Enjoy a relaxing stay in this direct beachfront 1-bedroom condo in Indian Shores, perfect for up to 4 guests. Newly remodeled and beautifully furnished with Tommy Bahama décor, this inviting beach getaway offers comfort, style, and breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo features a king-size bed with a new mattress and box spring, a full kitchen, newer air conditioning, and electric window coverings for added comfort and convenience. The living room and bedroom both include TVs with high-definition cable and DVD players, and the condo also offers two stereo systems along with a collection of current and classic movies.

Step out onto the large private balcony and take in the stunning Gulf views, gentle sea breeze, and unforgettable Florida sunsets. Whether you are starting your morning with coffee by the water or winding down after a day on the beach, this Indian Shores vacation rental offers the perfect setting for a peaceful coastal escape.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances, cookware, and essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and free calling to the US and Canada are also included. Community washers and dryers are available on each floor for added convenience.

This pet-friendly condo welcomes 1 dog up to 80 pounds or up to 3 small dogs with a combined weight of 80 pounds or less. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies.

Amazing view of beach and ocean from 3rd floor balcony!

Awesome laidback location. Delicious local coffee place across the street. Great surrounding areas, like Clearwater. Favorite place to eat: Crabby Bills! Highly recommend.

Deep cleaning required

Property definitely needs some refreshing and a deep cleaning. Location was good. Beach as beautiful as always.

After 7 times staying at this property but a 5 year gap

Everything is great! The bed is dated, the Bedroom TV should be cable and not airwaves (who knows what's on) and they should leave at least 1 coffee filter. These are nits ... great place to stay

A perfect week on the beach

This condo was spectecular!!!! The view was magnificent and the condo was spotless with every amenity imaginable. The location was central to all the exceptional restaurants and shopping centers.It is within walking distance to the most enjoyable and low-keyed dining experience anyone could ask for. The photos listed ddo not do justice to this condo.

Best ever

We checked in early and was so impressed at the way everything was handled. Smooth. Place had everything you needed. Bring your beach chair and cold drink. Rock Grill Restaurant is across the street and it was spot on. Trolly right outside the main door. Park and relax. will be back. Thanks oh so much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and out process was easy. Condo was very clean and great ocean front view. The only downside is unit does not have washer/dryer, it is a coin operated washer and dryer outside the unit. It has everything else except we could not find any beach chairs to take to the beach. Nonetheless it was a great unit and we will go back again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view and sound of the Gulf!The beach was very nice and the water temperature perfect. Everything worked in the Condo but the lay-out of the bathroom was poor. Kitchen and other cabinets were peeling and paint problems on walls.

The bed was less than satisfactory and mattress really needs replaced just like other reviewers said

Only other issue were tenants of unit 404 parking in unit 303 assigned parking spot on multiple occasions

Awesome Location, Unit A Little Tired

We really wanted rate this condo higher but due to some opportunities we had to rate it a 3. First the pros. This condo has location , location, location. You are very close to the water. The views are fabulous. The beach goes on forever in both directions. Deck is nice size. There is a trolley that you can take around if you do not want to drive. The cons, The unit is tired. It needs someone to go through and get rid of the soiled pillows, furniture. Upon going into the bathroom there was a used bar of soap in the shower. I was wondering if it was cleaned. Hotpads were very dirty, some of the pans rusted/old. Some of the sheets and towels were stained. Paint on walls where chairs have touched are are all chipped off. They just need to refreshen this unit by going through it and replacing items and it could be a 5 in no time. One thing to note the picture of the building is not a current one. So do not look for a pink building. It is tan/green.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Million dollar view, unfortunately unit was more like staying in a dirty low end motel. This was our 2nd stay, had hoped for improvement in the year between stays. That was not the case - unit was dirty and dated. You will be greeted with a broken, useless storm door as you step off the elevator. Showerhead was covered in black gunk that had to be scrubbed off before using shower. We had to wipe every surface ourselves before we felt comfortable. A deep clean would help in the short term, but what is really needed is a complete gut remodel. Other units in this building are advertised for vacation rental and they clearly show the potential for what this unit could be. With the exception of what looks like a new slider on the balcony, it does not appear as if these owners put a single dime into their property. It could be an amazing property given the location and view, but the unit itself is in desperate need of a complete makeover.

Location great but apartment comes up short

Difficult to review as location was great, the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular, property manager really good. The issue was the apartment is really uncared for , Bathroom sink cabinet cover was peeling away , the cabinet itself was rotten at the bottom , the shower was grubby and needs grouting , chipped tiles on floor in shower. kitchen bar stools were cane and the sides were split , one chair will snap one day when someone is getting on the chair as the arms loose , dining table chairs same issues , lounge rug needs putting in the rubbish bin as no amount of cleaning will restore it , the sofa was surprisingly comfy😀 as was the bed. With a little bit of money spent which I’m sure the owner could recoup this would be a 5 star review

Property was clean and looked as good as the photos online. Well stocked kitchen. I loved that the kitchen was facing the ocean. Loved the deep balcony. I would absolutely recommend this property.
