Spacious 3 Bedroom Duplex Apartment With Shared Pool And Mountain Views

This complex was completed in early 2009 and has proven to so popular that many guests return year after year. The 3 bedroom duplex apartment extends to 135 square meters, providing generous space for a family of 6. It is built to the highest standards, and includes all the comforts of home including flat-screen TV with DVD player for watching movies from our DVD collection, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, barbeque, ironing board/iron, hairdryers, WiFi, and aircon throughout.
The duplex apartment is on the top two floors of the building, with the main living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom on the first floor. Three balconies extend from these bedrooms and the living area, with views of the mature gardens, pool and surrounding mountains. The balconies enable you to seek the sun all day, or indeed to have shade if you prefer. The third bedroom and second bathroom are on the top floor of the building.

For sunbathing round the pool, we supply sun-bed covers for the exclusive use of our guests. A separate children's pool is attached to the large main pool.

Thoroughly recommend this apartment. Clean, well equipped, in a quiet area about 15 to 20 minutes stroll from town centre. Pool cleaned and garden maintained daily. Will definately return.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. From the off Peter took the time to answer any question asked in a timely and efficient manner.The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and well equipped. We attended during a bit of a heatwave so the air conditioning in each room was perfect.The apartment is a short walk to the local restaurants, bars and shops.Very peaceful location with a wonderful pool for the children to play in. Would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thank you Peter and Maureen for letting us stay in your apartment.

Amazing stay

Fabulous apartment and facilities

We stayed at kings apartments for 2 weeks 4 adults the apartment is very spacious was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could wish for . The complex is well maintained the pool and gardens were tended to regularly throughout the stay. Short walk to shops and Dalyan centre Would definitely recommend

Excellent apartment in lovely location

A lovely well equipped apArtment with beautiful well cared for grounds. Its a 10-15 min walk into Dalyan which maybe too far for some but for us a good opportunity to see all the local streets and villas and work off the evening meal! Despite sharing pool and garden with 7 other apartments it was very quiet and most of the time had pool to ourselves. Would definitely go back again.

Highly Recommended

Lovely apartment with everything you needed. Air Conditioning fantastic ,washing machine useful. Nice pool A nice quiet location, little shop nearby (just past the Turkish Baths). A 10 minute stroll into the centre of Dalyan. Peter very helpful when booking , hassle free, always got back promptly. We had a lovely holiday, Highly Recommended Jim Deacon .

Apartment was as described. Plenty big enough for the two of us. There were 7 other apartments on the complex, a few of which were occupied by owners who proved to be most informative in telling us places of interest to visit nearby. Located in a peaceful area approximately 10 minutes walk to the centre. We could not fault our stay and were very grateful for a later check out time. Peter’s communication prior to arriving was great and we would not hesitate to book again.

The best stay and location

Back from a fantastic dalyan holiday made even better by staying in this wonderful apartment, it had everything we needed as a family and is very spacious and extremely clean, Peter was a great host and very helpful for anything big or small. Great communication and help before stay and during. The apartment pool was always clean and garden surroundings are well looked after. The apartment location is in easy walking distance to shops and into town. I couldn't fault anything with my stay and will definitely be returning. Julie

Family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay Small air conditioning problem Was sorted really quickly And the pool was lovely and clean and gardens well kept The option of a welcome pack woukd have been lovely due to a late night checkin and then having to find a supermarket early next môrning Also no parasols around the pool, thought this very unusual -fortunately a neighbour lent us one as it was so hot and very little natural shade around the pool and they were in short supply locally due to over 40deg heat and were £100. Otherwise lovely stay

Saturday to Saturday during the group stages of Euro24. Collected from the airport and delivered to the apartment by local agents with keys. Apartment is one of 8 on site. Simple, but effective layout, ideal for us with two 18+ boys (would also suit younger family). Access to a pool (24/7) without too many others. Easy 0.9km walk into town where there are plenty of quality restaurants, bars and 'genuine knock-off' shops. Plenty of day trip attractions (beach, jeep safari, coasteering, cycling, historic, boat trips to markets). Locals are very friendly. We'll be going back.

