You’re gonna love this place!!! New, ocean view 2 bed, 2 bathroom home with additional sleeper sofa, just steps across the street to a quiet private beach on Cape Cod Bay. Experience the peace and beauty of the Outer Cape from our Beach Point location. Walks on the beach with an ocean breeze and gorgeous sunsets. You’ll savor the views from the private rooftop deck: to the west is Provincetown Harbor; to the east is Pilgrim Lake and sand dunes. You can catch both sunrise and sunset over the water! The private beach offers a hassle-free vacation without having to carry your gear around! You will also find easy access to many ocean beaches and sand dunes, hiking and bike trails. We’re directly on the no-hassle shuttle line to the shopping, restaurants and nightlife of Provincetown. Lots of places to eat and explore in Truro and neighboring Wellfleet, too! After a hot day at the beach, cool off in the private outdoor shower. Inside you will find a modern home that is well-appointed and quietly air-conditioned. Open living/dining area. Full-sized eat-in kitchen. Big screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Outdoor grill. You can choose from two beautiful bathrooms with gorgeous tiled showers. You’ll retreat to bedrooms which are wonderfully appointed and extremely comfortable with queen beds. Have an extra guest? We have a full size sleeper sofa. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the rooftop deck and the cool ocean breeze! Do you hate heading home to tackle a week’s worth of laundry? We have full a sized washer and dryer. Who doesn’t love coming home with clean clothes?

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently only taking reservations for Sunday to Sunday in July and August. All other times of the year we allow shorter or longer stays.

About Ann Peereboom

Wayne and I (Ann) fell in love with North Truro and the Outer Cape when we first visited on our honeymoon over 20 years ago. We discovered the peace and beauty of the Outer Cape, but with everything needed a short ride away without traffic congestion. Since then, we have come here every chance we could get. It had been our dream to one day own a place in North Truro. We now own a beautiful new home and are anxious to share the peace and beauty of this special place with our guests.

Lovely cottage, close to ptown but still quaint and quiet area, beautiful location between the dunes, the east harbor and the bay. Fantastic rooftop for views. Kitchen is A, ceiling fans and air conditioners in every room or just open a window for a constant breeze. Great all around place on the Cape!

Everything was as described, all the amenities you could need. Very clean and comfortable. We love to stay in this area with easy access to the beach, Provincetown and Wellfleet.

Our week at Ann and Wayne’s North Truro cottage was wonderful! My husband described it as a unicorn find due to the location and amazing roof deck views. The space was great for us and two teenagers, and everything we needed and more was provided. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with all we needed to make some great seafood meals. There are beach chairs & umbrellas, boogie boards, shovels & pails, beach blankets - really everything you need for a day at the beach. We also really enjoyed the outdoor shower, which also has a low faucet for washing your feet off when you get home. Ann was quick to respond to questions, which is so nice to find in a host. All of which is to say that we highly recommend staying at Gone Coastal cottage!

This was one of the BEST vacations ever! The house was so nice and so clean, and the outdoor shower was extraordinary! The location could not have been better, it was a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the bus stops right in front of the house to take you into Ptown. I loved all of the little touches, the sea glass and all the beach ambience. The roof deck and the view were breathtaking!! Ann was extremely helpful and so friendly and her communication was above and beyond! I would be so thrilled to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at this property. This was just the right size for our small family, and the location across the beach with easy access to Ptown was everything. We especially enjoyed the little rooftop deck -- it is a perfect place to watch the sunset. Thank you -- we would love to come back someday!

Perfect get away

My husband and I were so impressed with the location of the house, appreciated the high end appliances, 3 showers and grill! My son and girlfriend spent two nights with us and we all felt that the house had enough room to accommodate all of our needs. We especially loved the spiral stairs that led us up to a glorious view.

Perfect Week

A great property right on the shuttle line into Provincetown. This is a great feature as parking during the summer is super difficult. The place itself was spotless & had everything you would need & more. The roof deck was an added bonus--very zen place to sit and watch boats coming into & out of P-town. The master bath is tight, so be sure to bring a hanging bag for toiletries. Will definitely be back.

