Property dependent on type of stay
This property was beautiful....except the kitchen. The pictures are just like the presentation on arrival. The entire place is decked out in Ikea from floor to ceiling except the kitchen. There is very little supplies for the kitchen and you can tell it is neglected during the cleaning process. It is out dated and the appliances are very finiky. When I arrived the coffee pot has literal mold and some kind of green goo in the water reservoir. I was very pleased that property manager did purchase a new coffee maker and blender immediately upon request.
This property has such an amazing view of the ocean. You will not get a full sunrise however since the angle of the room does not cross by the sun in the mornings. The view itself though is still very stunning.
The bedroom was very nice and large and the closet was massive and could accommodate 3-4 peoples clothing depending on the length of the stay. The bed was also very comfy and the pillows seemed brand new.
The AC was very effective but it is very very very loud. You can hear it from the hallway and you can't really hear anyone on the phone when it is on.
Overall I really enjoyed this unit for the location and cosmetics. However, THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO COME TO RELAX. There is constantly construction in the building. On Tuesdays there is a massive fan that blows air out of the other buildings parking lot and it is SO LOUD. Every Wednesday, the trash trucks pick up everything and it is also super loud and takes almost an hour. On Thursdays they cut the grass, on Fridays they blow out all the extra debris, and every single day there is a tractor that passes on the beach in the mornings to clear the debris.
There is also very rude people that live there and do not treat quests well with kindness. They also have no rules on quiet hours and there is often children running around till midnight out side and even a casual conversation by the pool echos and carries to upper balcony levels. This could be a great place for people who want to have a family reunion or a group of older adults but if you're looking to use this unit for work or to have true relaxation, you will not find that peace here.