Excellent duplex apartment, great pool, location and facilities

We spent 3 fabulous weeks at this well equipped, spacious apartment which is in a great location in the Gulpinar area. We are regulars to Dalyan and would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Communication was great prior and during our stay. Easy access as we used Kaunos for our transfers who are key holders. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage - and lovely to have 3 well appointed balconies. Kitchen facilities are excellent - good size fridge/freezer and full cooker and toaster and kettle, great to have the dishwasher and washing machine and good drying facilities - came home with suitcase full of clean stuff! Bath and pool towels provided (new) Great air con which we needed in the temperatures of July and August. Good sized pool, which we regularly had to ourselves. 4 of the 8 apartments were not occupied during our stay. Lovely gardens, which are well maintained and give options to sit and enjoy the sunshine and peace and quiet. Easy walk into town for lots of bars and restaurants and plenty of places will deliver. Taxi ~£4 into town. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment except that we would prefer to keep it quiet so we can be sure of availability in future! Would love to return, Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise.

June Stay

Stayed in the apartment during a heatwave in June! It was a perfect size for us, 4 adults and a 22 month old. About 10/15 minute walk into the centre however due to the heat we hired a scooter which was great. We couldn’t find the apartment on the first night back from town however a lovely local helped us and directed us in the right way. After this we found an easy way which was right out of the apartment, first left and then a right, walk down this road until you got to the main road and turn a right and this road would take you straight into town. There a few things the apartment could improve in such as new towels and bedding as these are stained with sun cream. A parasol for outside to sit in the shade (there might have been one but we could not locate this) We spoke to the neighbours on the ground floor who were lovely and very helpful and gave us great local restaurants to visit. They also contacted the pool maintenance guy when the pool needed a clean (he could improve on this) the neighbour ended up cleaning the tiles in the pool. Apart from these slight issues we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to stay again next year

Ideal property, excellent location

We had a wonderful time, everything we needed was provided in the apartment - from covers for the sun loungers to a corkscrew for the wine. The lounge/dining area is a good size where the kids enjoyed chilling out in the morning before heading down to the pool. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, full size cooker, a table we could all sit around to eat (family of 5) but space for a few more at least - 3 excellent sized balconies (overlooking the pool - great for an afternoon drink /to the bedroom at the rear of the apartment - awesome for a morning coffee, with a view to the hills in the distance - and 1 to the side which can be accessed from the bedroom and kitchen - once again, as with all of the balconies, views of the hills, and a great size). The bedrooms are all a good size - and the aircon is great, especially in August! The pool is shared amongst the apartments, and we had it to ourselves for a large proportion of the time, (but enjoyed meeting the other guests from time to time too!). The walk into town is a 10 minute stroll, flat, easy going (apart from midday when it is a bit warm, but still lovely (mad dogs and Englishmen!)) Bath and pool towels are provided, and a dishwasher and washing machine make for an easy relaxed holiday. I can't fault the apartment, the communication with the owners, or the interface with vrbo. Our holiday was just perfect, Dalyan is amazing and the people friendly, hospitable and kind. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Kings Apartments

Transfer arranged worked very well. Apartment- located in a lovely quiet area surrounded by other villas. We did find it difficult to locate for the first few days and the walk into town was about 20mins but 2/3 times a day in the heat it was located a little far out for us. The apartment has videos to play but no tv and wifi didn't work but is well appointed with plenty of towels, washing machine( glad we took our own laundry tabs), dish wash and scourer withloads of cutlery and crockery. There 3 balconies with washing line in one. We did find that the floors were not as well cleaned before our visit some areas were dirty when we used antibac wipes to mop up our small spill. We used the provided spray cleaner to clean the lounge balcony which had spill stains. We also hovered the whole apartment and wet mopped the floors ( the mop head needs renewing). The washing m/c was a great boon as we went home with clean suitcases. The access to the upstairs apartment is up 18 steps with lighting but NO hand rail even the transfer guy had difficulty with one case and I had similar difficulty on leaving. The gardens are well manicured and the pool was clean with plenty sunbeds and the apartment's own covers. Overall a very satisfactory holiday with great weather.

Lovely holiday in a beautiful location

We had a great time - the apartment was very clean and spacious and provided everything we needed. The Pool and Gardens were lovely and very well maintained....we even enjoyed the pool to ourselves most days. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area with only a 15 min walk to the centre of Dalyan. This is the second time we have visited Dalyan and will definitely be back again. Peter provided excellent customer service, was very prompt with any response and gave us all the help and information we needed. Overall this was a great holiday in a great location !

Lovely cool apartment with all the mod cons you could wish for in the kitchen ...

Apartment was first class, spacious and cool with plenty hot water plus air con if required. Holiday was as usual in Dalyan first class, the Turks are lovely people who will bend over backwards to ensure your holiday goes smoothly. My wife and I have been coming to Turkey since 1996 and we’ll be back again next year....

