Beach Buck, with 8,035 sq ft of space under roof with plenty of room to host your family reunion, corporate retreat, church group visit, guys trip or gals trip with beachfront living with an elevator and its on-site work out room. Dunes of Destin has a community pool 1/4 mile of Beach Buck.

First, a little history about us…Why is it named Beach Buck? We started with VRBO around 8 years ago with our 1st of 7 lodges in Gatlinburg, Buckhead Lodge. For years, our guests have asked if we had anything to offer them at the beach. Well, when we lost our 1st lodge, Buckhead Lodge in the wildfires, 2016, we decided to give them a beach option.

Located in the heart and soul of Destin, Dunes of Destin is a private, gated community. This upscale community is one of the most exclusive vacation communities Destin has to offer! Amenities include a private beach, a community pool, gazebos and a private lake with beautiful fountains that are lighted and look stunning at night. This community is beautifully maintained and lovely to stroll at any time of day.

Dunes of Destin is just minutes from everything the area has to offer. There is something for everyone in the family! You may enjoy world class shopping at one of the areas many shopping centers – Destin Commons, Silver Sands Factory Stores, Harbor Walk Village and the shops at Baytowne Wharf. The Destin area is home to countless award winning restaurants, nationally renowned golf courses and many great outdoor and indoor activities.

Enjoy this extremely spacious 8 bedroom, 9 bath beachfront home located in Dunes of Destin. Walk to Big Kahuna, Dunkin Donuts, Hershey’s ice cream parlor, Mellow Mushroom and more. Experience the beauty in this magnificent private home with a residential elevator that accesses all 4 floors. Views from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels of the Gulf with a private dune walkover.

Level 1/Entertainment Level: Pool (heated in cooler seasons) with a hot tub (pre-programmed jets and heat 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm). Tiki Bar with commercial grill poolside! Indoor there's a flat screen tv, two sitting areas with 2 Queen Pull Out couches & 2 Twin Pull Out Chairs, ping pong table, foosball table and Ms Pacman Multicade Game (60 games), bar top table and chairs with a full bath.

Level 2/Living Room/Kitchen Level: King bed (sleeps 2) with private bath and Tommy Bahama Living Room furniture with Queen Pull Out Sofa (sleeps 2) on this level. These tables extend to seat a total of 24 at the tables and 5 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The Exercise Room is located on this level as well. The Laundry Room has a double full size washer and dryer set and is located on this level along with the half bath. Walk your grilling items to the propane grill on the same level as the kitchen in the breezeway between the entry and the exercise room for your convenience.

Level 3: 1 King Master bedroom (sleeps 2), 1 King bed bedroom (sleeps 2) en-suite and 1 King bed bedroom with 1 Twin and 1 Twin Trundle) (sleeps 4 - great for kids) and is also en-suite.

Level 4/Top Level: 3 King bed bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 1 Double Queen bedroom (that means 2 Queen beds in 1 room) along with 1 convertible chair (sleeps 5 - great room for kids). All these bedrooms have private baths. This level has the Observation Room with sitting benches as well as a quiet reading area with a lounge chair with a beautiful view of the gulf.

Have I mentioned the deck sizes? 9’ x 40’ on Levels 1, 2, and 3. Some of the things we provide is a Pak n Play, 4 chairs/2 umbrellas set up complimentary of Beach Buck (March 1 – October 30). Personal chairs allowed on beach but not personal umbrellas or tents.
