Newly Renovated Home With Impressive Views Of The 7Th Green!

Ocean Pines Golf course home with impressive views of 7th green. Our large, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has plenty of room for large groups or two families. The first floor of this home offers large open living area with gas fireplace and dining area, as well as a open glass sunroom with incredible views and access to the outside deck area. The sunroom offers queen sleep sofa. You will also find the master suite downstairs including queen bed and and master bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. The golf course view room has a queen size bed and a large walk-in closet. You will find a pack and play in the closet for your use. The second bedroom, known as the "kids room" has a twin size bunk bed and a trundle bed that can be used a 1 queen or 2 twins. This bedroom also has toys, games, WII, and even a doll house for our young visitors. All bedrooms, as well as the living area, offer flat screen TVs and WiFi.

This property also offers 3 bicycles and 2 single kayaks for your use. The large oversized garage also has beach chairs, beach toys, and a large steam pot for your crab feast! The 1st floor of the home was remolded in 2019, including new flooring, new kitchen, and master bath. The house includes beach club parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th street in OC. Pool pass can be purchased separately.

Relaxing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. We had to downsize from our usual houses because my son’s family was not able to join us. This house was so clean and PLENTY of room!! I love the layout and the location. It is nestled in a small forest and able to see golfers in privacy. But at the same time close of enough that we didn’t get stuck in much traffic going to some of our Ocean City spots we like. It was very convenient to use the parking pass to get onto the beach. The pool was very convenient and my little granddaughter loved it!

Wonderful stay in the Pines!

My family of four (two adults and two teen sons, plus our Miniature Schnauzer) had a wonderful stay here in August. This impeccably clean, recently renovated house has an ideal layout and comfortable furniture perfect for hanging out as a family or having guests over for dinner. We appreciated the many helpful amenities such as cooking supplies, extra toiletries, and a parking pass for the Beach Club. The house is located on a quiet block and is close to all the wonderful Ocean Pines pools and parks. We've been to Ocean Pines almost every summer for the past 10 years and this is by far our favorite vacation rental there. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Beautiful home for our 19th annual weekly vacation

Relaxing Ocean Pines stay

We had a nice, quiet stay in this lovely home. Everything was newer and clean. I loved the decor. House temperature was comfortable. We were glad there were beach chairs onsite so we didn't have to bring any. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the Ocean City, MD area. The community itself is great as well, with so many things to see and do. So many parks, walking trails, water views etc. It is a quiet area and everyone seems friendly. There are stores and restaurants all very close and it is just a few miles to Ocean City itself. It is the best of both worlds. I highly recommend staying at this property and hope to again myself in the future.

Clean and inviting

Wonderful,clean and inviting house. Felt like home. Neighbors so so nice and helpful. House was well stocked,everything was so organized too. Beds,sofa,chairs, very comfortable. The decor was so beachy and calming. Decorated wonderfully. The outside was taken care of as well as the inside. This is a perfect area. We did have a very tiny issue with air conditioner, but the owner was so accommodating and prompt. The owners were so sweet and take pride in their property. We will definitely be back!!! Wonderful vacation rental

My family had a wonderful stay in Ocean Pines. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a fun family vacation. We really loved the community itself and variety of pools that were available. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend!

Very nice home 🏠 clean and roomy. Perfect for family of 6. Only complaint was the air conditioning is very very cold and couldn’t figure out how to adjust it and bikes 🚴 kinda crappy (I like to bike ride and was disappointed in that). Otherwise, everything was awesome. Washer and dryer so no dirty clothes to do at home. Well stocked kitchen and nice outside deck. Not far from beach 🏝️

Perfect for families

Very comfortable

Our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 dog) had a lovey week's vacation in this home. The house is very clean and well maintained. The accommodations are very comfortable with lots of space for a family to spread out. The home is very well appointed with appliances and kitchenware and extras, like hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a big help. The loaner beach chairs and toys were nice to have available. We especially enjoyed the décor and well landscaped yard. The house is conveniently located to Ocean City or other nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The owner was very gracious. We loved having use of the Ocean Pines swimming pools at the Ocean Pines resident daily rates and the Beach Club parking pass. We'd love to return to the beautiful home some day.

Nice Beach House

The house was well kept and beautiful. We especially loved the comfortable furniture in the great room! The kitchen was stocked really well. It was so nice having beach chairs and linens available for use. We opted to pay the additional fee to wash the linens on checkout day. The only minor negatives are: you can hear your guests walk around upstairs at night (squeaky floor), and the main level master closet leaks (homeowner knows about it and plans to install a new bathtub in the upstair bathroom in the fall). It would be helpful when entering the house from the garage if there was a handrail to hold on to. Also it would have been nice if the backyard was fenced for our furry dog children. Because our daughter, Greer, manages the property for us, she is local and always willing to help with any situation that may arise.
