•Enjoy the use of the whole property: Free-standing, private, 1 story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house located in a quiet Summerville neighborhood with a fenced in back yard. You and your family and friends will have the home to yourselves. There is only 1 half step up into the house, no other stairs.
•Can sleep up to 8 people comfortably (there is a queen sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room)

•Week and month long rentals are acceptable and are discounted automatically when entering your dates (additional deposit may apply for month long+ reservations)
•Nightly, weekly, and monthly BASE prices only reflect pricing for 2 guests or less.
•Included: Linens, bath towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a small fan

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
•Email the following prior to your arrival:
1) The best cell phone number and email address to reach you on your way here and during your stay. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need their best cell number and email address in addition to yours.
2) Your preferred arrival time & incoming/outgoing flight information (note earliest check-in is 4pm, and latest check-out is 11am unless otherwise specified) so that I can most efficiently have the house complete and ready upon your arrival.
3) A copy or picture of your photo ID (driver's license/passport). Please be prepared to show this valid photo ID upon check-in. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need a copy of their photo ID in addition to yours.
4) Signed Rental Agreement - Although a Standard Rental Agreement may be attached, I will email you a custom rental agreement specific to your dates, guest/pet list, & cost info. Provide a Guest List (first and last names and ages) plus pet information (age, weight, & breed of each) and dates in which each guest/pet will be staying. Please also include your home address.
5) Parking - How many cars will you all have for the stay? There is a 3 car maximum at this property. Please park the first 2 cars in the driveway of the house (side by side). If there are 3 cars, the third can be parked in front of my house (be sure to keep wheels off grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services). To be respectful of my sweet neighbors, I ask my guests to avoid parking in front of my neighbors yards so if they have guests, they can be closer to their respective houses.
PROPERTY RULES
•PARKING – (3 Car Maximum at any one time) Only park in my driveway or in front of my front yard on the street, no wheels on the grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services.
•NEIGHBORS - Please be very cognizant and respectful of my neighbors; they report to me and/or police if anything is out of the ordinary.
•DAMAGE - If anything is damaged or broken, please contact Ginger immediately.
•NUMBER OF GUESTS & PETS - No overnight guests (or pets) unless confirmed through VRBO and previously agreed upon by Ginger.
•NO GET-TOGETHERS, SMALL GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY.
•NO SMOKING - No smoking inside the house or in the garage! Smoking is permitted outside only, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.
•KEYS/DOORS/LOCKS - Make sure to lock all exterior doors when you leave any time during your stay.
•HVAC - Please be cognizant and respectful of the temperature setting on the HVAC – set to around 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees during cold months when the house is not occupied and when you are checking out; ALWAYS keep fan setting to auto; NEVER turn unit completely off.
•REQUIRED CLEANING - Feel free to use kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots, and pans, but be sure to thoroughly clean before returning them to cupboards.
•CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Check-out time is 11am and all Check-Out Procedures located on the front cover of the house binder must be complete by that time.

•TRASH - The kitchen trash can and extra bags are located in the pantry; if it fills, the outside trash bin is next to the garage.
•RECYCLE - There is a blue recycling bin in the pantry as well; if it fills, the outside recycling bin is next to the garage.
•TRASH & RECYCLE COLLECTION - Every Wednesday Evening, please pull outside trash bin and outside recycling bin (blue) out to the street for Thursday morning pickup and return once complete.
•LAUNDRY - The laundry facility is located in the garage off the kitchen.
•YOUTUBE TV - in primary bedroom and living room..
•WiFi - Network and Password are located on the front of the guest information binder. The modem/router is located in the living room near the TV.

I have been working in the hospitality/tourism/service industry since 1997 and I truly love it. I have 2 vacation rental properties, one in North Charleston, SC and this one in Summerville, SC. I live (with my husband and son) and work near the house with a full time day job for a large construction firm. I purchased the home in Park Circle Neighborhood of North Charleston because my family and I also live here and we absolutely love the area and how convenient it is to the beaches and downtown Charleston. Also, great restaurants, breweries and bars within walking distance!
I purchased the Summerville home in 2006 because it was a safe and quiet area convenient to everything in the Summerville/ Charleston/ West Ashley/ James Island/ Mount Pleasant/ North Charleston/ Goose Creek areas.

I have a great deal of experience in property management and guest accommodations and go above and beyond for my guests. Unlike many other vacation rental Owners, I make myself available 24/7 to my guests. I provide a personally written list of recommendations which I regularly update and keep in the house for your use.
