This is a two bedroom/2.5 bathroom, two story home. All the appliances including Washer and Dryer, Internet, Gas BBQ, 3 large screen TV's.

With the gas bbq on the patio right outside the kitchen area you can enjoy the weather and have a relaxing time while you’re cooking your favorite bbq items.

Outside the patio and you are met with the desert and a wide variety of birds.

There are trails for walking and biking, set in a quiet area of east Tucson on a quiet cul de sac street.

A community pool steps away from this home. In addition the basketball court, park and community center are within close walking distance.

The property has both bedrooms upstairs with 2 central air conditioning systems and 2 car garage.

Located in the outskirts of Tucson, yet easy access to all the best that Tucson and the area has to offer.

Less than 10 minutes away from the golf courses and Saguaro National Park.

Less than one hour away from Mt. Lemmon.

Easy access to the airport and freeway.

Take day trips to nearby points of interest. The Arizona wine country located in Sonoita and Wilcox. Kartchner Caverns or Colossal Caves.

The wonderful art town of Tubac or the wild west town of Tombstone.

We also have the mining town of Bisbee close enough for a day trip.

Pima Air Museum and Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum are a short drive away.

Love Tucson

My week staying at Don and Disney's home was perfect. I visit Southeast Tucson 2 to 3 times yearly, as my beloved brother lives close by. This property was well appointed, well stocked with housewares, and oh so comfortable. I loved the 2 recliners and the many Tv's. The nearby pool was beautifully situated and it's vista was perfect. Thank you Don and Diana for providing me with this delightful property. I highly recommend it!!! Kathy M.

Tucson Snowbirds

The property is perfect for our needs! We stayed 2 months, and the house is in a great location and is very well appointed. Key for our visit is the comfort of the home - it was our central base for activities, but it was also a great place to live for the duration of our visit. We are very active and enjoyed the bike paths (Pima County Loop is ~1 mile away), many national and state parks within a close drive, and good access for shopping and dining. We will be back!!

Fantastic house!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great. We spent our time in Tucson playing golf and hiking in Saguaro National Park. The national park is very close (10 minute drive) to the house, which was great! We enjoyed the neighborhood walking trails and it was convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. The house was spacious and we'll stocked. The owner was friendly and quickly responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very Nice

The house suited our needs very well. The pool was a little further away than anticipated, and there were several private events there which made it very busy in the evenings. Over all, we enjoyed our stay, and will definitely consider this property when we return to Tucson.

Best Ever Getaway Stay!

This was the most clean and comfortable place we have rented yet! So quiet and cozy. A bit outside city limits gives it no traffic noise yet all amenities are just a few minutes away. Communication with the owner was top notch. We will be back!

This house was everything it said and more. Very nice neighborhood. Was a nice quiet, relaxing place to stay. Will definitely put this on our list of places to stay when in Tucson.

Lovely home

This home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The pool in the neighborhood was refreshing and very nice. Don greeted us when we arrived. He is very kind and personable. We will stay in this home again when we visit Tucson

Exceptional stay

My wife and I stayed at this property recently and we were exceptionally impressed with the property. It was even nicer that the photos we reviewed when booked. It was clean and exceptionally maintained and had everything we needed and more! The information left by the owners about the area, restaurants, attractions etc. was great. Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home - everything about it was perfect. Lots of amenities and upgrades, clean, spacious. The back courtyard and the fountain were the perfect spot to relax in the afternoons after a hike in Saguaro National Park in the morning. Lots of close-by, convenient restaurants and shops. Don was especially great in making sure we had everything we needed - hands' down the best communication I've had with a rental property owner EVER. Definitely would stay here again!

Well equipped home convenient to Saguaro Ntl Park East in a pleasant quiet community

The house is about 10 years old and is very well maintained. The kitchen was full equipped. The community has very pleasant walks with a fair amount of open space. The house looks out onto one of these which was full of quails when we visited. The wifi and TV access were fine and easy to use. Don and Diana were excellent hosts making sure we had smooth access to the property. We had no issues or questions but felt comfortable that if we had, they would have been quick to respond. We had a very relaxing stay and found the overall location very satisfactory.

Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood.

Stayed the month of February, 2019. The home is very clean and nicely furnished. Especially liked the two comfy leather reclining chairs in front of the cable TV in the living room. Roomy and exceptionally clean

As I stated in the title the place was roomy and exceptionally clean. They supplied everything that you needed for cooking. The rooms were large clean and comfortable. The outside seating area was nice and situated on the end of the street which was nice. Don and Diana also left a list of stores and restaurants that was very helpful to us. They also had brochures of thing to see and do around Tucson which was also helpful. We would definitely book this place again.

Very nice house. I was very impressed and felt very at home. Kitchen was well supplied. I especially enjoyed the natural area where we sat in the sun and enjoyed the birds, especially the quail. Very comfortable, well maintained home.