Three weeks in April

Peter has been a very friendly contact and always responding very quickly. The property is well maintained with a beautiful garden and I clean pool. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Some rooms appear larger on the pictures then they are in reality. Unfortunately from the description it had not been clear to us that the apartment is not on the ground floor level. The terrace on the pictures belongs to a different apartment downstairs. Due to the fact that there is no direct pool access the place was not perfect for us and especially not for the kids. The description should be improved to make this point more clear. We heard that we were not the first ones who were a little disappointed.

Just lovely in May

I recently returned from a short holiday in Dalyan. I was there for a week at the beginning of May and stayed at Peter and Maureen's apartment at Kings Apartments which is situated in the lovely, quiet, residential Gulpinar area of the town. This was a return visit to Dalyan and I was delighted that Peter and Maureen's apartment was available for my required dates as I had stayed there before and had such a great time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. The spacious grounds were looking great with bougainvillea and roses in full bloom. The weather was just beautiful - clear blue skies and lovely heat during the day. It cooled off a little in the evening and I was glad of my fleece. I enjoyed eating at several of the many top class restaurants and cafes. The food was as fresh and delicious as I remembered it. Many of the staff remembered me from my previous visit and gave me a warm welcome. Life in Dalyan is a little quieter in May compared to the summer months but all the businesses are open as usual and its a great time of year to enjoy the many activities and amenities that Dalyan has to offer. I thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip to Iztuzu beach where I walked to the far end and enjoyed a light lunch from the beach cafe before taking the dolmus back to town. I can highly recommend Peter and Maureen's lovely apartment for its high level of comfort and its convenience to this lovely town.

The property is lovely & so are the garden & pool.

The apartment is spacious & homely. It is further from the town centre than what some people may like but it is only 10 to 15 mins away walking comfortably & we found this no problem for us. It is a beautiful apartment with just about everything you need. We would have liked a change of bed linen so that we could use that when washing the other but this is a small thing. We also couldn't find a toaster but that might just have been us looking in the wrong place. The air con was a bit temperamental for us but we just put that down to it not being used much prior to our stay. When we reported at the start of our stay bulbs being out & the water not being warm it was fixed very quickly. We loved our stay in a lovely apartment & Peter was great to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment & dealing with Peter & Maureen as it was an absolute pleasure. We wish we where there now as it is beautiful & so is Dalyan itself.

Dalyan delight

Excellent apartment, spacious, clean and well equipped. Peter gave us excellent customer service and provided us with all the help and information we needed. It was a quiet time of year in Dalyan but picked up great bargains in the market as it was the last week of the season. Don't forget to haggle, it is all part of the fun. The taxi boat down the river to the beach is really enjoyable and passes the rock tombs. The beach is clean and the water great for children as it very gradually gets deep. Try the traditional pancakes at the beach they are great and several fillings to choose from. The apartment was about a 10 minute stroll into town where there are so many great restaurants . We ate at a different one each night and every meal was good. There are supermarkets and a mini market closer to the apartment for all your everyday needs. Dalyan is a very friendly village and well worth a visit. We would highly recommend the apartment.

Having spent more than 30 years in the chemicals industry travelling the world developing new export markets, my wife and I decided to buy a holiday home that we could retreat to when we had the time. We looked at Italy, France and the USA but, by pure chance, we came on holiday to Dalyan, fell in love with the place and decided to buy our duplex apartment. We live in the countryside in a beautiful part of Northern Ireland and, since we acquired the apartment, have had nine great holidays there in the past three years.
Our family are all grown up, and we look forward to them visiting the apartment with their children, and we also look forward to sharing our good fortune with our guests.

We bought this apartment in Dalyan because of its combination of secluded location and ease of access to all the many and varied attractions of the town, including very friendly locals and great restaurants.

Dalyan is set on a meandering river that flows from a large fresh water lake to the sea. Your apartment is a 5 to 10 minute stroll from the river that winds throughout the town. Once there you jump on a river boat taxi, which for a nominal cost, transports you on a 30 minute meandering journey along the river to one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Izutzu beach is a 5 kilometre long stretch of golden sand. It is pretty and unspoiled, and during darkness it is where the Caretta Caretta sea turtle comes to lay its eggs.

The apartment is of excellent build quality and has been fitted out to a high standard - the marble floors help keep the place cool in the heat of summer and with windows all round it is always light and airy. The fact that there are three balconies, each with table and chairs, means that you can follow the sun, or take the shade, all day.

The owners employ two agents - one to look after the interior of the apartment, and the other to look after the pool and the grounds. This means that there is always someone at hand to help with any problems or queries guests may have.
