Casa Cinco Bandidos is a one-of-a-kind rustic beach mansion. This exquisitely appointed house is unlike any other rental house in the area. Every effort has been made to build a house that has multiple outside and inside spaces, creating great flow for small or large groups and has everything you could need while on vacation.

*Please note that a mandatory Rancho Santana Resort Fee of $17.25 per guest per night will be charged after booking and paid directly to Rancho Santana*

Please note that the base rate for this home is for up to 6 people. There is a $30/night fee per additional guest up to max 10 people.

Master Bedroom Uno, located upstairs and with an ocean view, contains a queen bed. Located on the main level, Bedroom Dos contains a double bed, and Bedroom Tres contains a double bed and a Twin bed. On the lower level, Bedroom Cuatro contains a Queen bed and Bedroom Cinco contains a double bed. The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults.

This home comes equipped with all the creature comforts, including A/C in each bedroom and the living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, BBQ grill, wireless internet and TV. An in-home catering service is also available upon request to add to your luxury vacation.

Please note that the housekeeping staff will do any laundry you may have as they are the only ones with access to the washer and dryer in the house. 1 free laundry service is included with stays of 3-7 nights. All subsequent laundry requests will be an added charge of $10 per load.

**Please Note**

During construction of the new coastal highway in our area, power outages are being scheduled two or three times weekly in order to install new electrical supply along the road. Unfortunately, notifications for these outages are often last-minute or non-existent. NSR will notify our guests as soon as we have confirmation of a power outage date.

At the same time, due to the current global situation, there is a propane shortage that is resulting in a rationing of the local supply. While this home does have a generator for use during power outages, until the supply issue is resolved the generator can only be run for a total of 4 hours per day. During the outages, only the AC in the bedrooms will work.

While we provide airport transportation, it is recommended to have a rental vehicle while staying within the Rancho Santana community. This development is a sprawling, 2,700-acre property, full of rolling hills and home to 5 beautiful beaches. These beaches are known for breathtaking coastal views and world class surf breaks. Additional amenities within the community include 3 restaurants, a café, a pool side bar, 3 community pools, clubhouse area (equipped with a bocce court and horseshoe pit), horse stables, hiking trails, tennis courts, a spectacular yoga platform looking over beautiful Playa Santana, the Ford Fine Art Gallery, a spa, small grocery market, and more!

Rental vehicles can be obtained at the Managua Airport or at nearby rental agencies. We can provide a guide to meet you at the airport in his own vehicle to show you the way to Rancho Santana. We can also help set up vehicle rental with a nearby agency if you would prefer to be picked up at the airport instead of driving yourself.
