An authentic antique log cabin, transported and rebuilt in the Timberidge community of Gatlinburg, the cabin sits at the end of the road on a hill with spectacular views. Yet, it is only minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park. This cabin will make you feel a world away with the hand hewn logs from the 1800's and stacked stone chimney. Sit back in the rocking chairs on the front porch and take in the wonderful view of the smoky mountains or relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and shopping. Inside, you will find with the rustic feel of the cabin are all the conveniences of today. A fully equipped kitchen and wood burning fireplace for those romantic evenings spent in the cabin, a king sized Beautyrest pillow top bed, as well as free WIFI will provide the amenities you deserve on your vacation. Cabin also has a full sized washer, dryer, and hi def TV. The beauty of nature abounds at Honeymoon Hideaway. Many guests have seen the family of bears that stroll through the property from time to time. Take in the beautiful long range views and listen to wild turkey calls in the morning while you drink coffee on the porch in your rocking chair.

First off, the owner was on point with location, directions, and usage of everything. Kept in touch with questions and responded almost immediately. The cabin was perfect and exactly as described. Had wood avaliable to us for the fireplace and all essentials need in the kitchen. Including some bathroom and dish cleaning supplies. We absolutely loved how close the cabin was to everything around gatlinburg and Pigeon forge, but yet was so sacluded and far away from the hussle and bussle at the same time. Everything was clean, in working order, and well taken care of. Would sugest this place to anyone who needs a nice quiet or romantic getaway with beautiful views, and an abundance of nearby things to do and enjoy!

My husband and I went for the weekend here. The Cabin was great! It was very clean and had everything we would need. Exactly like the description and pictures. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. Loved the hot tub and sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs in the morning and evening. Loved being on top of the mountain away from everything but still close enough to go do what we wanted. We saw a bear strolling down the hill on the 2nd day. The host, Taylor was super quick to message and communicated well! Definitely recommend and will be back in the future! Great trip!

Really nice cabin with one large room, kitchen area, and bathroom. Located on top of a high ridge with awesome view of sunset - but the paved roads up are narrow and winding. Easy access to Gatlinburg By-pass. I was there to hike and it was perfect!

We had a wonderful bear show…twice. Mom and twins. Twins wrestled for 11/2 while mom was eating berries above them. One show was early morning and the other was early dusk. Cabin was just the right size for 2 people

A perfect hideaway

This was an absolutely wonderful stay in Gatlinburg, TN. The property, nestled at the top of a mountain, offers breathtaking views and a secluded, home-like atmosphere that made our trip truly special. It's important to have a vehicle capable of handling the steep incline to access the cabin comfortably. The cabin was generally very clean, though I noticed the inside of the shower could have been a bit cleaner—though that’s a minor detail, and I tend to be particular about bathrooms. One of the highlights was being visited by a mama bear and her cubs one morning; as the listing advised, we kept our distance and stored food securely, which kept us safe. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a scenic, peaceful retreat, and I would love to stay here again.

wonderful honeymoon cabin

this cabin is at the end of the road on too of the mountain. A perfect honeymoon getaway. The cabin is secluded and clean. Close proximity to all the local shopping and restaurants. we enjoyed quiet evenings in the hot tub under the stars. Highly recommend.

We booked the Honeymoon Hideaway for our anniversary trip and it did not disappoint! The cabin was perfect for us two! Perfect location between PF and GBurg! Views are breathtaking! Pictures shown are accurate!! Sunset pic below. Had the privacy we wanted! Hot tub at night watching the fireworks were great! Literal perfection! We will be returning!

Cute little place with a great view! The surrounding mountains were breathtaking. We could see all the way to part of Pigeon Forge and the fireworks from Dollywood every evening. It stormed one evening and watching the storm roll in from miles away was beautiful.

We absolutely love the community where this cabin is located. Each cabin sits on almost an acre and is secluded from the others in the neighborhood. We found that to be a rarity compared to most cabin areas that are stacked on top of each other. The authentic logs that were used to rebuild the cabin give it a romantic charm that make it stand out from cabins in other communities in the area.
Although secluded, the cabin has a great view and is easily accessed with vehicle and very close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and downtown Gatlinburg.

Spectacular long range views - you can even see The Island ferris wheel at night! Built out of antique hand hewn logs from the 1800's.
