As a property owner and Registered Nurse, a clean, disinfected and sanitized cabin has always been a priority for us. We have adopted and implemented a strict anti-microbial (virus, bacteria, fungal) sanitization protocol before and after each guest, offering a "contactless" check-in process using a Wi-Fi programmable smart lock. Feel free to message us with any specific questions about our cleaning program.

Please review the CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance) offered during the booking process. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for your stay.

All adult cabin with maximum of 2 people per reservation.

Newly built in 2018, this chalet style 1200 sq ft luxury Gatlinburg cabin provides a "first floor" king suite with handmade sassafras furniture, flat screen "smart" HDTV and ROKU , spacious en-suite master bath and a private walk out to the covered deck and hot tub. Solid hickory flooring throughout cabin, custom log furniture, cathedral ceilings and large picture windows create an Adirondack theme throughout the cabin. The second floor offers a media room with flat screen "smart" HDTV and ROKU, double couple's recliner and large full bath. Kitchen amenities include a fully stocked custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, cookware, bake ware, dish sets, and a new Keurig along with a new Mr Coffee maker. Enjoy magnificent mountain & ridge views from the privacy of the covered deck which includes a new custom spa with LED lights and a waterfall, a double glider rocker and a picnic table!

Location/Access -
The Sweet Escape is a 10 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, this brand new cabin provides privacy, quick access to the main road, Parkway, which is a short 5 minute drive from the cabin.

Warm and cozy mountain cabin

The cabin was lovely, decorated tastefully and also for our Christmas vacation. The cabin was clean and it felt comfortable for our 6 day/night stay. If we travel to Gatlinburg again, we would absolutely stay there. Great place, clean and beautiful!

SWEET is right!

This is not our first stay with Gatlinburg Vacation Cabins, but it has been the first time we stayed in The Sweet Escape. We were not disappointed .... beautiful views, lovely cabin, the best amenities. The cabin was spotless and welcoming when we got here. And, yes, we got to see bears on our way back in several mornings. What a lovely and pleasant place to be for our much needed getaway! We'll be back for sure!

Very welcoming hosts and easy to access. The cabin is close to the city but deep enough in the mountains to feel like youā€™re away from the hubbub. The view is nice considering youā€™re surround by a ton of other cabins (still feels secluded). I really appreciated that the cabin was decorated for Christmas! Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could ever need. My only minor complaint was that the bed wasnā€™t super comfy and shampoo/conditioner wasnā€™t provided. That was easy enough for us to buy, but the uncomfortable bed was a bit of a bummer. The older I get, the more I appreciate my luxury mattress at homeā€¦.I know I canā€™t expect every mattress to be perfect, but still, for a couples getaway, a good bed is sort of important. Anyway, other than that everything was perfect!

Awesome stay in beautiful home

This cabinet was wonderful and so serene. Exactly what my husband and I needed for a long weekend away. Itā€™s steps away from great trails in the NP and conveniently located near grocery stores and other food places. We would definitely come here again.

Fantastic!!

Owners are super responsive and extremely nice people. The cabin is well taken care of, very clean, and fairly secluded. The view is great. We enjoyed it so much that we went ahead and booked another trip later this year.

Beautiful retreat atop the mountains! We enjoyed slow mornings, relaxing afternoons, & restful evenings in this well-appointed cabin! Close to the hustle & bustle of Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge but as soon as we drove into the shaded forests of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, we felt a sense of peace & relaxation. We enjoyed hikes along creeks & up to vistas as well as scenic drives. The hot tub at the cabin was a great way to relax our tired muscles. We also enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning as we sat & drank coffee on the porch & we were fortunate to see a black bear on the road as we left on our final day! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful beyond belief

The ā€œSweet Escapeā€ was the perfect cabin for two people. It was beautiful and extremely clean and perfectly decorated. The view from the deck was just awesome and there was a hot tub which we used after long hikes into Smokey Mountain National Park. The park was just three miles away from the cabin. Very convenient. I would go back in an instant.
