1. DO NOT Sleep on the sofas
2. Do NOT EAT in the Livingroom
3. NO SMOKING
4. PET FEE $75 per pet / Pet needs to be in Kennel & not on furniture or beds
5. Please throw away ALL trash.

***TRASH Days are TUESDAY & FRIDAY*** Monday night and Thursday night all trash needs to be taken out back and placed at the corner of the fence
If the garbage is NOT taken out as directed, you will be charged $50 for not following this rule.

******** ANY EXCESSIVE MESS / TRASH LEFT REPORTED BY THE CLEANING SERVICE WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL $75 CHARGE********

5. Any dishes / utensils used wash & place in dishwasher for drying. Cleaning supplies are provided.
6.There is a broom & mop in the laundry area provided for your utilization.
7.Please remove all sheets that have been slept on & place in laundry room upon check-out / LEAVE COMFORTERS ON THE BEDS
8. Please place all dirty towels in hamper in the laundry room upon check-out
9. Please remove all items from the refrigerator upon check - out.
10. Please place both remote controls for the television back on the glass coffee table upon check-out
11. Place garage door opener back in kitchen drawer upon check out, failure to do so will result in $75 replacement fee.
12. Any furniture moved place back where you found it.
