A staycation oasis awaits you, with plenty of space indoors and outdoors! Our spacious home is set on a sunny acre of land for you to roam freely, and hiking, biking, skiing, and snowshoeing trails await just across the street.

This large home offers Enchantment views, an expansive lawn with fruit trees, lots of natural light, 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths. The home is located 1.5 miles from downtown Leavenworth. The upstairs has a living/dining space with vaulted ceilings and stone fireplace, an updated kitchen, a master suite with king bed, remodeled bath with laundry, office with futon, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, and full guest bath. A massive sundeck is right off the kitchen for outdoor grilling and entertaining. Downstairs has 3 additional bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one queen/twin bunk), living room with wet bar, a 2nd laundry area, full bath, and partially enclosed hot tub area. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. There is a beautiful lawn with mountain views - perfect for relaxing and playing lawn games (we have bocce ball and can jam)!

Really great experience! Our siblings trip (5 couples) booked for sound of music weekend, walkable to the outdoor theater, spacious, back deck was our gathering place to chat. Kitchen amenities were great, overall very clean, highly recommend!

The house was very nice and in a pretty location, though it was hard to see the view because of the smoke. We left after 1 night because the AQI was so high and some of us were having a few symptoms. The host, Lisha, was very responsive and nice. There were a few problems with the water pressure, especially the kitchen sink, where the water came out in a dribble and we had to get water for coffee from the bathroom. I wish we could have stayed longer. It's a great house for a group of 8 to 12.

We do apologize for the water pressure issue. We had no idea until the next guest informed us and the issue has since been fixed. We hope you are able to come another time to enjoy the home and setting without the smoke!

The host was very nice and responsive when I had questions about booking. We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was well stocked, kid friendly and in a beautiful location. The small touches, like adding Christmas decor, made this trip even more magical and special. Loved waking up to a Christmas tree with snow in the background! Would highly recommend this VRBO and host.

This home is great for a family! You can walk to Ski Hill and snow play, or just visit the lodge for cocoa. At the house, there are enough large tables (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) to keep the jigsaw puzzle going AND gather for other games at another table! We loved it so much last year, we booked right away for this year's Christmas trip. Lisha was super helpful and responsive!

Everything was beautiful. We woke up to wild turkeys on the lawn Saturday morning and a small herd of deer on Sunday. Leavenworth is a great town. (Would not recommend the Rhein Haus, however.)

Winter Wonderland!

Came here with family to celebrate Christmas, and had a wonderful time! There is plenty of space, and the proximity to ski hill is a bonus! We can’t wait to come back

Winter birthday

We came with our family and friends to celebrate our kiddos birthday and had an amazing time. The house is very kid friendly and perfectly located near town. We can’t wait to come back!

Bucket list visit with 4 generations

Stayed in the house a plenty with our parents, our kids and grandkids, and had an amazing time! So close to all attractions in town and the kitchen was very well supplied/stocked!! The amount of rooms and space in the house was just what we needed for 9 adults and 2 children.

Great place to bring your family

This was a great place to stay for my relatively large family. There was plenty of room for us and things for everyone to do. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the view from the back porch and the close proximity to hiking trails. It's not a long drive from the Leavenworth city center. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fabulous winter wonderland getaway

This house is immaculately clean and well stocked for all of your travel needs. It is in a wonderful location with a Gorgeous view of the mountains. The hosts are super responsive and everything was exactly as described and expected. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it for any month of the year. Thank you for being an amazing host and for renting out your adorable home.

Amazing location!

We went to mountain bike the ski hill trails and this was the perfect location. The house is amazing and great for the whole family. Spectacular views from the back deck. Pack n play on-site. Kids loved the yard and riding bikes/ scooters in the private driveway. We would stay again!

Great experience with our stay

The property is wonderful. We had a large group and it met our needs well and was a wonderful environment to be in with enough room for everyone to spread out or be together. The view was incredible. It's a beautiful home and we are so glad we got to stay there. There was a glitch at check in but the host was quick to respond and take care of us. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property is huge. We all were able to fit comfortably. Everything was as expected. Lisha was very responsive and accommodative. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spot

This house was perfectly accommodated all 9 of our family members. The views from the deck and dining areas were spectacular. Our only gripe would be that the property needs to be deep cleaned and one of the bathrooms had dirty towels in it upon arrival. Other than that this is a beautiful property and an awesome place to stay.

Great views & lots of room!

We really enjoyed that the lights were on when we arrived including the c-mas tree, the house was cozy, & the hot tub amazing after sledding with toddlers at the downtown park in the snow. We made Christmas cookies, two dinners, & enjoyed the gorgeous view. The house was perfect for 4 girls under 7, & 5 adults with toys & space. Well stocked kitchen & nice to have a garage. Everyone was sad to leave.

Hi Kelly! Thank you so much for your review and it's great to hear you enjoyed your stay! Sorry to hear that you didn't care for the outside of our home. In general, we keep our grounds manicured and free from debris but yes the house is fairly dated and not one of the newer construction homes you see around. The garage gets a lot of traffic and tends to accumulate dirt quickly from cars, mountain bikes, and all of the outdoor adventures that our guests take! We try to periodically sweep it, but it's not always perfect. We did sweep it immediately after your stay as we were the very next guests! Great to hear you that you thought the beds were comfortable and the house was sparkling clean - we want every guest to enjoy our great view of the valley, sleep in the most comfortable beds and enjoy all that Leavenworth has to offer!

Great location, lots of space

Our family of 9 had a great stay. The location was great; just a few minutes from downtown Leavenworth. The A/C worked well during the 100 degree weather. The arcade game unit with 1980's games was a hit. We also appreciated that we were in walkable distance to the ski hill with lots of hiking trails in the national forest. The kitchen had lots of useful utensils and cookware. Note that the office with the futon does not have a door so someone who needs privacy may want to be in a different room. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall, great time!

I'm originally from Oregon, but moved up to Seattle after graduating from UofO (Go Ducks!). I've been in Seattle ever since, with a brief one year rotation in Munich. My husband, Ryan, and I have 3 young kids who are all bursting with personality. We love the outdoors, even in the rain, and most all sports (watching and playing). I also love to read, ride my Peloton bike, and keep up on new shows and movies when I'm not trying to catch up on sleep.

We purchased our personal vacation home in Leavenworth in July 2019 - it's a special place to us as we got married up there in 2015 and love going back to make more memories.
