This large 2 bedroom suite with art deco chic style, is the perfect location for a relaxing reprieve or family holiday. Enjoy park views with the Marina in the distance from your private balcony; just a few minutes walk to beach and Jetty Road shops & eateries. Free WIFI
The Space:
High ceilings and large bedrooms provide a feeling of spaciousness. We've just updated all the flooring, and fully renovated the bathroom and kitchen.
The standard setup for this apartment accommodates up to 5 persons, with 1 king-wdith queen bed in the main bedroom + 3 single beds in the second bedroom. There is also an additional fold out trundle bed available for use, which can be made up in the main bedroom.
**Please note, if you require use of the fold out trundle bed, there is an additional $40 fee, and you need to request at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We will issue a money request or booking alteration for this to be added. Last minute requests for the trundle bed are generally not be able to be accommodated**
Guest Access:
Entire apartment is all yours, as well as access to the common area Laundry room located at the back of the building, which including coin operated washer and dryer. A free WIFI service is provided in the apartment (some download restrictions apply).
We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The standout of this property is it's amazing location. No need for a car because you are walking distance to everything you need! Convenience +++ Just a 5 minute stroll finds you on the sandy white beach and the iconic Glenelg Jetty, as well as all the attractions of Jetty Road, Glenelg. Your apartment compendium includes some of our recommendations and special offers from local businesses.
Getting Around:
Besides being walking distance to everything Glenelg has to offer, getting into Adelaide CBD couldn't be easier with the tram running between Glenelg and the City every 20 minutes. There is also a main bus hub in Glenelg that can connect you to almost everywhere else!
Other Things to Note:
Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.
The carpark is located at the end of the driveway of the building. Off street parking is available for one car only. Please note, it is a very tight carpark and there is only 1 allocated space available per apartment, so you must only park in the space marked with your apartment number. The height of the lowest point of this specific apartment carpark is 1.9 metres. Cars with roof racks will not fit under our carport, but most standard size 4WD and SUVs will fit. Additional cars or visitors to the property must park on the street. There is free parking available in the surrounding side streets, but not directly out the front of the building, which is ticketed.
**If you require use of the fold out trundle bed, please note there is an additional fee, and you need to request upon booking and we will issue a money request for this to be added. Generally 48 hours notice is required to book in this extra service, so last minute requests for the trundle bed may not be able to be accommodated**
For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you if this is due to occur during your stay.
The starter amenities packs are there to assist in your arrival process, however these items are not replenished during your stay. For extended stays you may need to purchase more of these items, such as toilet paper and milk.
For a secure stay, guests are required to complete our simple verification process. Guests need to provide a government-issued ID, confirm their contact info, and, in some cases, provide a matching credit card. This info is solely for screening purposes and is not stored perminently.
Guests will also be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to our terms, including verification and a background check if needed.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay at this property. Check-in instructions will be provided once guests have successfully completed our verification process.

Clean and bright
The property was clean and nicely renovated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negatives were the beds were uncomfortable and the car park was very tight. I have a 4WD and had to do a 20 point turnn everytime I needed to get in and out.

Parking.
We have a large American Ute so knew that it wouldn’t fit in the parking space provided. Disappointed to find the parking at the front was metered 24/7. That would add up over 3 days!!! Found free parking literally just around the corner. 9-6 (3 hour). After 6 before 9 free, so perfect.

Easy, clean and great location
Was just what we needed. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was especially clean and water was hit! Great spot, slide to everything. The car park is noted as right but it is very tight. Not suited for large cars

Hidden Gem
We were quietly surprised with how nice our apartment was. From the street it is unassuming but once inside we were very impressed with how spacious it was. Upon further inspection we were also very impressed with the cleanliness. The bedding is very comfortable (lovely soft pillows!) The bathroom was spotless with adequate supplies provided. Emily was constantly in touch to make sure we were comfortable & didn't need anything. Overall we were very happy & highly recommend anyone visiting Glenelg to book Unit 4 at Bayview Apartments.
