The house was beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. It was in a wonderful location. Working with the staff of Pot-Nets was truly a terrific experience. We can’t wait for our next vacation here

This is one of the few times that the property was even better in person than in the photos. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is so fun. This place is spacious and clean, with plenty of room (and comfy beds! And hot water!) for a crowd. The private beach was bigger and nicer than we expected. If you stay here, do NOT skip the Paradise Grill! We had a group of seven adults 1 dog who all loved it so much, we’re already planning to come back and stay again.

Our stay was actually Sun, Aug the 3rd -Sun Aug the 10th. We loved it. Check-in was easy and well organized. The house was clean and very nice. The kitchen had all the necessities as well as unexpected platers, serving dishes, and cooking utensils, which made our meals at home a real treat. We used the grill which was in good working order. The front porch was our family's favorite spot for meals as well has relaxing. We utilized all of the amenities of the home and Pot-Nets to the best of our abilities. The golf cart made getting around easy and gave us the ability to utilize all that Pot-Nets had to offer without hassle. We also took our bikes which was an added pleasure. We are hoping to go back next summer and highly recommend it as a great place for a family vacation.

Family time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice. We did have a problem with the ceiling fans on the deck. The property management didn't know about them but said they couldn't be fixed till after our visit. Unfortunately it was humid all week and we could have really used the ceiling fans. The Landscaping team was in front of our house for 5 hours a day for two days, which meant we could not use the deck. This was disappointing because it would have been nice to have my morning coffee on the deck. This home was not cheap to rent.

Reviewer Comments: I am originally from Pot Nets so when my husband and I decided to come up to Delaware for an impromptu family reunion it was the obvious choice to stay here. I have family still in the park and the rest live less than 2 hours away. The park is and always has been a wonderful place to stay and live. So many things to do and so close to Rehoboth and Lewes. The rental homes are beautiful and very comfortable not to mention they accommodate large family gatherings. I highly recommend anyone that's never been to Pot Nets for vacation to come and stay and who knows you just may like it so much you will buy a place there!

The house was spotless with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and furniture, and a lovely porch to sit and read, or enjoy the view. The beach was steps away. Location is near everything you need, stores and restaurants and a short Drive to the beach at Cape Henlopen or Rehoboth. Check in was a breeze, and Debbie responded to texr massages in a short time. Don't hesitate, rent this property for a relaxing vacation

Bayside vacation

Home was clean and fairly well stocked kitchen for a rental. Great location within the property. Close to the beach and restaurant on property. Golf car provided was a nice option to drive to the pool or beach. Great place to stay with a family.

The pictures really represented the house. Thank you for your attention to detail and cleanliness. Our family rented 5 houses. Each one different, all clean, and close by. My girls last loved the layout of the home. The kitchen area was popular spot for everyone during the week. The pools were easy to locate and weren’t overly crowded. My husband enjoyed the golf cart and fishing off the pier.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was nice. There could be more attention given to some areas. The one bathtub drain had a clog. The toilet in the master bathroom was very unsteady and wobbly. The kitchen needs new pans. They were awful. When we arrived we tried to grill burgers and dogs, but our grill didn't work. A maintenance man happen to be passing pulled another grill from 2 rentals down. We pulled out the sofa bed at night time and pretzels and crud fell to the floor. Housekeeping obviously doesn't clean the sofa. For as much as a renter pays, close to $600 nightly, the place shouldn't have this many small issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our Pot Nets vacation home and all the amenities that came with it. The house was clean when we arrived and the clean linens were convenient. We came with another family and our children had a blast riding the golf cart and their bikes around the neighborhood. The house is conveniently located near Paradise Grill where we found ourselves almost everyday. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downfall is we wished there was a cafe that we could ride the golf cart to and outdoor showers :)
