Overall our stay was very pleasant. Great location for a family vacation as there are many things for all age groups. Do bring spices you want/need for cooking as there are none in the property (including salt and pepper!). The golf cart was a hit with the grandkids and adults and very convenient to get to the pools, etc.

Hi Edna, Glad you enjoyed the location and golf cart. We do try to at least make sure there's salt, pepper and olive oil in the home; sorry if this was missed. We will try to stock up better next time. Hope to see you again!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items to cook meals. The deck is large and offers a nice view. The location was within walking distance of the beach, playground, and Paradise Grill. The golf cart that comes with the home was a major hit with the grandkids allowing us to take rides throughout the grounds, to the pools, playgrounds, and various ponds. Paradise Grill offers 3 bars that offer live music most nights of the week. The views from Paradise looking out on the water are beautiful. There is plenty to do in Pot-nets Bayside and I would highly recommend staying here.The only minor issues we had was the squeaky beds (all of them), and the hot water did not last long in the master bath (although we did not complain). Overall, it is a great home and vacation spot.

Family time

Another great getaway weekend for us. We enjoyed this property again for a family getaway. Spacious, clean, and an over all great property. Our family of 5 looks forward to staying here each time we visit the area.

Would definitely go back . Everything was clean & well kept The places, was beautiful. . Three bathrooms four bedrooms you can’t go wrong big enough for the whole family. . Unfortunately we were here in November so we couldn’t use the pool or beach . It was definitely a 10 looking forward to coming back in the summer

Family time

We had a great weekend stay here. This was our second time staying here and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is great, plenty of room and comfy beds. Easy to get around the area and check out the local sights. Thanks for sharing your property.

Great Family Vacay!

We had the best time! This house was perfect. Great size, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and beautiful porch. Perfect location right next to Paradise and the bay beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and about 30mins from Rehoboth boardwalk. We hope to be back !

Spring break

Short spring break get away. Property is a little further from the beach but nice. Small issues like broken trash can and tub that wouldn’t hold water, however I think boat owners would like this property.

Family Fun

Well appointed home. Nice open floor plan for family. Needs some TLC. Also rugs need shampooing and floors mopping. Wonderful place for families and plenty fun for children.

We took advantage of the dog park with our pup, the pool and the crabbing/fishing pier. vacation 2023

We loved the house! It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for people, car and golf cart watching! The beach was so quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the shower drain in the master suite drained very slow. Would definitely consider visiting again! It had everything that you needed.

Fabulous house!

Myself, hubby, son, daughter in law, grandson and granddaughter. We all loved the open concept house and community. I would love to move there, but hubby is not on board to do that. 😩

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was perfect to fit our family of 10 for vacation. The location is great to get to the beach, pool or paradise grill. Having a golf cart made traveling around pot nets very easy. The only negative things we would say is that the house could have been cleaner when we arrived. We also had to have the previous guests trash outside full in the trash bins until that Tuesday, so we couldn’t put our trash out. Overall, it was a wonderful week and we hope to be back again next year!