Like fuzzy slippers

We've stayed at this beautiful and perfect VRBO 3 or 4 times now and we just love it. We call it our Tucson home. First off, the size is perfect with two bedrooms and 3 baths. The home is located a short walk to get up the hill to the pool, park, and tennis/basketball area. In the opposite direction there is a bike path through the dessert. I love walking to the fenced in dog park listening to the birds chatter each morning. The house is on the east side of Tucson so mere minutes to Colossal Cave and Saguaro National Park. It's close to everything you need - grocery stores, pharmacies, Walmart and Target, and restaurants like Serial Grillers, which is all the rage. We went to Funny Foot Farm this time with our daughter and we all loved it! It is about 30 minutes from the house, but worth the drive. It's a sweet little farm that has regular farm animals as well as several exotic animals. The owner provides a tour with a lot of education and explanation about the animals, and encourages you to interact directly with the animals. Really cool for any animal lover or families with kids. Back to the house - everything is luxury - wonderful beds and sheets. Great towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The shower has a strong and serious water pressure and Don and Diana provide shampoo and fancy soaps. We took advantage of the washer/dryer on this trip for a few items, and the appliances are nicer than what we have at home. Overall, this is a homey home that provides you with everything you need from ziplocks to a washer and dryer. It is also the best location for us visiting family and doing things on the east side. The community pool and facilities are amazing when you visit not in a major cold front. But best of all, you will feel so happy to be in this clean, delightful and relaxing home for your visit to Tucson!

Quiet Comfort

What an amazing house. Needed a place to stay while I was setting up an apartment to move into. Just moved to the Tucson area and Don was at the house to greet me. He was very friendly and accommodating. He gave me a quick tour of his amazing house and filled me in on some of the local attractions and restaurants nearby. The pool and clubhouse are just a short walk up the path. After a long week of traveling cross country to move here it was nice to be able to relax and stretch out in this comfortable house. The master suite upstairs was incredible with a plush king bed, huge walk in closet and nice walk in shower. The kitchen had everything I needed to do my own cooking. If your needing a place to stay while visiting the Tucson area, this is it.

Well-appointed home -very close to pool! A joy to live in and come home to!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home in the desert! We saw more wildlife in the gardens and adjacent park of vacant, wild desert land than we did on 2 trips to the Saguaro National Park! A roadrunner ran by the kitchen window! The 2 bedrooms are spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. There is a lovely in-suite bathroom attached to the master bed room. The kitchen is STOCKED with evey appliance you could ever dream of, from the hot water tea pot, smoothie blender, margarita blender, hotel-style waffle maker, stand-up mixer, hand-held mixer, emersion blender. There is even a printer! So nice that the owners provide so many amenities such as bikes, pool towels, plenty of white bath towels, coolers, flashlights, grill, lots of kitchen utensils/gadgets/cooking and baking supplies as well as well-stocked cleaning supplies. We loved gentle fountain within the shaded and cool garden by the owner's own "bird sanctuary". Our family loved the voice activated TV remote control! The home is just minutes from the East entrance of the National Park and we found driving from this rental to the rest of Tucson's local attractions very easy. This beautiful home felt so wonderful to live in and come home to. Also, Don responded to all texts and phone inquiries within minutes! Thank you Don! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back next time if your beautiful property is available.

Home away from home

The house was everthing we could hope for. It was well equiped and very clean. The beds were comfortable with lots of storage space. Don, the owner. was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the property and showed us the ropes. He even bought a tea kettle so my wife could have tea at night! The property is perfect for any exploring you want to do in the south or east part of Tucson and areas surrounding it. Walking/biking trails in the development allowed us short hikes and bike rides in and around the property. Several good restaurants are nearby. It is a bird watchers paradise and my wife and I spent many hours feeding and watching the birds from the two lawnchairs beside the house (quail, hummingbirds, cardinals, woodpeckers, roadrunners etc.). We truly enjoyed the area and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Second Stay as Wonderful as the First!

We were so excited to be able to stay at Don and Diane's again while in Tucson to see family. The house is perfect for us. Location on the east side is close to our family's homes but also right on trails and easy to get just about anywhere you want to go in Tucson. We are runners, and being able to walk out the door and run on endless trails and in nature is so valuable. The house was impeccably clean and tidy. There was a bowl of fruit for us and candy for our daughter, which she loved. The temperature was comfortable and everything was nicely ready for us. The house is so quiet at night, it offers the best sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked as always for any utensils or cookware we needed. The pool was actually closed for renovations until January, but we played on the playground and took a few walks down to the dog park. The people we met in the neighborhood while walking around were so friendly and nice. If you are looking for a quiet retreat in a beautiful and convenient location, this is the place for you. It's great for families because of the park and pool. It's wonderful for dogs with the dog park just a couple of blocks away. If you enjoy nature and birding, this is your kind of place. If you are a runner, mountain biker, cyclist, hiker, walker, or just enjoy sitting in the sun, this is perfect for you. Also, if you are a star gazer, Tucson offers low lights and the stars were just like camping in the middle of nowhere. It was great to see some shooting stars very early in the morning. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful home!
