We had a fabulous stay. Lovely peaceful street. Close walk to the beach. Loved waking up to the laughing kookaburras. Host was very helpful and had great communication.

A LITTLE SLICE OF PARADISE AT NEWPORT! What a fabulous place to stay for our 40th school reunion! From the moment we arrived, the accommodation had such bright, breezy, feel-good vibes. The location was fantastic, and the views from the verandah were just beautiful — it honestly felt like we were sitting up in the treetops! The shower pressure was UNREAL — definitely worth a mention!Communication with Di was excellent, and her thoughtfulness went above and beyond. When I needed a needle and thread to fix my dress, Di came to the rescue! 🧵 Now that's service!The fun pineapple theme adds such a cheerful touch and makes checking in an absolute breeze.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while catching up with old school friends and making new memories.Thank you, Di, for making our stay so enjoyable. Fabulous location, lovely little touches and all-round happy vibes. We'd happily stay again!

A lovely place to stay, excellent hosts who were very kind, helpful and the beds were so comfy. The apartment has all that you need to be a home from home. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Great stay

Location and area was great for our visit. In house notes of what is good to do, eat in the area how to instructions were fantastic.

Casa de Pina was a perfect place for our two week Newport stay - comfortable, cosy, colourful - a special spot facing north, looking out through the tree canopy to the beach in the distance. An easy check-in, full kitchen facilities, a comfy day bed on the deck and a charming host were some of our highlights.

Great short stay in Newport

We had a great short stay at Casa de Piña. Plenty of space, very well equiped, great view and walking distance to Newport beach. We would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely apartment with great north facing vista which brought sunlight and warmth every day. The location is perfect for those looking for proximity to the beach (5 minute stroll down to Newport beach) and for a good base to explore Sydney's northern beaches from. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, and the balcony was a really great spot to relax and read a book. Di and David were very welcoming and easy to contact for questions and guidance. We will be calling again when we're back in Sydney.

A vey enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Casa de Pina. Everything we needed was on hand and our host Di was really helpful with any information we required. The location was great, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend Casa de Pina!

Homely, safe and great location for us. Short drive to Royal Alfred yacht club, walking distance to beach and shops/cafes. Hosts very helpful.

Perfect base to explore the northern beaches

Great value

Di’s apartment is stylish and comfortable and really well equipped. The location is convenient for the beach, shops and sailing club. It felt more like staying at an old friend’s place than being in a rental. I’m planning to stay again next year.

A wonderful place to stay and so close to everything!

The property was perfect for our family weekend away. Di supplied a loaf of sourdough bread and some milk to save us the trouble - which was a lovely touch. The property was situated in close proximity to Newport Village, the beach and Newport Wharf, we were also blessed with perfect weather. We had a fabulous weekend!

Beautiful property in excellent location

Perfect location close to Newport beach in bright, comfortable property with loads of throughtful features, everything you need (down to the beach towels and emergency wine) and some great touches to make you feel on holiday right away. Be sure to factor in time relaxing on the balcony and breathing in the sea air! Thanks Di for a lovely stay.

Best equipped kitchen and very helpful

We stay in alot of short term rentals visiting family over the years in Sydney. My family reported this was the best equipped kitchen ever.. even had sharp knives (rarity). Lovely aspect, helpful host and spacious.

Home away from home

Thank you so much, Di and David! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to family and everything we needed, yet still peaceful and homely.A special highlight was our final evening, enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony while watching an incredible thunder and lightning show — such a memorable way to end the trip!Di was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Relaxing getaway

The property was more spacious than the photos portray. Large balcony and living/dining rooms. Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen and laundry. Good array of books to read. Close to the beach and local shops. Peaceful street. We would be happy to return.
