Spectacular Beach View on Second Floor in a Private Villa for 10

The Villa is located at Ocean Villas Condominium within the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort. Great for families or couples looking to experience the Enchanted Island with your own Villa and the beach within 300 feet.

Our guests have access to Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Golf and Beach Resort's based on Resort policy (for a few), five restaurants, bars, casino and facilities, such as golf, spa and tennis courts. Hotel pools are not available for condo guest and depending on hotel occupancy rates, condo guest can be denied access to hotel.

Ocean Villas has its own pools which are available for the villa guests. Pools shown in our pictures belong to Ocean Villas. The villa is located near El Yunque Rain Forest, Luquillo Public Beach, Luquillo Kiosks, restaurants, shopping and 30 minutes drive to Ceiba ferry terminal to board ferries to Culebra and/or Vieques.

Villa Escape is fully furnished and equipped for an unforgettable vacation. The living room has a 55in Ultra HD Smart LED TV, cable TV and WiFi. Kitchen is fully equipped, furnished balcony overseeing the pool and ocean.

The condominium complex has an electrical generator to handle any power issues the electrical company might have. However, please keep in mind that the generator is a best effort type of service and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time.

Separate suite with full bath and private entrance.

My family spent a wonderful week at this property. We were welcomed warmly by Willie, the property manager upon arrival. The condo itself was very nicely appointed and comfortable (loved the beds!) and the view from the balcony could not be beat. The property was immaculately maintained, and the proximity to the beach and amenities at the resort was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to book it again in the future.

Host was super welcoming! Property had everything we needed and was comfortable for us (even had a grocery cart for ease unloading with elevators). Parking was very tight. We rented two small vehicles instead of one larger vehicle and still had to be very careful in the absurdly small garage. The beach was beautiful and right outside the property. The beach and pools and hot tub were all very empty and clean. We loved being close to the Wyndham, too. Highly recommend! We all would love to return!

We had an amazing time at this property. It's about 30 min from San Juan downtown but the views and the resort is great. Just ensure you take a small car as parking in garage is bit tight.

This villa was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked with all necessary amenities. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We especially enjoyed taking our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Pool and beach access was convenient and easy. Would definitely recommend or stay again! Thank you.

Everything was wonderful! The villa was clean and spacious; had everything we needed. The grounds and pools were beautiful. The lovely beach was right at our footsteps. The views from the villa were amazing. It was exactly what we were hoping for… We were thrilled with it all! The communication with Willie and Priscilla was excellent! This was an amazing place to stay. The swimming pools are open 24 hours a day, but the place was not noisy. The beach is as close as it looks in the picture and was clean and lovely. We were a party of 10 - 2 families with teenage children. We stayed comfortably in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo which was well-equipped. The parking spots are tight and the garage does not have tons of room, but we were able to squeeze in 2 minivans.

Family Vacay - 1st Trip to PR

Property location was good, grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Convenient being next to the Wyndham as we did enjoy walking over to the tiki bar and the roots grab and go market and even booked a massage at the spa. Beach was nice and also well maintained and could walk forever in either direction. It was very windy and choppy the week of our stay however. As for the unit, comfortable for 6 adults but could use some updating and not quite as well equipped as some of our other rentals elsewhere in the carribean have been. Beds were comfy but a/c unit it master was noisy. Hosts were very quick to respond. 30 charge to use the community bbq grill which seemed petty as this is something normally offered as an included amenity. Some days we needed wristbands and other days not. One day, our shoes were taken when left at the gate to go for an early morning walk. They were returned to us when we inquired but really? We did love our excursion to Icacos although the snorkeling was bad (reef is dead). We enjoyed our hike in El Yungae and the pina coladas at Barachinos in San Juan were the best. Food at Kiosks and in San Juan was very good. Disappointed we could not go to Culebra as it is advertised as 1 of the top 10 things to do but tickets in advance or at box office never available even looking the month before all the way through our stay.

Beach View

The location could not have been better with easy access to the pools and beach. Truly spectacular views from the balcony.There were a few issues. The water temperature in the three bathroom showers could not be regulate. It was either cold or extremely hot. One of the bathtubs water stopper was broken. A few other minor repairs in the unit were needed and could easily be fixed. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The accommodations were perfect for a family vacation.

Enjoyed our stay

Two families enjoyed this condo. Location to beach was great. Close enough for kids to enjoy the pool and sand on their own. Was quiet, not too crowded and pretty much had everything you needed.

Great spot!

Beautiful location, property is quiet and ease access to restaurants/groceries/beaches. Beach was swimmable all week. Pools are cleaned and large. Lots of space inside the unit. Great communication and recommendations for the property managers.

Perfect Villa for a Relaxing & Fun Getaway!

Our stay at this amazing villa was everything we hoped for and more! With plenty of space for all seven of us, we were able to enjoy both time together and moments to relax. Beautiful property, on the resort grounds adds even more to this location! I was most impressed with the communication between Willie and Priscilla and myself. Almost instant replies and make things so easy which is what I want on vacation. Would recommend 10/10!!

Best Villa

WE had another wonderful week at Villa Escape. It gets harder to leave each year. .. the weather, the people, the surroundings! Nothing is missing at all from this villa. Everyone is so helpful....can't wait for next year!

Very good location

There were five of us that stayed at the villa. It was clean and the amenities were very good. Plenty of room for everyone, with the three bedrooms. The inside was great. The outside was a little tired and in need of a good pressure washing/painting. Parking was a little tight, and the pool area was in need of a little attention. Overall, we had a nice stay with no significant problems or complaints, and it was nice having the casino and restaurant so close. Willie was quick to answer any questions that we had.
