Recently renewed, the apartment is located right in the heart of the city centre, Corso Garibaldi, 5 minutes to the railway station, the cycle lane, the beaches and the two harbors.
The studio is an outbuilding of a villa and overlooks a private garden.
It offers a comfortable king-size bed.
It consists of a large and spacious room fully furnished with a brand new induction kitchen and a large windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Heating, air conditioning and wi-fi included.
We provide for our guests 2 bikes for free.
Private parking inside the garden in front of the apartment available on request for a fee.

The entrance is from a main gate on Corso Garibaldi, through a wonderful and lush private garden.
Casa Magnolie is located at the end of the garden.
If you need the parking place, I just kindly ask you to park your car so that another car could be parked near yours.
Above the apartment there is a terrace perfect for bronze or read a book.
It is also very useful because you can hang out the laudry there.
It is very calm, silent and perfectly located.
Each time you leave the apartment, please switch off the air condinioning/heating and close the main door and the doorway.

From Nice airport to Sanremo approximately 1 hour by car or by train.
From Genoa airport 2 hours, from Milan 3 hours and a half approximately.
If you are by car, on A10 Genova-Ventimiglia take the exit Arma di Taggia.
Turn right on the bypass Aurelia bis and take the junction San Martino (Sanremo Est). Continue straight on in Corso Cavallotti until the roundabout Rondo' Garibaldi, then take Corso Garibaldi and we are the number 150.
