This 1200 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished townhome is in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, conveniently located near the beach's shops and restaurants and less than 6 miles from downtown St. Augustine. The property has 2 swimming pools (one is heated in the winter) and private boardwalk beach access.

The first floor of the unit features a private 1-car attached garage with full size washer and dryer, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and a patio with a table and chairs.

The second floor of the unit features the two bedrooms and the second full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, lots of closet space, a TV (with cable) and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, a TV (for game systems, no cable) and a private deck.

All towels and linens are furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, Crock Pot and Keurig coffee maker. A charcoal grill is also available for use.

The unit also has WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player (in the living room), games/puzzles, beach chairs and beach toys.

We do not allow smoking or pets.

Less than a mile (approximately 2 minutes) from the community is Anastasia Plaza with retailers such as Publix, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Chinese take-out, Sea Oats Cafe, and several other restaurants and shops.
