Fully Air-Conditioned Luxury Villa With Heated Private Pool

Villa sleeps upto 8 people. It has three bedrooms, two with en-suite, a family bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and open plan lounge/diner. Outside there is a walled garden with 10x5 mtr private pool and shower. Large sun and covered terraces with built-in barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The villa is situated in a quiet rural location (car recommended) just 20kms from Dalaman international airport, making this easily accessible from all UK airports. Only 15 kms from Dalyan and it's abundance of riverside restaurants, gifts and craft shops. The famous Turtle beach at Iztuzu and blue flag beach at Serengerme are only a short 15 minute drive.

Quiet and beautiful

The villa is bigger than in the photographs and had plenty of room for our family (4:people). The pool was just the right size for us and was clean and well maintained. Loved the location. Would be 5 stars if it was cheaper. Overall highly recommended.

Brilliant few days in the sun

Very clean accommodation. Lovely pool. Lots of wildlife. Near to quite a busy road ( mainly tractors ). Also close to a mosque.

Another fabulous stay

This was our second stay at Villa Kara and it was just as good as the first. Cannot fault the villa and must thank Vahide for looking us again so well. Villa is very well equipped and located near to the airport so ideal for either a short break or summer holiday. I have no doubt we will return again!

Relaxing villa with a beautiful pool

The villa is a little rural but so peaceful and once you drive around, you realise Sarigerme is 10 mins away, Ortaca and Dalyan just 25 mins drive. The villa is spacious and has aircon in every room as well as a lovely big pool with patio and bbq. It could do with some internal work to fix cracks and modernise to bring it up to a higher standard. Saying this, we had a wonderful week at Villa Kara and Richard was kind enough to let us check out later in the day. Many thanks for the lovely stay.

Lovely stay

We stayed at the villa for 11 days and had a lovely time. The villa is a lot more spacious than the photos suggest and was very very clean. The pool as well is a lot bigger than the photos look and was kept in brilliant condition. A car is essential and we hired one through the owner who is on hand to answer any questions. The only suggestion I would make is to maybe put mosquito nets up as despite layering in spray we all got bit on a night whilst sleeping, as someone who is allergic it wasn’t a great experience but that isn’t the owners fault! Lovely villa in a rural location with lovely friendly people in the area. Would stay again!

Lovely stay

The property was perfect, just as advertised. Very quiet location. A minor issue with the pool was sorted out straight away. Good communication both with the property owner and the contacts in Turkey, who were all so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Vahide for her hard work in keeping the pool area spotless and for bringing us a teapot and some fresh lemons. One of the hobs (front right) on the oven wasn't working, could have done with some bin bags and maybe tea bags on arrival, but those are minor points. Overall a lovely, relaxing stay

The directions and check in details were clear and very straight forward. The villa was a little dated in its decour but it made it quite charming. It was spotlessly clean my only issue was that some of the linen was stained but there was plenty of it to change so not a big issue. The options on TV were good with the Rakuten box. So we had a few movie nights which the kids loved! The pool was lovely and the grounds were well kept and serene. Again my only issue is that the fence was not high enough to stop those in trucks, buses tractors from seeing the pool area. It wasnt very often as the road is quiet, but food for thought. Great Villa

My wife and myself stayed at Villa Kara for two weeks in August. This was our third holiday in Turkey but our first in the Daylan area, and we were not disapointed with the villa or it's location. Villa Kara has a secluded garden with no immediate neighbours and only passing locals mainly using tractors or mopeds. You get the feel of a slower pace of rural village life, but not too far away from the town of Dalaman 10 - 15 mins or the tourist resort of Daylan and just a short drive 15 - 30 mins to at least three great beaches. We could not fault the villa for it's cleanliness or its amenities. The very spacious lounge, three bedrooms and three shower/bathrooms made us feel very spoilt and would most suit and accommodate a large family or friends sharing. The pool and garden was immaculate and was maintained daily by a local lady from the village. We found the location and the Villa just suited us for our sort of holiday. To have the luxury of our own private space complete with pool. The opportunity to experience a little of the local life, shopping at the local markets and shops for food etc. There was also a couple local restaurants only 5 mins drive away but still being able to visit the great little holiday resort of Dalyan with a wide choice of restaurants and bars etc. We can only recommend for any future people spending time at Villa Kara is to get out explore the rural area. Follow all the roads even if you do not know where they may be leading. You will either end up in Dalaman, Dalyan or at a picture book cove or beach. Go to the local market on Thursday in Dalaman buy your fruit, veg, eggs, bread and honey etc. Sit down with the locals at one of the stalls making pancakes (topping of your choice) with a glass of cay and soak up the atmosphere whilst people watching and trying to communicate with the person at the next table. Far more rewarding than walking through a shopping mall and all the normal resort trappings. These type of experiences are special and will remain with you and your family long after your return home. All in all we had a great two weeks stay at Villa Kara which we could not fault and hope to return again soon.

A very very nice Villa

Just returned from 9 day stay in Villa Kara. 6 of us - 2 oldies - 2 middle aged - 2 children. We had a great time. The villa was everything we were hoping for and a bit bigger than the pictures show. Great location - pool was fantastic - incredibly clean and 31/32 degrees every day. The surrounding area was beautiful, we visited Dalyan, Fethiye, Gocek, Oludeniz, Seringern, Iztuzu, Ortaca and picked up some real bargains in the markets and had some wonderful food in many restaurants. All the Turkish people we met were very friendly. Many thanks to Richard for allowing our stay in this lovely villa, and thanks to Mehmet and Vahide for looking after us while we were there. Planning on returning.

