Your residence provides the comfort and style you would expect at an exclusive high-end resort. For added convenience and safety, private parking in the building is available.

The residence is furnished in a contemporary style with a kitchen and bath fully-equipped for your personal and entertainment needs.

Enjoy a fully-equipped entertainment center including high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a smart 48ā€³ HD LCD TV in both the living area and bedroom, and a Bluetooth sound system zoned separately for the bedroom and living area.

Feel secure with audio and keyless controlled street access, private basement parking, keyless residence access, and access point security cameras.

The residence has zoned heating and cooling to assure your comfort while entertaining, relaxing or at rest. Peer out the oversized windows that frame the city and sky, along the comfortable window seating.

The opening to the entrance of the garage is 10 feet 8 inches wide and 8 feet 5 inches high. The clearance inside the garage for vehicles to enter and exit allow for vehicles that are :

We have stayed at the Sinclair many times over the past eight years, and it's always a wonderful experience. We've stayed here before but probably not again. We are getting too old to do the stairs. We are sorry too because it has everything we loved about staying there. It isn't for elderly which I hate to admit we are getting there faster than we hoped!!!

I grew up all over NC, and currently live in Charlotte, but spent a lot of time in Asheville growing up. I have always loved the how vibrant and unique the city is and was thrilled to have an opportunity to be part of the culture. I spend most of my time being a dad and husband but when I find free time love to duff it around on the golf course, or try to create something new with my hands.

Built in 1924, 59 Broadway came on the market in 2013 and was unusual in that it had only served as warehouse space with consequently very little infrastructure, thus providing a clean canvas for my modernist vision. Having sat empty for a decade, it was in remarkably great shape. But most importantly, it had SOUL.

After a year of planning, a project incorporating the interplay of natural, urban, and personal environments with attention to space, lighting, quality, and simplicity was begun. Twelve-foot ceilings, original hardwood flooring, simple layout, and uncluttered space help imbue the feeling of warmth and calm that initially drew me in. Unlike any other historic building downtown, itā€™s newly engineered windows all along the northern wall provide an abundance of natural light further enhancing the unique ambiance.

I am lucky enough to continue offering this property that my father, and his wife Constance, along with the seasoned guidance of an interior designer designed and brought to life. Furnishings were hand picked and chosen to make each unit feel like a home, including art and ceramics made by local artists who are also friends. I have always loved the birdā€™s eye view of the cityā€™s comings and goings while perched on the full length window seats. Mesmerizing.

I hope you agree that the integrated sound system rocks and that the splurge mattresses feel heavenly after a day of exploring all that this vibrant city and surroundings has to offer.
