This South Padre Island beach house is a comfortable, upscale and beautifully decorated with coastal decor. Offering 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, guests will have plenty of room to relax and unwind while visiting South Padre Island, Tx! This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach. Guests will love hanging out in the backyard which features a private heated pool and newly built hot tub! The backyard is a tropical paradise and the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and loved ones.

The living area, kitchen, and dining area are located on the 2nd floor. The dining table fits 6 people comfortably. Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils groups will need to prepare that perfect family meal! The living area features ample couch seating and a flat screen tv. Guests will enjoy the huge balcony just off the living area.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. This room has a comfy king bed and an ensuite master bathroom featuring a new walk-in shower. There is a guest room located on the second floor which has a queen bed. Even in this little corner of paradise, you will not miss your favorite television shows or the big game; the living room and each adult bedroom are equipped with large flat-screen TVs!

The house has 3 additional bedrooms located on the 1st floor. The guest room with a queen bed and the bunk room share a jack and jill bathroom set up with convenient access form each bedroom. Both these rooms are located next to the pool area. The last bedroom is next to the front entrance door and entails a twin bed, couch, tv, and laundry area.

This vacation rental is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Just a short walk to the beach (5 minutes or less) and you will be on the sandy shoreline of South Padre Island. The whole family will love to spend the day playing in the waves, building sandcastles, and soaking up the warm Texas sun! The house is centrally located on South Padre Island and within walking distance to many local bards, restaurants and the entertainment district. Make your reservation on South Padre Island now!

The place was nice, the rooms were spacious and the location is 1 block from the beach. The heated pool by far best feature, with little kids we could enjoy the pool by night time without worrying about the temperature. We definitely will be back soon!

Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and great location, check in was very easy and SPI communicates very well. One of the rooms on the first floor is a bit stuffy, there isn't an air vent in it, you just have to leave the door open to let the air circulate. The pool was very clean and it was only a 4 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to lots of restraints/bars. Would definitely stay here again!

We would certainly return!

This house worked great for my family (including kids, two sets of grandparents and an aunt!). Plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the heated pool (especially the little kids). One block to the beach - very easy access. If you plan on cooking big meals (we did Thanksgiving), you will need to bring your own large dishes/pots (there is one large stock pot for a shrimp boil, but no large mixing bowls, baking dishes or stove-top pots). We would certainly return!

We enjoyed the house. When we arrived the light/fan over the dining table didn't work. We do puzzles so not having a light there was inconvenient. Also the electric stove burners require flat pans for burners. The ones provided were not adequate to cook well. We cook a lot for meals. Knives were poor quality. However the pool was fantastic for us. The air conditioning was great. The closeness to the beach was very nice. Loved the key pad so we didn't have to keep up with a key. We had a very nice vacation. Thank you!!

Nice house. Great location. Not very clean. Rugs need a deep cleaning, vents were filthy and blankets had been washed in some time. This is our 5th stay in Padre and our last visit to this house it was immaculate.

We loved the house it was everything promised!

We just love South Padre Island ! This was a family vacation and our first time renting a house. Lots of room for everyone and the location was perfect so close to the beach. Modern decor, very easy to feel at home, comfortable beds. Disappointed in the lack of kitchen towels and dish clothes also, had to buy a frying pan one supplied was unusable. The pool was absolutely marvelous our stay was great besides the weather. When dealing with the staff they were friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend this property!

We loved the house! The pool was amazing we would love to stay there again! We purchased a couple small rugs for the pool entrance to the bedroom because there was nothing the tile was slippery when it got wet, so I would recommend some bigger better rugs in that area and maybe one as you come in the front door. Thanks so much for everything and see you again in Feb. 2021!

Good weekend

The house was pretty and big, but we got two noise complaints from nearby neighbors. I understand that there are residents that live in SPI permanently, but it was the weekend and we didn't even have music on. Putting that aside, the weekend as a family was good. The house is big and pretty.

Great location/spacious house

The location of this house was only 1/2 block from the beach! The house was spacious and clean for our large family which was great, everyone had their own space. All enjoyed the spacious back yard and the heated pool. Some things to consider bringing to this older home are: own rugs not only for the 3 restrooms but also for the entry way from the pool, extra bath towels including hand and wash cloths, extra eating utensils, large serving bowls, frying pan, detergent, and oscillating fans for the two bedrooms downstairs as they never cooled enough to be comfortable.

South Padre over Thanksgiving

Great location! Beach and main road with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Great space and pool. We had 12 people with plenty of room to spread out. However, for the price, I expect better. Its a little shabby, dirty and some mold. The bed I slept in was not great. We actually went and bought pillows the next day to try and make it better. With all the fees we ended up paying a lot per night and for that price everything should be perfect.

Great location but house needs a lot of work

The location is great. Walking distance to the beach. Its actually a 4 bedroom house with two makeshift rooms with poor air quality. Designed for 3 couples and kids. The house needs to be updated. TVs are tiny. Lizards in the laundry room. Water heater could not meet the demands of 13 people. Heat setting in the water heater is set so low that only luke warm water comes out. I understand owners want to save on energy costs, but not at the cost of comfort. Property managers were great and tried to accomodate any needs. Would have been better off staying at a hotel for the amount of money spent.

Great location to beach BUT house leaves much to be desired

Great location near the beach BUT so many issues with the house, where do I start? For starters, the house is in dire need of a deep cleaning and updating. Living room was extremely dirty and dusty. The ceiling fans were caked with dust. We had to call management to come clean them. They responded right away and did a good job of fixing that issue. The entire house needs updating...bathroom faucets in all bathrooms were difficult to turn on. The upstairs patio area had wood that is so flimsy and old I was fearful of having my two-year old go out there. Many of the furniture is old, dirty and torn. Throw pillows on couch I would not be caught dead trying to lay my head on them. Patio furniture in pool area was broken and very old. Pool needs plastering..but it was nice that it was heated. The pool alarm to the back door and gate are inoperable so very dangerous if you have kids. The bedroom advertised as a 5th bedroom has no AC, so unless you want to punish one of the kids, no one was able to sleep in there, plus there are no window coverings and it is facing the street. The foosball table is flimsy and not usable. The stairs need hand rails especially if you have little kids or elderly family members. There was a baby gate in one of the closets, so that helped. The house was spacious with plenty of closet space. The washer and dryer were a nice plus. The outside shower came in handy when we came back from the beach. And of course the location was excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay but expected cleaner more updated home for the price we paid.

Perfect for the family

The house sits at a great location for all activities. The beach is 3-5 minutes away, depends on how many things you are caring. You also have the brewery 1 minute away and activities just down the road. House has a nice pool and nice set up all around. Just FYI, make sure to ask host that propane tank is full, in case you plan to bbq.
