We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance of St. Armands Circle, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby.There was plenty of parking, which made everything very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lido Beach Sarasota!!!

space is perfect for couple and kids but 4 adults is kinda small space- great location- bathroom off the kitchen has barn doors that make privacy harder and going to bathroom #2 could compromise the kitchen area - very nice for a few day trip- pool was clean

Great location - lido beach was at the end of the block A beautiful park at the end of the road The condo set up is perfect Very comfortable and clean The local transportation helped up get to town and siesta key beach and the bus was free

Parking was easy and right out front. It is street parking, but not on a busy/main road. Easy access to and from St Armand’s Circle. An easy walk when it’s not full summer sun. The condo was nice and had the very basics. I would bring an eye mask as it’s pretty bright even with the blinds. The beach is a few blocks away and the 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were great. Bring a cart or drop the kids off as needed. BeautifulBeach!

Very nice quiet corner of Lido Key

Great location, walk to beach and mangrove nature park kayak. Easy parking in front of condo. Relaxed atmosphere near condo, heated pool right next door to unit. Would return and rent again.

Cute little villa. Perfect size for 2 comfortably. The floor was slippery and sandy when we got there, so couldn’t go barefoot and had to be careful not to slip with shoes. The bathtub and all 3 sinks were plugged up. Standing water in tub was very stinky. HOWEVER, the management got maintenance over within an hour and then an actual plumber later. I feel like I lost a day as I did not want to leave my valuables with a stranger. After all that, it was a nice place. The pool was exceptionally clean and such fun. The beach was only 2 blocks away but it was quite the walk as the hotels on beach side won’t allow you to walk through their property. It only takes 3 min to drive to Lido beach. You can walk to St Armonds but it’s a bit of a treck. I think it was a bit misrepresented. Pictures are not accurate. Also for me being unable to walk too far I would have liked to have a more accurate description of how close to beach it was. :)

Great location!

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of the laundry as well as the quiet setting for enjoying the pool. The beach is a short walk and with the nature preserve just feet away we saw really cool birds!

We’ve stayed in a number of different accommodations in Sarasota and this was the best. We particularly liked that the property was in a quiet location off the beaten path. The pool was exceptionally clean and inviting. The kitchen, unlike many that we have experienced in the past, was extremely well stocked With every amenity necessary for meal preparation. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that I would say needed improvement is there were some very bright lights on the exterior and it was at times too light in the bedrooms even with the shades drawn. It might be a good idea to have some kind of blackout shade in the bedroom or figure out a way to turn off those exterior lights. Overall I highly recommend this place. We would stay there again

Beautiful place. Needs more kitchen items (pots, colander, kitchen towels, pitcher). Could not access the pool from the back door because the landscaping was overgrown and covering the path. Internet for tv streaming was poor. Great location. Clean!

Beautiful rental! Everything was well stocked plenty of kitchen supplies! Right next to the pool and the beach! Plenty of privacy and a quiet area. Definitely will book again next time I come to town!

Simple Simon, no fuss no muss.

Perfect little spot for the 5 of us. We don’t mind sleeping as a family together as it reminds us of the old days. Stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed it very much. Simple and easy walk to town and the beach. Would stay here again.

Great Location

We have stayed in this community previously and love the area. We had an issue with the AC but the host was quick to respond and remedy the situation. We will be back to Lido again soon.

Comfortable stay

The unit was clean and comfortable. About a 1 block walk to beach. Across the street from the park to rent kayaks. Photos are accurate. Would recommend.
