In need of some rest and relaxation? Come down and enjoy the ocean view and the pleasant and warm tropical Caribbean breeze. Only 23 miles east from the San Juan International airport. This Mediterranean style villa is located inside the tropical grounds of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar beach resort hotel and spa. With over 2,000 sq. ft. of cozy and comfortable decoration, this two story villa is ideal for family and friends that are looking forward to soaking up and enjoying the warm Caribbean sun and two miles of sandy warm blue water beach. You can walk to the beach or use the complimentary golf cart to access the hotel, casino, restaurants, pubs or the walking distance cluster pool. You’ll experience a beautiful hill top view of two world class 18 hole Golf courses, the Atlantic Ocean and the “El Yunque” rain forest.

Located on the lower floor with central air conditioning, you’ll enjoy the spacious living room with a beautiful view of the ocean and the resort greens. The kitchen is well equipped with all brand new needed utensils and basic necessities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove and fridge. The dining table has space for (6) with brand new dinnerware. Also located on this floor is the breathtaking balcony view and a full bathroom. The upper floor has three (3) air conditioned bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests along with two (2) bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The Master bedroom and bathroom also has beautiful view of the northern coast to the rain forest. You can use the villa pool or go down to the beach for a nice swim in the ocean (weather permitting). You can enjoy all this by having a nice walking stroll to the beach or use of the golf cart. There are also plenty of other activities minutes away from the resort such as “El Yunque” rain forest full of rivers and trails for hiking or biking, “Hacienda Carabali” for horseback, four tracks and go-cart riding. There are Bio-luminescent bay night kayaks trips, catamaran sailing, deep sea fishing, fresh catch of the day seafood restaurants and shopping. So come over and enjoy a piece of paradise.

Beautiful unit. Owners easy to communicate with. Clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed. Ocean views. Great bedrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony. Newly renovated bathrooms. Ceiling fans, window screens so little need for a/c but that works great when needed. Easy walk to beach. Handy golf cart. Would rent again in a minute

Great property and host

Host was easy to communicate with, and property was very clean with all amenities you would need. Gold cart was a huge help as resort property grounds are enormous.

Excellent place to stay!

Wow! This place was exactly what we expected. Check in process was smooth, the views were amazing. Staying in the condo and having all the restaurants and pools at the resort open to us was really nice.

Beautiful Property - Great Location

We loved staying here! So much room for all of us and a spectacular view. The golf cart was just all you needed to go to the beach club pool and beach nearby. Luquillo bars and restaurants are a short drive away as well as beautiful El Yunque. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again!

Excellent stay

Property was exactly as described. 6 of us stayed here and had plenty of space. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect. The air conditioning worked very well, the property was well stocked, clean and the host was very responsive and friendly. Golf cart was convenient and fun!

Easter on the Beach

Our first time in Puerto Rico as a family did not disappoint and was made especially comfortable with our stay at the Villas. Riding the golf cart to the pool and beach was a fan favorite. Beautiful home, thank you for sharing.

Senior trip

We had 10 of us staying at the property, five adults & five teens. There was plenty of room and space. The property was beautiful and great view of the beach and golf course. The beach was just a short distant and easy to get to with the golf cart or by walking. The staff across the property were friends and provided top notch service. The host was very helpful & responsive with any questions we had. Also provided clear check in and check out details.

Beautiful Villa at Rio Mar!

We loved this villa. So spacious, comfortable, a great location and spectacular view. The Villa was immaculate and included everything you could possibly need. We loved the use of the golf cart! It looks exactly like the pictures, if not better in person. We will return!

Beautiful view in a comfortable and clean villa

Our family of 7 (grandparents through teens) comfortably stayed. The property was clean with all the basic necessities-soap/shampoo, towels, dishes, coffee maker, etc. The golf cart was a wonderful way to move about the resort. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Close to El Yunque rain forest and Laquillo beach, which was perfect for exploring a bit. Every member of our party said they would stay here again!

Great for golfing not for nongolfers

Gorgeous condo. Code to door was wrong and never got it changed to a secure one that others didn’t know. Very safe area. Unfortunately rules changed since the booking and we couldn’t use the nice pools or pool by the beach. The one in condo area is tiny. Definitely more for golfers. Host was great in helping us.

Great Apartment for Family

The apartment was excellent. Clean space. Functional kitchen. Nice patio. Spacious living room and bedrooms. My kids loved driving with us in the golf cart. In addition to pool access nearby on the premises, there are many awesome activities close by in the rain forest (ziplining, ATVing, hiking, and more). Hosts were great. Helpful and patient with answering questions about the space before and during the trip. No major issues. When we had a small need in the middle, it was taken care of promptly. A great place to stay!

Great villa!!

Two to three times a year we head over to Rio Mar for a tennis tournament and rent out a villa for the family. The villa was perfect, immaculate when we got there and communication with the property manager was great. We got in an hour prior to check in and were able to drop off perishables before heading to tennis courts. The rooms are ample and very comfortable as well as bathrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped as we cooked breakfast in the villa every morning and had everything we needed. The use of the golf cart is super convenient as we had activities in the hotel and took the golf car over. Pool inside the villa complex was empty and water was perfect. It felt like we had our own private pool even being 4th of July weekend. Highly recommend the property!! I’m sure we will be back soon!!!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing time here! We are only a family if 4, so there was room to spare, but my kids enjoyed having their own rooms. The resort property was dead- most days we had the beach to ourselves or shared with one other family. The food/drink stand at the pool was closed the entire time, but there was a smoothie truck that we took advantage of on Friday. We spent a lot of time adventuring off the property and this rental location was a great home base for us.
