Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. Beach chairs, pool towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer. Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week! General Info: The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan. Reviewer Comments: I have been renting for a number of years and have been satisfied with the units. 313 was not really ready for a long occupancy but within a week many missing items had been replaced. I did not mind as I knew that MS would take care of anything that was needed.

Everything was clean, and they had everything you could possibly need on vacation. Having the washer dryer was game changing. Definitely would stay here again

Enjoyed our stay

Small bathroom had urine smell otherwise was clean. Did not have the need to contact property manager as emails explained everything & all went well. Really liked the ocean view.

Wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paging thru lodging options for days looking for something nice but affordable. This is it. First glance the building looks a little outdated. It doesn't matter. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you need and much more. Close to shopping, restaurants. The grounds were meticulously kept, the pool was the major highlight for me with long hours and lap swim dedicated for an hour in the morning. I will stay here again upon returning!

Thin walls though, we could hear people on the same floor clearly. Hot tub was also shut down 3 days before we left which was a bummer. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

First time to Hawaii

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall awesome. Room was huge and spacious, very clean but pretty dated. The curtains need a little refresh. My only problem with the room was there wasn't a secondary security feature on the door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An older, slightly tired and dated unit, but clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. Handy to have the 2 bathrooms and a murphy bed, easier than using the bed chesterfield. Property was terrific, nice views of the grounds, pool and ocean in the distance. Grounds were immaculate, pool well kept. Short walk across the grounds to the beach to watch the sunset.

I slept in the bdrm and she slept on the wall pull out bed in front room. We both thought the beds were very comfortable. Our view was so good! I would definitely recommend B313.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in need of an upgrade!! Most of the tiles in the kitchen floor are cracked or broken.The cupboard doors don't close properly and the unit is poorly is lacking many small kitchen items like bowls larger than a cereal bowl, only 2 steak knives, no scissors or measuring spoons and more. We ended up purchasing a few things like a vegetable scraper that we left in the unit. The unit was relatively clean for what they had to work with. We are happy with the service that Carrie(Resort Marketing) has provided us over the years but found the front desk personnel to be unhelpful and even rude. Ed from Maintenance has been very good in responding to maintenance issues.