Fabulous holiday

Cannot praise this villa enough. Villa is located in a really quiet location but within easy reach of lovely beaches and Dalayan which is a must for boat trips. A car is essential but the villa cannot be faulted. Mehmet was always very responsive and thank you to the lovely lady who cleaned the grounds and kept the outside spotless. Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Sehr schön

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht. Wer eine ruhige Lage mit Privatsphäre haben möchte, ist dort genau richtig. Frau Vahide (Eine Dame aus dem Dorf) kommt jeden Morgen und reinigt den Pool und säubert den Garten. Beim verabschieden wurden wir von ihr auch noch mit Granatäpfeln und Zitronen beschenkt. Die Betten könnten etwas gemütlicher sein, ansonsten ist alles wie beschrieben. Können wir nur empfehlen. Der danaman Strand ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Wer also auch ins Meer möchte und mit einem Auto unterwegs ist, kommt auch dort auf deine Bedürfnisse.

Magnifique

Nous avons séjourné du 16 juillet au 6 août dans cette villa. Un vrai havre de paix la maison et ses environs sont magnifiques. La maison était propre la piscine et son jardin bien entretenu et nettoyer au quotidien... Je remercie vahide et Memet qui se sont très bien occupés de nous ... et leurs services.. Je conseille cette villa a tous elle est au calme apaisante bien entretenu propre et surtout mme Vahide et Mr Memet étaient super avec nous. Merci encore

The place was a little far from the city but it was very nice and quiet and clean and there is everything you need inside the house and the staff were very good and they were helping me visit tourist places and send taxi we were very happy Ihope next year going agin

Wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Das Haus mit Garten, Pool und Umgebung ist wunderschön. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung ist, ist hier absolut richtig. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird ausserdem war es sehr sauber. Die Betreuung durch Vahide vor Ort war absolut perfekt, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, ausserdem gab es zu Beginn ein Begrüßungsgeschenk aus ihrem Garten. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Immaculate villa in a peaceful location

Our time in Villa Kara was probably one of the best villa holidays my family has been on. The villa itself is immaculate; on our arrival both villa and grounds were spotless. Inside, it is really well equipped, everything you need to relax in all day long. The kitchen also has everything needed to prepare meals in. The pool of Villa Kara is a perfect size for a family, and is very well maintained by the lady who comes to clean it every morning. She also cleans and tidies the grounds of the Villa, so often by the time we got up in the morning everything had been cleaned and tidied for us! The Villa is well situated for those who want a peaceful holiday. It is set in a small farming village, and the main road does not get busy at all, the odd tractor usually the only road-user. ABout a 15-20 minute drive away is Itzuzu Beach, probably one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever been to. The beach resort of Serigerme is only a 15 minute drive away, and probably has the closest supermarket for food and other items. Dalyan is only 20-25 minute drive away, with it's many shops, excursions and activities, and fine restaurants, so everything you need is easily reachable from the villa in a short drive. The villa manager, Mehmet, was always on hand to assist if necessary, and is very friendly, as too is the lady who did the cleaning. The villa owner Richard was also quick to reply to any query prior to our arrival. This was our first time in Turkey. It won't be our last. Villa Kara provided a perfect 'base' from which to explore the local area, and one we hope to return to in the near future.

Amazing villa with massive pool!!!

Villa was even better than the pictures.. The pool is huge!!! Vahide comes daily and cleans the pool and maintains the garden and even left fruit and homemade gifts for the children. She is lovely and does an amazing job.. Mehmet was to hand via WhatsApp for any questions and was really helpful at giving us info on the area and what to do/where to go.. I would highly recommend this villa it has everything you need and more.. We had a fantastic 2 weeks stay :)

Super Villa sehr schöne Umgebung alle zimmern klimatisiert, alle zimmern haben eigen wc und bad, pool ist einerzeite 1 meter tief andere zeite 2 meter tief pool ist beheizbar. Es wahr ein wunderbarer Urlaub ohne Mängel.Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Die Lage der Villa ist hervorragend.Mietauto oder Motorad ist zwingend notwendig.mann kann jeden Tag etwas erkunden und es wird nie langweilig weil die Gegend ein Traum ist. Der Pool wurde auf Wunsch sofort auf 32 grad gewärmt,das wahr sehr angehem. Danke auch an Mr Richard der immer erreichbar wahr wenn Mann fragen hatte. Wir komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

This is an amazing villa

We had a great holiday at villa Kara . Can't say enough good things really . Sometimes flicking through internet to find a villa is a minefield of cleverly taken pictures making pools and villa surroundings look great while in reality not always great . Villa Kara is actually better than it looks!! And it looks amazing in the pictures . If I had some money I'd have it . Perfect location for seeing real Turkey !!

Villa Kara = Tranquility = Karadonlar

The villa, the village and the region is so pleasant. It was our second stay in Villa Kara and it was again marvellous. Probably there will be third and fourth and so on or we'll move and stay somewhere around Karadonlar / Dalyan. In Villa Kara, we get what we need; tranqility, natural surroundings, close to Dalyan, Iztuzu, Sarigerme and Gocek, Many thanks to Mr.Mehmet and Mrs Vahide for their kindness and hospitality.
