Looking for a vacation home near Ocean City MD? You want to be minutes from all the fun and action? After a long day of fun do you want to relax in a cozy beach house with all the amenities of home in a quiet setting? STOP!!! You found the place!!! Ocean pines community has many great activities including... swimming, parks, walking trails, dog park, sports and the list goes on. While you stay with us, enjoy this cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home complete with cable/internet/wifi. Open floor plan is great for spending time with family and friends. Enjoy the summer nights on the screened covered porch. Master bedroom comes complete with king size bed set and a 32" flat screen tv. Bedrooms 2 and 3 currently have a queen bed sets with flat screen tv. There is also a very nice pull out sofa in great room. Enjoy breakfast in the morning in the great open kitchen complete with nice island and table with seating for 6. The exterior shed contains a few things you can use at the beach such as boogie boards and umbrellas. There is also a small portable charcoal grill for some great tasting grilled food while you stay!!! This property was recently updated and close to many great places to eat as well as just a 2 min drive to Ocean Downs Casino.

We had a great time staying at the King Richard in Ocean Pines. Great location, the decor was nice,had everything we needed. Once we figured out the light switches, everything went smoothly. We could never figure out how to start the dishwasher so we just washed dishes, no big deal. We would recommend this Houston to anyone.

This house is in a very quiet area close to indoor pooll.

This house is very nice. I would stay here again. Two suggestions is a little bit more dust removal and maybe some rugs on the floors.

Returner to Property

Ocean Pines is a great alternative to traditional ocean properties. Neighborhood beach property parking available with short drive. We aren't typical beach people so this "staycation" away from home works perfect for us.

Quiet serenity

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house provided all the comforts that any vacation home could offer, including beach chairs and bikes. We loved the quiet serenity and beauty of the location and its proximity to Assateaque Island and Ocean City. We would definitely consider coming back one day. A nice find!

Great Property with more than I am used to

The property owner has a few things in the house that other property owners do not have. One relates to "fun and games" rent the property and you will get to enjoy, too. The other is the Ocean Pines parking permit for OC beach access. Many other property owners tell you how to get a temporary pass which I never do. We only went to the beach once, but to not have to worry about where to go and how much it would be was wonderful. My husband says "best property we've ever stayed at." We've been frequenting Ocean Pines for about 6-8 years now. Thank you!

Scavenger Hunt

Location was great. Size of house and layout were perfect for my family of 4. Liked the private driveway. My kids loved the arcade game and DVD player for the rainy days. Kitchen was stocked well. All the floors had bits of sand on them, we needed to wear socks all the time. It was mostly clean. Although we had to go on a scavenger hunt to find our towels and bedsheets. That was the worst part of our stay. After a long day of driving it was frustrating when we had to make our own beds and look around to find the towels & bedsheets. Both toilets were very low. May be difficult for older people to get off of. Also the light switches were very confusing on how to turn off/on. Mattresses could be updated on all the beds. Overall I would recommend staying at this location.

We appreciate the feedback, but unfortunately your scavenger hunt consisted of breaking into our private padlocked locker and using our towels and bed sheets…leaving the locker broken beyond repair. The towels and sheets were left dirty on the floors for our maintenance crew to deal with….a simple call-text-email inquiring about our linen policy would have cleared up the situation.

Great time as always

The owner comunicated all important details and made it clear he was available at any point if we needed anything. This is our second year staying here and everything was great again. This is a great beach house for a family. We will be back again!

Ocean Pines Vacation

My wife, son and I have been coming to Ocean Pines for years and we've stayed in various homes and this house is easily one we would come back to. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with and he was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had for him. The house was well stocked with whatever you needed for cooking and the neighborhood is just beautiful with plenty of pools and parks for kiddos when you don't feel like driving to the beach Access to the private beach with free parking is always a great thing as well, especially in the summer. This was definitely a 5 star experience, thank you!

Great week in the Pines!

Overall we were so happy with our stay at this place. Everything was clean and good condition, not dirty and falling apart. Once we got the hang of the home automation using Alexa was a breeze. The owner responded any time we needed anything and made sure we had their contact info if we had any issues. The only negative things we could say about this place would be we couldn't find any kitchen knives (we like to cook) and the beds weren't very firm. Other than those two small things this place was great and we would be happy to come back again. There was just enough decorating to feel like a beach house but not breakable trinkets all over the place!!

Ocean Pines stay June 2020

Clean and nicely furnished home. Owner easy to communicate with. Loved the location not far from Assateague. Enjoyed using the furnished bikes to explore the area. Overall great stay!

Very Nice week in Ocean Pines

Great place. Kitchen was well stocked as we generally eat in on vacation. Very clean, good parking, nice gas grill too. The host Michael was great, very easy to get in touch with and he responds very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, nicely decorated clean and very confortable. Alexa was a plus; the lock door keypad made it easy to go in and out, We had a great stay , went to Assateague every day and bike around Berlin. Love it and hope to come back soon! Thank you Michael
