Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, extra sheets and blankets, dishes and cookware. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Pools were maintained and heated. Owner was immediately responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi Erin: Thank you for your review. Our first improvement will be that we will mail you an appreciation gift. Our Palace Resort #2013 condo has spectacular views and owner discounts (up to 400 off) if book through owner. We are currently divesting and improvements come only if they have a high priority (10 rentals we own and rent) and guest calls owner to make them specifically aware of it and get owner approval, as per our signed vacation rental agreement with you. Hard to make improvements if you don’t know what needs to be fixed. Also, as a sole proprietor for 27 years with many irons in the fires, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Thank you! Stewart - owner

Very nice view from the high rise. Pools were well managed and security was diligent but not overbearing. Good location right in Myrtle Beach. Rooms were nicely sized for 2 adults and two teenage kids. HVAC worked well as well as all appliances. Good value for the location.

Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, heated pool and hot tub!

The rental was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tubs and heated pool were awesome. Perfect location, safe, fun, and fantastic view!

Good property location

Very easy check in process. Owner very informative! Very good location easy access to beach. Excellent views from the condo. Would stay again at the resort . Reasonable price for the location.

Relaxing Myrtle Beach Spring Break stay

Nice condo overall. Highlight is the 20th story views. Condo is spacious and has everything you need for the week. Lots of activities to do in Myrtle Beach and the Palace is a great place to start your adventure.

Great place

Loved the view from the balcony to view the ocean. Was a great place to stay many of friendly people around the resort. Close to lots of things to do with the family. The pools are great if you're not found of the ocean. House was great for us we stayed a whole week there. Stewart is awesome to communicate with. I had a question once we got there in within a couple minutes, he called to answer it. Very great all the way around!!

great place!

We had a great time staying at this location because the beach is so close, the balcony is facing the ocean and the condo is exactly as it is described. The owner is VERY responsive, i mean, he responds within seconds with any questions i had. We had an amazing time and definitely will be back! Thank you! Anna

We had a great vacation staying at this wonderful condo

We were in Myrtle Beach for my son’s baseball tournament. We stayed at Stuart’s condo and couldn’t be happier. It was in a perfect location and convenient to everything. We loved being right on the beach, the beautiful views from both balconies and the pool and hot tubs. We also liked that there was a neighborhood Walmart Market a few blocks away. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Nice view from both balconies!

Upon arrival into the condo, I immediately had to get to the balcony and see the beautiful view of the ocean it offers. I was so excited! The outdoor pools and hottubs at the property were great as well! Loved being on the beach and oceanfront!

Great room for the price

This room met our needs for the week for sure. It was a great deal for the price. The room is a little outdated (furniture, paint, fixtures, etc.) just had an "old motel room" feel to it BUT for a week right on the beach, it was not a big deal at all!

We added a new 2nd futon in 10/19, and also added a new 43-inch smart HDTV in 12/19. We also repainted the condo, added new light bulbs, and deep cleaned condo. Why

Owner was great to deal with. Condo was dated but OK. Resort was in poor condition at best. One bright spot was the excellent service and food by Barbara and Janie at the restaurant/Bar.

Hi Edward: Best to check with owner and ask questions before booking your stay. Seems like you had higher expectations. I have owned our Palace 2013 condo since 2000. The Palace Resort was built in 1985, and both Resort and our P2013 condo have improved a lot over the years. Condo has always had a spectacular view and great location. Also, as per our signed vacation rental agreement with you, you are supposed to call Owner within the first hour of your stay at check-in on Saturday or during the week to report any problems or concerns. Unfortunately, you did not call Owner during the week or report any problems during your stay. Therefore, we cannot fix any of those problems because we don’t know about them. A great time for all!

Palace Resort #2013 was the perfect vacation condo for me, my daughter, and her two friends. The views from both balconies are breathtaking, the staff is friendly, there are two pools, multiple hot tubs to enjoy, and the beach is only steps away. Mr. Hines (the owner) was very helpful. I could tell that he was invested in providing a great vacation experience for his renters. I definitely recommend this property. Thanks, Paul V.
