Muskegon is a destination like no other, located on the shores of Lake Michigan with world class beaches. There is so much to do and see, beautiful sand dunes to the north, an amusement park with roller coasters and waterslides. Restaurants right on the beach and a downtown area with breweries, theaters, museums, and social districts. So much entertainment, with festivals throughout the year. This cottage has a great location to it all. If your looking for a place to relax and restore look no further!

Beautiful and remodeled this waterfront cottage is located on all sports Mona Lake with Lake Michigan access. The cottage has over 2000 square feet of living area with 4 large waterfront bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one on each level. The downstairs bathroom has whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and custom glass block walk in shower, the upstair bathroom is located off the queen bedroom and has a standup tile shower. Relax in the outdoor sunken hot tub (open year round) and an additional 800 square feet of multi level decking with gorgeous panoramic views of lake!

Cottage also has a large fully-stocked kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, free WiFi, a 2021 Bennington pontoon boat (available June 1st through Oct 25th, Mona Lake use only), 2 kayaks and a canoe are included with the rental. Enjoy the lake with a waterside deck with attached dock. Enjoy the evenings making memories around the large fire pit and wood is provided. Bring your own boat if you wish the boat launch is just down the street.

Getaway Weekends also avail. from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

This house was perfect. The pictures accurately reflected the home and outdoors. Everything was so clean!! And the boat and hot tub were a huge hit for everyone. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was clean and the lake view was beautiful. The host, Kim was great. She was very responsive, and even made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay for our kids as well. She also provided us with some great recommendations, which we ended up checking out. The pontoon was such a great addition to this home and we definitely enjoyed being able to use it. This home has everything you could want for a nice getaway.

We have used beautiful rental homes for years. All have been terrific. However, I think all ten of us agree that this was our best experience ever. The kids ( ages 7-12) had non-stop fun! Not only is the house beautiful and well stocked but the decks, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, fishing poles, corn hole boards, connect four yard game etc. kept the kids in bliss. Mona lake is a treasure. ( fish, ducks, bald eagle, swans) The Pontoon boat was the cherry on top. We rode every night to see the beautiful sunsets and the kids delighted in diving off the boat. Kim, our hostess, was the bees knees! She is so helpful, friendly and suggested tons to do in the area, We tried all of that and more! Many pristine beaches, lighthouses, restaurants -most with bands and activities and all kid friendly. Please make sure you take the time for the awesome sand dune tours . Lastly, the people in the area are so sweet! They came to call us The New Yorkers! If we could recommend this more than 5 we would! Thanks for an awesome week!

The house was exactly as advertised! The area is a small quiet subdivision. We were able to enjoy it to our fullest while we were there and they made check-in/checkout very smooth and required little extra work on our part.

We had everything that we needed; extra blankets, pillows, and kitchen fully stocked. The property manager, Kim, was very helpful and available when needed. She also gave great local food recommendations, which we tried 3 of the places and all 3 were excellent. We had an amazing time at this rental.

The adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The view was nice to watch the swans and ducks. The bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping. I would suggest adding a pair of scissors in the kitchen for opening some food items. We didn't use the pontoon due to rain and colder temperatures while there. I would recommend this house for an extended family getaway.

Great property for big families. Outdoor seating is more than enough. Kitchen and living room open floor plan is perfect. All the bedrooms have a lake view. The cherry on top is the very clean hot tub!

Rented this home for our adult daughter/husband & their family w/boyfriend & girlfriend. Absolutely loved the pontoon boat & relaxation on the lake. Beautiful inside the new kitchen & all over! Plenty of storage & seating. Hot tub water so clean! Enjoyed the covered porch w/chairs.

Family getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Inside accommodations, hot tub, firepit, property manager, and boat were all fantastic. Outside house and grounds need a little TLC.

We’ve been hard at work continuously improving the entire experience. After a $140,000 interior remodel, we’ve added all-new outdoor furniture, upgraded the boats, kayaks, and paddleboards, stained the exterior decks, and power washed the house to freshen everything up. Our family has been coming to Muskegon for over 40 years. Memories are made each time we visit. The family atmosphere is truly amazing, and as a year destination anytime is a good time to visit. We now have four vacation rentals here in Michigan, as our family has expanded so has our network of friends. We invite you to experience all western Michigan has to offer. At almost 2000 sq. feet, this lakefront home has a covered front porch, a large lakeside back deck with dining table and plenty of seating. There is also four bedrooms and two bathrooms with glass shower and Jacuzzi Tub. The great-room has a large high-definition TV, sectional sofa, and reclining chair, that is perfect for kids or adults that want to relax or be entertained while others gather in the large kitchen for meals, fully stocked for multi-family extended stays and cooking. An electric fireplace creates a cozy main family room, with a flick of a switch the fireplace throws out additional heat for cozy comfort and relaxing ambiance. The house also has a great outdoor rear deck overlooking the beautiful lake with an eating area, newer hot tub & large firepit area with plenty of chairs that are great for relaxing while catching up with friends/family or grilling your fresh catch of the day. Plenty of room in the front & back yard for those outdoor games
