Sunreal is a family-friendly Destin vacation rental with gulf views and balconies galore in the gated neighborhood of Destiny West. The private neighborhood is a vacation paradise offering guests privacy, tennis courts, and a guest clubhouse. Four bikes and beach chair setups are provided in season (March 15 – October 31) with this property.

Sunreal is built specifically for families and friends on vacation. This home encompasses 5,491 square feet of living space and over 3,000 square feet of lush outdoor living space, including a private pool, a covered lanai, and 5 large furnished outdoor balconies. The highlight of the home is the 50-foot pool with Jacuzzi tub, tanning shelf, and LED color-changing lights that makes night swims so much fun. The pool deck is complete with an outdoor lanai with a Viking grill and side burner, an icemaker, and refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV.

With eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the home accommodates up to 30 guests! Seven of the bedrooms have their own en-suite, private bathroom, and every bedroom has flat screen TVs. Other noteworthy features include the gulf-views, in-home elevator, gourmet kitchen, and an abundance of living and dining room space.

The first floor holds three of the bedrooms, and a wet bar. The wet bar has a full-sized refrigerator, a card-playing table that seats 4, and 2 flat screen TVs. This is a great space for guests of all ages to have fun and play. The back door directly accesses the pool deck and is equipped with a pool alarm. On the second floor, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 bedrooms. The third floor holds the remaining 3 bedrooms, a bunk nook, and a den.

The kitchen features a large island where you can prepare meals or dine at the bar, which seats four. This kitchen holds all the amenities needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. A crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee pots, dishwasher, microwave, and stainless steel Viking appliances are provided. The double ovens, pot filler faucet above the stove, and 6-burner gas range with a grill and hot plate turn this into a chef-grade kitchen. Have a family-style dinner at the large reclaimed wood dining table that seats 12. Adjacent to the dining area is a balcony overlooking the pool.

The living room is the ideal entertainment hub for your family and friends to come together. A 70-inch flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and surround sound give the living room a theater-like atmosphere. A special addition to the living room is the Bluetooth capability of the sound system that allows you to connect it to your smart devices. Two leather couches, 2 sofa chairs, and 4 wicker chairs provide plenty of seating. Outside of the living room resides a balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. A 5-piece bistro and other patio furniture provide comfortable spaces to enjoy this balcony and beautiful view.
