This luxurious 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home accommodates 16 and features a private pool for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. We have renovated our garage into a game room. This property offers all you need for a memorable family vacation.

Located in the Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee FL, this gated community offers a fitness center, a splash park, a lazy river, a sports court, and a dock where kayak rentals are available for guests throughout their stay.

Theme parks such as Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, and Disney World are just a 20-minute drive.

The Space

This modern and spacious 6-bedroom house is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. This beautiful home accommodates 16 people comfortably. We have provided a "home away from home" for all of our guests to have the magical Orlando Vacation Home experience.

Featuring six bedrooms each with flat-screen TVs, guests can relax after spending a day in the hot Florida sun or visiting Walt Disney World.

This luxurious vacation home has a bedroom downstairs with a twin bed and a full-sized bed with a shared full-sized bathroom for all to use on the lower level. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper level of the home.

Upstairs bedrooms include:

· King suite features a massive private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub to sit back and enjoy a bubble bath after a long day

· Queen suite with its own private bathroom

· “Princess” bedroom has a twin and a full-sized bed and shared bath

· “Star Wars” themed bedroom with a twin bed and a full-sized bed and shared bath

· Baseball and sports-themed bedroom with both twin and full-sized beds and a shared common area bathroom

There is also an upstairs living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable couches so you can enjoy a nice movie night.

A large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-sized stainless steel appliances awaits you. This helps you save money by dining at your rental property if you prefer.

Our home has its very own private splash pool waiting for you to take a dip in. After a long day of shopping and theme parks there is no better way to unwind and relax.

We made the most of our garage space and created a game room so our guests can enjoy fun times in the privacy of the home. There is a ping pong table and even 2 side-by-side basketball hoops so you and your friends and family can have a friendly competition.

Guest Access

Guests have full use and access to all amenities at Storey Lake Resort.

Storey Lake Resort has a massive community pool area with built-in lazy river and splash park.

For those seeking adventure, there are rental kayaks available. This is a great way to catch the beautiful sunset by the lake and enjoy beautiful Florida nature.

Guests also have access to an incredible fitness center and outdoor sports court so you can stay active while away.

Other Things to Note

Storey Lake Resort has a security gate at one entrance. Please visit the security gate with the address "4878 Romeo Circle" and have your "welcome packet" printed or on your phone when you arrive.

Security staff will print you a voucher that you will scan to get back into the resort. The home’s other entrance has no security gate. That gate remains open during the day and closes in the evening. When it’s closed, there’s a scanner that scans your voucher for access

Interaction with Guests

This home is self-check-in. There is no welcome lobby or anyone to greet you.

Guests receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. As the home’s owner, I live nearby and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues.

We’re happy to heat our private pool at a cost of $45 a day. It must be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival.

Please note, it takes up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival.

All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in. This information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email.

Storey Lake Resort has an incredible fitness center and even an outdoor sports court so you can stay active while away.

The Neighborhood

The best thing about this luxurious home is the LOCATION. We’re close to the area’s most popular theme park, as well as many of Orlando’s best destinations including all of the Disney parks and Disney and shops.

The property is close to everything there is to do in Orlando, including theme parks and world-class dining. Some of the nearby dining locations include:

· Sabor Brasil

· Cafe D’Antonio

A Walmart SuperCenter and a Publix Supermarket are less than a 5-minute drive from the home.

This gated resort property is a family friendly location you’ll be glad you chose for your next vacation.
When you arrive, we ask that you please take a look around and let us know if there is anything that is or seems to be broken, or not in working condition so that we can get this resolved as soon as possible. If you check-in late at night, feel free to send us an email and call the next morning. Please report any damages, breakage or loss however caused. We would like to ensure that you have everything you may need for your stay.

Remember that this is a self-catering home, meaning that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For convenience, we do provide complimentary supply of toiletries including:

•2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
•1 travel size hand soap per bathroom
•1 travel size shampoo per bathroom
•2 garbage bags per bin
•1 paper towel roll per kitchen
•1 dishwasher soap
•1 dish Soap
•1 sponge

To open and close the property door: enter the four code digit provided on the front page. When leaving the property, the keypad should automatically lock the door, however, we ask that you please make sure that it does so. If not, please open the door and turn the lock on the door knob to its vertical position.

Cleaning and maintenance: Towels, sheets and linen are all inventoried before and after each guests stay. Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items (including burns, makeup or any general stains). If the property is left in a condition that would require excessive or a significantly longer cleaning, additional costs may apply. Any maintenance requests, including being locked out, clogged toilets, air conditioning freeze up, etc, need to be made between 9am and 5pm. Requests before or after these aforementioned times may result in an additional service fee.

*Please do not leave the air conditioning below 70 degrees as this will freeze up the unit and incur a cost to the guest. We also ask that you do not turn off the air conditioning completely, if the property is chilly, we ask that you please turn up the thermostat. NEVER TURN THE A/C OFF COMPLETELY

Pets and smoking: Pets are NOT allowed on the property. This includes inside the property as well as the patio/pool area. Any pets found at the property there will be a non-refundable fee incurred of $500. Please note that this property is non smoking. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area, including the patio or balcony with all doors and windows closed. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed to avoid a smoking fee of $200.

Items left behind: Please make sure to check all closets and cabinets for any left behind items. We will gladly ship anything back to you that may have been left behind, however there will be a $30 service fee plus packing and shipping fees. Note that we do NOT accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items that may occur during the transportation or shipping process.

Pool/Clubhouse Information: You must follow all rules and regulations for pool use. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Bath towels are NOT to be used at the pool, you will need to bring your own pool towels to the clubhouse as they are not provided by us nor the clubhouse. Any towels that are missing or stained will incur an additional cost of $10 per towel.

What to do when you depart: Please place all trash in the brown bench outside the door and in plastic bags. Please return all remotes to their correct devices. Lost remotes will incur charges for replacements. Check the property for all personal items. There will be an additional charge to have any items returned to you plus the cost of shipping. Make sure all lights, televisions, and water faucets have been turned off. Lastly, please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked before departing. This packet will include an invoice for your stay. You do not need to stop by the front desk upon departure. If you need an updated invoice for any additional services, lost items, etc. please contact us to receive your copy.
