Welcome to our beach house oasis! Located in the the Ventura Keys this unit is not to be missed. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this unit is located on the top floor and has a large outdoor patio. The unit features many upgrades as it was just completely remodeled and upgraded. We are located minutes to the Beach!

There is a large covered patio with new exterior waterproofing material, beach equipment and exterior sofa set to relax on. The front door opens to large living/dining room with an open concept remodeled custom kitchen. The custom kitchen features white and gray shaker cabinetry, quartz stone countertops, a large breakfast bar and all new stainless steel appliances and sink. There is a dual zone wine refrigerator and gold accented pot filler on the stove for those chefs! The interior has been completely repainted and furnished with brand new high end modern furniture and decor. The dining room table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3 perfect for large family gatherings! There are sliding glass doors off of the living room that open to the patio making it easily accessible for entertainment. The shelves are full with new cooking and serving ware. There are 3 large bedrooms one being a master suite. The Master Suite features a King Size bed and new furniture. There is a walk in closet with built in shelving and sliding door that open to the patio. The master bathroom is brand new and features a glass subway tile shower, niche and glass shower doors. Additionally, there is new vanity, new tile floor, new faucets, mirror and electrical fixtures. The hallway bedroom features a full bed with a twin bunk bed, twin bed with trundle and large glass closets with built ins. There is a large remodeled hallway bathroom with new tile in the tub/shower and brand new double vanity. The third bedroom features a queen bed, a good size closet and large private balcony perfect for your morning coffee! All bedrooms have a luggage rack, laundry hamper and hangers in the closet for your belongings. There are four TVs in the unit all equipped with an Apple TV fit your streaming pleasures. Upgraded high speed internet throughout the unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your exclusive use and ceiling fans in each room. Enjoy the cool sea air and close proximity to the beach, Marina Park, Ventura pier and all that city has to offer!

Great place

Stayed here with friends and family with a bunch of kids and it was perfect for all of us! The house is beautiful and so clean we really enjoyed staying here!

Quick family vacation

Enjoyed our stay. The house fit our family just perfectly. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the beach and easy access to the freeway to get to other destinations. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Easy to find, and get in and lovely. There were a few things missing that would have made things a bit easier but otherwise it was lovely.

Perfect stay

The place is beautiful! We had us, our adult daughter, her boyfriend and our two younger kids. We could have fit more people if we needed to. The decor is cute, the place was clean, a short walk to the beach and some restaurants or if you got in the car the harbor area is just a 5 minute drive! If the opportunity presents itself, we will definitely stay her again!

Great Stay at a great home

We had a short family reunion here and it was just wonderful. The house and the location can't be beat and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Thanks for helping us make great memories.

Great Stay!

We had a great time here - the property is clean and family friendly. We love the 3 bedrooms and all of the supplies that the house has. The balcony is so cozy, and we love the master bedroom. It was a great stay!

Perfect Getaway

This property is perfect for location for an amazing beach trip. It is clean, cozy, and well decorated. The rooms are large and the furniture is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. We highly recommend this location.

Great place!! It was everything as advertised and then some. Great neighborhood with easy access to highway 101. Very spacious and the owner was very accommodating . I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation!!

Very nice, 4.5 stars

Spacious living/dining room for visiting. Walking distance to beach and shopping/dining. Owner was super quick in getting back to me when contacted. Only a few small annoyances. There were quite a few broken vertical blinds that kept falling off. Also, there were clothes left in 2 covered laundry baskets, and we had to contact family members who already left to see if they were theirs, but they belonged to previous guests (I guess I would have though the cleaning contractors would have checked that). But really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Superbe house on an excellent location!!

We had such a pleasant stay. It was spacious enough with our 6 children (18,16,15,14,14,10). Near the beach , lovely seaside . We've enjoyed ourselves!

This property was everything and more than we had hoped for. It was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and immaculate both inside and out. It was centrally located to nearby highways which allowed us easy access to where we needed to be during the course of our stay for a family wedding in Santa Barbara. If I ever return to this area I would definitely stay again and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. The owner was very organized with pre- arrival details and so pleasant to work with as we traveled so far from Florida. Communication was excellent and very timely in response. We loved our time there !

Perfect Rental for our family!

This condo was the perfect rental for our family of five plus two grandparents! The kitchen had everything we needed and having coffee already in the house saved us from needing to stop by the grocery store the first night. The house was very clean well equipped. We would certainly come here again since there is so much to do in the area. We took the boat ride out to the Channel Islands which was incredible. Hard to believe it's a national park since we shared the beach there with only a few people. The local beach was great, not too crowded and plenty of parking. We walked to the beach a few times too. It was just perfect!

Comfortable Luxury

This home exceeded our expectations! The pictures don't do it justice. From the moment we hit the top of the stairs to the outdoor living room just outside the front door, we knew we would love it. They had everything you need to make your stay comfortable, the location is terrific and the home felt new. Very well maintained and clean! Owner was easy to communicate with and you could tell they care about your stay. We will plan future trips here for sure!

The property was lovely!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Everything was new and clean and the owners were so gracious. The rental was fully equipped, there was plenty of room and the unit was beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay there again.
