Centrally located opposite the tranquil Snapperman Beach, right next to the luxurious Palm Beach Wine Co deli, and a two minute stroll to Barrenjoey House for long lunches and happy hour sundowners. Key features

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four adults. There are two bedrooms (1 x queen bed, and 2 x single beds), and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has built-in wardrobes, shutters and blinds, ceiling fans in each room, and air conditioning in both the loungeroom and the bed rooms.

There are two generously sized bathrooms, one connected to the living room and one an ensuite with bathtub to the queen bedroom.

The living room includes a Samsung Serif TV with Airplay and Chromecast, and Sonos music system.

The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is fully appointed for your stay.

For work-from-away getaways, Sunchaser has NBN internet, ample power points, a large and comfortable dining area which is great for working at, and a standing desk which is quick and easy to set up.

All linen and exit cleaning is included.

The apartment includes one secure, undercover parking space.

The boutique Iluka Resort complex includes a swimming pool, BBQ area and guest laundry.

One small pet may be available on request - pet fee applies.

Short to long stays

For short stays, Sunchaser is the perfect weekender at the heart of Palm Beach. Perfect for summer and winter romantic getaways, wedding accommodation, or short escapes with friends.

For longer stays, the apartment offers all the everyday comforts with lock up and go convenience. The generously sized living area is great for entertaining guests, and offers a variety of spaces to relax and work – ideal for people looking to work from a beautiful location for a period, or renovators in the area looking to stay comfortably nearby.

There is a 2 night minimum stay throughout the year, apart from mid December through January which is a minimum of 6 nights. Weekly and monthly rates available.
