Milnthorpe Retreat - In the view

The house is set on 18 acres of regenerating native bush. It’s an easy walk to Milnthorpe beach along a beautiful bush track and Milnthorpe park, with walking tracks galore, is directly across the road. There’s also a 4WD track that goes to the top of the property where you’ll find the best views in all of Golden Bay and a protected wetland, home to the native fern bird.

The house has a great big deck with a picture frame view, ideal for hosting or just lazing at home. (It’s nearly one metre off the ground and has no railing so it’s not ideal for toddlers.) Two bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a fold-out couch in the lounge that accommodates two.

Wifi, towels and linen are provided.

Stand up paddle boards, kayaks and sailing dinghies are available from the Parapara boatshed for an extra fee of $70.

Only 3 minutes drive to Collingwood where you’ll find great coffee and anything else you’ll need.
