The open-concept living area features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. Enjoy meals at the dining table for 8 or the kitchen bar, and step out onto the balcony to take in stunning sunset views over the meadow.

The main suite, with a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, boasts dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a stand-up shower. A second bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent full bath is located on the same level. Downstairs, the secondary suite offers a king bed and private bath for added comfort and privacy.

Conifer Chalet is within walking distance of everything you need: Lake Tahoe’s gorgeous Lakeside Beach, casinos, shops, restaurants, and the Heavenly Gondola. In winter, enjoy quick access to the slopes, with a private garage for convenient ski storage. With wireless internet, central A/C, and a gas BBQ, this condo has all the amenities for a memorable stay.

Perfect location!

The accommodations were incredible. Great space for three couples which was in great proximity to shops, restaurants, etc. We even saw a bear! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, close to lake and heavenly village.

Came here to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. The place was nice and clean and awesome location. Will definitely keep this place in mind for winter getaway.

Family vacation

Stayed 3 nights with grandparents and kids. Beautiful property. Walking distance to both the village and the lake which was great for the grandparents while the rest of the family skied. It is located on the top floor so there are some stairs involved, but not too bad.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have rented the same condo every year during by bday for past 6 years, we love the location, it’s perfect , the condo is perfect however, there are a few things that can be improved upon 1. Supply extra towels and blankets We don’t have room in our vehicles to bring those items 2. The couch/bed has been broken every visit and it’s very uncomfortable the couch cushions are sunken in .. 3. The pots and pans are scratched which is not conducive to cooking a good meal. Again, I would bring my own but I don’t have space. I just bought a really nice set on Amazon for $60 Just to be clear, I love your place , just needs a little upgrade on those items mentioned. Note: you must’ve hired a new cleaning company because they are 100% better than the previous ones the house this time was very very clean last year was a bit dusty. Costco has a beautiful sectional $1200 2.

Fantastic location

This condo is ideally situated. It is walking distance to the gondola for easy access to skiing. It is also walking distance to Lake Tahoe.

Lake Tahoe Thanksgiving

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Conifer Chalet is an excellent property. Very clean. Outstanding location, easy walk to gondola, shopping, casinos, beach and great food options. Safe & secure parking. Very quiet. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, full kitchen & laundry. Kitchen had all the essentials. I’d check in and see what you need, before shopping. Hosts were responses and professional. Easy check-in and out. Take the trash out, put dishes in dishwasher, turn down thermostat, that’s it. There are 2 flights of stairs, but they were manageable for average people. The pictures tell the truth! You should stay here!I’d stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Spacious condo with a great location in South Lake Tahoe!

PROS: Spacious; clean; great location that is central (walkable) to shopping, restaurants, bars, casinos, etc; lots of kitchen supplies; gated community; lots of closet and drawer space in bedrooms and bathrooms (nice to be able to put all of your things away and out of sight); each bedroom gets their own bathroom; nicely decorated; balcony with chairs and gas grill; quiet neighborhood; laundry soap and dishwasher detergent provided. CONS: Three flights of stairs to get to condo; no enough bath towels per bathroom; TV selection (no local channels or NFL access); mold on shower curtain in downstairs bathroom; no thermostat instructions (it's a Nest system and we did not know how to work it); no way to turn off automatic lights in bathrooms (very frustrating when using the bathroom in the middle of the night). (*NOTE: We did not contact the property manager about these items while we were there. I sure they would have fixed what they could have at the time. We just didn't want to take the time to do that while we were there.) Would suggest going to the condo and see what is there before going to the grocery store. We bought coffee and toilet paper - both weren't needed as there was plenty there. We didn't get paper towels and napkins and we did need those. OVERALL: We would definitely recommend this condo to others as long as they don't mind climbing 3 flights of stairs and/or the automatic lights in the bathrooms. Plenty of space for families and/or small groups!

Great getaway!!

This property was really great. There was 6 of us girls and there was plenty of space. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s up three flights of stairs so anyone booking, just take note. We are all in our 60’s and we did fine. The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to so many things and a few minutes drive to everything else south shore has to offer. Great trip!!

Great location

Our group loved this condo. Lots of room and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room table was spacious. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, casinos, and shopping. We would stay here again. Great communication from property management.

Great location

Pros: location is great very convenient walking distance of 4 minutes for shops, restaurants, and Starbucks. The local grocery store Rallies close down so you have to drive either to Safeway to the left or to the right and Rallies is all the way now down at the Y split. Property management was excellent to deal with. We had a couple of issues that came up that they offered to fix right away. Communication was awesome. Central air conditioning! This was a lifesaver on hot days there it was 87+ degrees most days. Cons: the condo unit is on the top of the third floor and making it so much difficult for small children to carry up their luggage and were in shape, and we had a little bit of that out of breathless from going back-and-forth. They could replace the carpet along the stairs, and in the master bedroom, it hard and dirty I think past renters with shoes, wet from the snow or walking wet out of the shower. The furniture is breaking down in terms of firmness in an uncomfortable with the main couch. When you sit in it, you sink all the way into the metal bar of the sleeper that pulls out no support. If you prefer soft beds, this is a place for you. We like firm And my main issue with my daughter, who is eight years old and me being 5 foot one we had the hardest time using the bathrooms. They have these class metal bowls for sinks. It makes it difficult to wash your face or hands or brush teeth in them. Overall, we would come back here again.

Great location

Pros: The condo has great location for walking distance to resturants, shops, heavenly ski gondola, startbucks. The united is at the top, and very spacious. We had two issues that the company replied too, and offered to fix right away. Great comcunication. Cons: They condo is on the top floor three flights of stairs, which can be hard when carry up multiple suitcases. We are in great shape, and it was a little bit of a strulle for myself, and husband. We have one small child so, she could not carry anything up. We did use the washer and dryer daily for our clothes. The bathrooms: All have clear glass bowls which being 5'1 is hard to use for anything.My daughter who is 8 had a very hard time trying to use them, for washing hands, and brushing teeth.

4th of July Week

We arrived on July 1 and stayed through July 8. Property was as advertised and very happy with it. This was our first time in Tahoe. The beach (entry fee required), restaurants, and the Heavenly resort gondola were all a short walk away as well as hiking trails. Great base camp for the family.

Comfy, quiet, close to everything!

Location, location, location! Our group of 2 couples walked nearly everywhere. Amazing that we were only 2 blocks from the tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants at Heavenly yet didn't hear a peep at the condo. King bedrooms on separate floors gave each couple privacy. Kitchen was well stocked and beds super comfy. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Great location close to downtown

My family and I stayed at this house while in town for a wedding. The house was more spacious than the pictures showed and was perfectly clean. We walked to the marina down the road and rented a boat for the day. We also walked downtown for meals and shopping. We were only a few minutes drive away from Edgewood resort. The home was decorated beautifully and has a great little balcony to sit outside. The parking situation probably works out most times however we had someone park in the house driveway while we were out one day, blocking the garage and giving us no where to park until the following day. Eventually the individual moved their car but it was not ideal. Thankfully our car wasn’t stuck in the garage. Better signage might stop neighbors from parking in this units driveway. Overall we enjoyed our stay here at Lake Tahoe!

Perfect!

Just perfect location. Walking distance to so many things! very spacious rooms. Great customer service! Would definitely use again! Only bad thing - I wish I knew it was on 3rd floor. (no elevator) . Easy to climb but just harder with luggage.