Greatest house on the cape!!!!!!!!!!

This was our second time staying at Ann and Wayne’s beautiful home and there are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe it! It is the absolute perfect house, in the most perfection location, to make the greatest summer memories. We are a group of four childhood best friends and we dream all year of the days and nights we get to spend on the deck overlooking the sparkling ocean on one side and big gorgeous pond and dunes on the other. The house is fully stocked with everything you could ever possibly need and the laundry, AC, and parking are invaluable. Truly could go on forever about this place! Thank you Ann and Wayne for another week of memories we’ll cherish forever!

Very nice

Other than a few inconveniences when we first arrived such as the WiFi tower was unplugged so the internet wasn’t working and some of the windows were open and it was early April. Everything was easily fixed and rest of our time there was very comfortable and all in all great. The ocean was a stone’s throw from the cottage. And even though it was too cold to swim, we could still take a stroll down the beach. And Provincetown was a short drive away and that area was really cool for shopping and the restaurants were pretty good. We want to come back for peak season and do some summer time things. Anyway great place I would recommend.

Exceeded Expectations!!

The group consisted of myself, my husband and another couple (all over 65). We could not have been happier with the property. The space is so comfortable and very well designed. The owners have thought of everything, and included soaps, paper towels, detergent -- everything that is needed so you don't have to bring it with you. The "crows nest" is fabulous with unbelievable views. We all will be back!!! '

Lovely accommodations

Ann's place is lovely. The important things were all there. The beds were comfortable, the appliances were all new and worked well, the internet worked perfectly as did the TV, the shower was great. The living area seating was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. The house isn't directly on the water, rather it's across the street (6A) from the properties on the bay. The outdoor space is on the roof, a table and chairs which look across the road where the bay can be seen above the small houses across the street. It's a lovely spot. There's beach access directly across the street. Two of us stayed at the house full time but we had family come visit and there was enough space for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and if we can make it back to Truro, we would stay at Ann's place again.

Wonderful place!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to rent this property! It was exactly as photographed - a comfortable, clean space, stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The rooftop deck was such a bonus for morning coffee and amazing views. You can’t beat the location! Just steps away to a private beach and just minutes away to Provincetown by car or local shuttle. And cannot say enough about the owner…So very kind and always quick to respond. Highly Recommend!

Trip to visit my son who lives in New York

We booked this beach house near Provincetown after visiting there last year. It proved to be a great place to meet up with my Son and his wife who live just west of NY. We live in the UK and loved our visit to Cape Cod. We would really recommend this property

Wonderful Trip to Truro & P-Town

Ann and Wayne’s North Truro beach cottage was the perfect place for my family of 4 (my husband, 4 young boys, and me) to stay and experience all the beauty of the Outer Cape. The cottage was the perfect location, just a few minutes drive to all of our Provincetown adventures (our whale watching excursion, climbing the Pilgrim Monument, cruising through the dunes on our dune tour, Race Point Beach, and exploring the cool shops and architecture on Commercial Street). After long days of exploring, we loved to return to the cottage and climb the steps to the cottage’s widow’s walk to watch the sunset and enjoy the beautiful P-Town lights and constellations overhead at night. The view over the water, both in front and behind the cottage, were just gorgeous. Thanks for being such great hosts and for helping us celebrate our anniversary vacation in your beautiful place!

Excellent accommodations!

We had just an unbelievable time at your wonderful home! Everything was as advertised. Home had everything you needed for your stay, the location was perfect, the views from the rooftop deck were amazing! The bus that took you to and from Provincetown was a great addition. No need to try and drive in town and pay to park. Would stay at this home again 100%. Can't say enough about the Truro and P-Town beaches. Beautiful!

Great vacay spot!

Owner super responsive! Great location! House had everything we needed! Spacious compared to many of the other cottages close by! Great spot for watching fireworks from provincetown (minus the fog). We would definitely stay again and recommend ro anyone heading that way!
