Working vacation

Spent 3 weeks while my husband worked near by. Treasure Sands was clean and in a perfect location with beautiful sunsets. Would highly recommend this location. . I

The best location and view

Has everything you need, space, view and great location on treasure Island . Under building parking with your own parking spot that know one else can use The condo was everything we hoped for. You can walk to everything you need. The pool is right below the unit that is on the seventh floor. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony. The owner was first class, very prompt with any questions that you may have. Great getaway .

Awesome location, beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds. The best part is the view from the balcony. Gorgeous sunsets and a great place to relax any time of day. It’s conveniently located with plenty of restaurants close by as well as a Publix. Will definitely return!

Gorgeous beach location

Mike and Deb made renting their property an easy and enjoyable experience. Their residence is ideally situated on a gorgeous beach with incredible sunset views. There is a mile long walkway along the beach that connects to grocery store, restaurants and ice cream. Mike provided detailed instructions about the unit that made it very easy to check in and get settled. He was also very responsive in the rare instance that we needed to contact him.

Great Accommodation

The location is perfect, right in the “epicenter”of Treasure Island! The Gulf view is unequaled. The rooms have comfortable furniture and beds / bedding.

Perfection Defined

I’m so glad I had the opportunity to enjoy a full 2 months in this perfect location. I was fortunate to have great weather and quickly took advantage of all the conveniences. The condo had everything I need to really make it “home”. This particular area of these barrier islands is quite unique with everything within walking distance - groceries, restaurants, bars, gym - I had little use for my car. Mike and Debra are beyond awesome and quickly responsive on the rare occasion I needed them. Im already looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent owners to deal with and the property was everything you would need for a lovely vacation.

The property was great, excellent beds, great furniture throughout and a quiet building and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly. We took care of it as we would our own home and recommend all renters do the same. The pool was great, lovely room downstairs to play pool, second room with tables and chairs to play cards, had reading material and a place to put together a puzzle. Lovely furnitured area also downstairs if you wanted to just mingle with other renters. Watching the sunset from the balcony was breath taking, can't wait to go again.

Wonderful Treasure Island Vacation

Our one-month stay in Treasure Island was delightful. Our first time in that particular area, we were pleased with all there was to see and do. The condo was extremely nice; clean, neat, spacious and tastefully decorated in a beachy decor. Everything was just as pictured. The view from the balcony was spectacular, especially at sunset. Never crowded, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the walkway below was enjoyable for exercise and people watching. There was much to do and places to eat within easy walking distance, with plenty more a short drive to the north or south. The condo had everything we needed for our month away from home. We would definitely go back if this were available again.

OUR STAY IN TREASURE ISLAND, FLORIDA FOR APPROX. TWO MONTHS

My wife and I stayed at the two bedroom, two bath condo at 11000 Gulf Blvd., # 703, in Treasure Island Florida. The panoramic, direct-gulf view from the balcony was absolutely excellent. Many mornings were spent on that balcony having our coffee while we were people/Gulf watching. During the evening we enjoyed fantastic views of the sunset, one of which I have saved as a screensaver image on my computer. An extra, added attraction to that balcony was the view of the Treasure Island walking/bike path which we also enjoyed immensely. Although the kitchen and bathrooms were dated, mostly all essentials that we needed were provided. The owners were very amenable to our requests. For example, on the second morning our coffee maker stopped working. We contacted the owner and he sent another brand new Cuisinart to us. There were smart, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom that had Amazon and Netflix available. We were also very pleased with the location of the condo. You could, basically, not drive your car once you were there. Shopping, dining, post office, pharmacy, entertainment and other venues were all within, approximately, a three block walking distance. In summary, this was the first time my wife and I spent this long on a vacation. We had a wonderful time.

Ocean front condo with a beautiful view of the beach, ocean and gorgeous sunsets.

The condo was exactly as the owners description. Beautiful ocean view with the sand and sunsets. There is a cement trail that goes along the front of the condominiums along the beach that is enjoyable for daily walks and exercise. The owners could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I liked that both bedrooms had king size beds in them which makes it great for couples. Kitchen was well equipped. Nearby restaurants that you could walk to were very good. Location was within walking distance to Publix supermarket. John's Pass with the quaint peer and shops was approximately a mile away, also within walking distance. Everyone we met in the building were friendly and helpful. Guest parking worked out sufficiently and there was always parking available. Our stay was enjoyable and would have been better if the weather would have co-operated more but our February was cool and windy. Still beautiful blue skies though every day.
