•For a quote on the non-refundable pet fee, please inquire with age, weight and breed of your fur babies. PLEASE DO NOT INSTANT BOOK IF YOU HAVE A PET, INQUIRE FIRST.
•All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent.
•Enjoy the use of the whole property: Free-standing, private, 1 story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house located in a quiet Summerville neighborhood with a fenced in back yard. You and your family and friends will have the home to yourselves. There is only 1 half step up into the house, no other stairs.
•Can sleep up to 8 people comfortably (there is a queen sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room)
•3 bedrooms (specify how many you need)
•2 full bathrooms (primary has a large bathtub/shower combo; guest has a shower)

•Once booked, requests to alter the reservation that reduce the number of nights stayed are treated the same as cancellations as far as refunds.
•If you are uncertain of your dates, it is recommended to either wait until you are certain - OR - purchase trip/travel insurance to cover you where my cancellation policy does not.
•Week and month long rentals are acceptable and are discounted automatically when entering your dates (additional deposit may apply for month long+ reservations)
•Nightly, weekly, and monthly BASE prices only reflect pricing for 2 guests or less.
•Included: Linens, bath towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a small fan
•Kitchen Appliances Include: coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, and blender
•Extras: I also provide the following - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, snacks, coffee, hot tea, salt, pepper, etc.
•Perfect for Military Family Relocation/Move, Visiting Sailor at Navy Nuclear Power School, Wedding Attendees, Family Visits, Holidays, Flowertown Festival, etc.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
•Email the following prior to your arrival:
1) The best cell phone number and email address to reach you on your way here and during your stay. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need their best cell number and email address in addition to yours.
2) Your preferred arrival time & incoming/outgoing flight information (note earliest check-in is 4pm, and latest check-out is 11am unless otherwise specified) so that I can most efficiently have the house complete and ready upon your arrival.
3) A copy or picture of your photo ID (driver's license/passport). Please be prepared to show this valid photo ID upon check-in. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need a copy of their photo ID in addition to yours.
4) Signed Rental Agreement - Although a Standard Rental Agreement may be attached, I will email you a custom rental agreement specific to your dates, guest/pet list, & cost info. Provide a Guest List (first and last names and ages) plus pet information (age, weight, & breed of each) and dates in which each guest/pet will be staying. Please also include your home address.
5) Parking - How many cars will you all have for the stay? There is a 3 car maximum at this property. Please park the first 2 cars in the driveway of the house (side by side). If there are 3 cars, the third can be parked in front of my house (be sure to keep wheels off grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services). To be respectful of my sweet neighbors, I ask my guests to avoid parking in front of my neighbors yards so if they have guests, they can be closer to their respective houses.

PROPERTY RULES
•PARKING – (3 Car Maximum at any one time) Only park in my driveway or in front of my front yard on the street, no wheels on the grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services.
•NEIGHBORS - Please be very cognizant and respectful of my neighbors; they report to me and/or police if anything is out of the ordinary.
•DAMAGE - If anything is damaged or broken, please contact Ginger immediately.
•NUMBER OF GUESTS & PETS - No overnight guests (or pets) unless confirmed through VRBO and previously agreed upon by Ginger.
•NO GET-TOGETHERS, SMALL GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY.
•NO SMOKING - No smoking inside the house or in the garage! Smoking is permitted outside only, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.
•KEYS/DOORS/LOCKS - Make sure to lock all exterior doors when you leave any time during your stay.
•HVAC - Please be cognizant and respectful of the temperature setting on the HVAC – set to around 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees during cold months when the house is not occupied and when you are checking out; ALWAYS keep fan setting to auto; NEVER turn unit completely off.
•REQUIRED CLEANING - Feel free to use kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots, and pans, but be sure to thoroughly clean before returning them to cupboards.
•CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Check-out time is 11am and all Check-Out Procedures located on the front cover of the house binder must be complete by that time.

HOUSE MANUAL
•TRASH - The kitchen trash can and extra bags are located in the pantry; if it fills, the outside trash bin is next to the garage.
•RECYCLE - There is a blue recycling bin in the pantry as well; if it fills, the outside recycling bin is next to the garage.
•TRASH & RECYCLE COLLECTION - Every Wednesday Evening, please pull outside trash bin and outside recycling bin (blue) out to the street for Thursday morning pickup and return once complete.
•LAUNDRY - The laundry facility is located in the garage off the kitchen.
•YOUTUBE TV - in primary bedroom and living room..
•WiFi - Network and Password are located on the front of the guest information binder. The modem/router is located in the living room near the TV.

It was the perfect stay! It was five of us, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Ginger the owner was the best hostess, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She not only made sure we were comfortable but had great recommendations if needed. The house is nicely located to get anywhere from Summerville to historic Charleston. Thank you Ginger for the best family trip!

Home away from home

I loved this home! The amenities were spot on, everything we needed was there. The host has thought of absolutely everything! The location was perfect! The home was close to shopping and activites. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay

Ginger is a gracious host and the property was just as depicted. We loved how comfortable the house was, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Ginger added lovely touches, such as snacks in a basket. I would definitely highly recommend this property!

Fabulous bungalow

Ginger was a fabulous host and we couldn’t have been happier. It was perfect for our 2 dogs. Having a fenced in backyard was a bonus.

Comfortable and well appointed!

Loved our stay! Home had everything we needed to make meals when we stayed in. Location also great for going out and Ginger left great information about restaurants and fun things to do in the area and surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. Quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here again for our next visit!

Location and clean

House was in a great location for our family. Very clean and nice neighborhood. Host was in contact and available to us by text throughout our trip. Only thing we could have wished for were better pillows for the beds. Would definitely recommend if looking to stay in the Summerville, SC area.

Great for pet owners

The property was very clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. Ginger is a fantastic host…great communication…fresh flowers and snacks upon arrival was a really nice touch.

Summerville Stay

Owner (Ginger) was very helpful, from providing suggestions for things to do and places to eat, to quickly responding to any questions I had. House was as advertised, and was a comfortable stay, would certainly recommend if doing to the Charleston area. Located close to many good places to eat and grocery stores as well. We had 4 of us and a dog on our stay.

Fabulous location and house

Summerville Stay

The owner was GREAT! Not only was the house just right, she went above and beyond during our stay. She had some fruit and crackers in a bowl to great us, great suggestions of places to visit and eat, and was very prompt to answer when we had questions. There ios no doubt of where we'll stay when we visit Charleston!

I live (with my husband and son) and work near the house with a full time day job for a large construction firm. I want to make sure that you enjoy your stay, so please feel free to ask me any questions or contact me at any time before, during and even after your stay.

I purchased the home in Park Circle Neighborhood of North Charleston because my family and I also live here and we absolutely love the area and how convenient it is to the beaches and downtown Charleston. Also, great restaurants, breweries and bars within walking distance! I purchased the Summerville home in 2006 because it was a safe and quiet area convenient to everything in the Summerville/ Charleston/ West Ashley/ James Island/ Mount Pleasant/ North Charleston/ Goose Creek areas.

I have a great deal of experience in property management and guest accommodations and go above and beyond for my guests. Unlike many other vacation rental Owners, I make myself available 24/7 to my guests. I provide a personally written list of recommendations which I regularly update and keep in the house for your use. I am a huge foodie/wino and could talk for days about all the amazing restaurants in the area! If there is anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable or comfortable, please let me know!
