sleeping 4 total on that side. There is a lock out door which can be open to the other side which sleeps 3 making the whole home sleep 7 total. If you book both sides the second side is half price except during season and holidays.

Sunshine Nook is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. We furnish, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and bed sheets.

Early check in and late check out can be arranged for $25.00 per hour.

Semi-Private pool and yard, comfortable stay

The good: clean, well apportioned property, great communication with host. Convenient location to beach and Times Square. Very comfortable and relaxing.The only negative was the size of the shower, which is barely large enough for an average sized adult. We would definitely stay again if in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Little Spot to Explore Ft. Myers

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect to explore Ft Myers Beach and easy to in and out of the area when we left the Island. The pool and bar area are great as well. Tess was quick to respond when we had a question and checkin/checkout were super easy. Highly recommend!!

good time, nice quaint place.

I had my two teenage grandsons there and they enjoyed the pool until the wee hours of morning, and the beach was a short walk. Everything is still pretty sad, but they are rebuilding and coming back. Would stay again for sure.

Amazing house and pool!!!!

We had the most amazing time with the pool and the tiki bar. It's a quiet neighborhood, yet close to EVERYTHING Fort Myers Beach has to offer. We will 100% stay here again!!!

Great Time

We have stayed in some good places. This was one of the better ones. Location was perfect house was great pool was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. The option to rent out the second unit is perfect for small group of friends or family.

Perfect for Small group

The property was perfect for my son and I to stay during a tournament. The location was exactly what I was looking for- walking distance and close to beach access and close to restaurants, etc. House had everything we needed for the 2 of us and we loved that another family could stay in connecting room. Pool was good size and everything was clean. Would recommend for a small family or 2 couples.

Summertime 2021

The experience was easy and fun staying here! Just a quick walk from the beach and a lot of fun places on the island! The back patio was a great hangout spot when a break from the beach was needed! Definitely recommend!!

Breathtaking Ocean Views

Cross Estero Blvd to the Delmar Ave beach access. Dog bags and trash can available. Friendly dog people. Moms is just a short walk for cinnamon rolls.

Much needed get away!

Had a wonderful time lounging by the pool everyday! The hubby enjoyed sitting by the tiki bar!!! Beach and Time square is just a short walk from the house, made it convenient not to have to drive many places!! This is our 2nd stay at this Property & most likely not our last!!

Amazing week in Ft. Myers Beach

We loved staying close to the beach and the pool was WARM and clean! I was worried about the devestation in FMB post Hurricane Ian and although it's very much still in the process of being rebuilt, we still had an incredible vacation. The beach was very busy and clean and there are plenty of restaurants open. I'm already planning our next trip back! Don't hesitate to book any of Tess's properties. She is one of the best VRBO hosts I've had.

An adequate place in a great location

This is an adequate duplex with a nice pool. The furnishings and linens are basic. It could use more attention to detail. However, the location is excellent! Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect location

Location is close to Time Square yet far enough to avoid the noise. Still a lot of construction going on but it’s to be expected based on the devastation that the island is trying to overcome. Tess was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Rooms were. Lean and comfortable. Would stay here again.Glad to be able to support the island economy.

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Sunshine Nook, and Sunshine Cove #786984 a king bedroom each side with a lock out door, Tiki bar and pool , Heavenly Tropics, a four king bedroom, three bath, Tiki bar, pool Beach House up two king bedroom, one bath, Beach House Down a two king bedroom, one bath and Paradise Cove #703372 and Paradise Cove II #1347701, located side by side and each sleeping ten with pool, Tiki bar, and canal. We are in Fort Myers Beach all winter. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses and our 10 grandchildren. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers during the summer and we have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out also. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Pictures do not do this property justice! You are close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit on the patio/ Tiki Bar or swim in the heated pool and feel as if you are on a private island. The best part is that you are only 1/2 a block to the beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Sitting under the Tiki Bar/ pool area is magical! The heated pool will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed take a 10 minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops. If you don't want to go that far, take the one minute walk to the beach and enjoy the sun during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money on restaurants with their many daily specials. Or stay at home and cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen or have local fresh shrimp or steaks on the outdoor grille! The duplex with the lock out doors allows for family or friends to rent in the same building. As it makes into two king bedrooms and two baths when the doors are opened.
