The View Too is a newly renovated cabin in Grandview Resort. It is conveniently located just a few minutes away from all of the fun and action of Pigeon Forge. From the moment you arrive your cares will begin to melt away. The cabin is perfect for your family vacation, couples retreat or romantic getaway. It is comfortably furnished and your every need has been anticipated.

The first floor features a Living Room with 57 Inch HDTV and Blu-Ray Player. There is a comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa and Love Seat arranged for conversation. Adjoining the Living Room is a Breakfast Nook with Farm Table and the fully stocked Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances. Just off the Breakfast Nook is a 1/2 bath. The first floor Master Suite is elegantly furnished. It has a pillow top King Sized mattress and Private Bath. The Suite features a 39 Inch 4K HDTV and Blu-Ray Player.

The First Floor Wrap Around Deck features a Gas Grill and Picnic Table; perfect for outdoor dining or board games.

The heart of Second Floor is the amazing Game Room. It features a Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table and 60-in-One Arcade Machine with all your classic favorites like Pac-Man and Frogger and Donkey Kong. The room has a 65 inch 4K HD TV with sound bar and powered subwoofer for a theater like viewing experience while lounging on the Reclining Sectional Sofa. There is also a table for games or serving snacks. The Kids will absolutely love the unique, custom built Triple Bunk Bed. The game room is served by a 1/2 bath.

The upstairs deck has an amazing view of Mt. LeConte and the Smokys and is a great place to begin or end your day. Unwind in the huge Hot Tub or enjoy the view from the Rocking Chairs or Log Porch Swing.

The Second Floor Master Suite is luxuriously furnished and features 16 foot vaulted ceilings . It has a plush King Size pillow top mattress. Watch TV on the 39 Inch 4K HD TV and Blu-Ray player. The huge private bath has its own 2 person Jacuzzi and Steam Shower.

Guests get 50% off on Wahoo Ziplines which is located in the resort. Just down the hill you will find the resorts' Olympic Pool with Kids Splash Zone and Hot Tub.

Cabin was in a nice location. Upstairs was unswept and previous residents left some trash, the air hockey table did not work. The fridge needs a new air and water filter. But besides those the stay was nice.

Checking in after dark was tough. All of the houses look alike and there was no light on the house number. No shampoo. Dishwasher was full of dishes on arrival. Pretty warm upstairs so if in summer or fall make sure you win rock paper scissors for the downstairs bedroom.

There was dust all in the rooms ceiling fans look like they’ve haven’t been dusted in months. It’s very very hot upstairs just needs to be cleaned up a lot more than what I expected it to be but all in all it was a great stay wish I could get some of my money back because my husband did get very sick because of the dust.

Family Vacation

Arrived on Tuesday left on Sunday. 2 adults, 3 teens and 3 kids.The cabin was dirty. It had not been dusted in years and the floors were disgusting. The trash cans were already full when we arrived and the trash never got picked up.The community pool was nice accept the water features in the kids area did not in the work and when we asked they said they haven’t seen them on in years. The cabin would have been nice if it wasn’t so dirty.

Home away from home

This was a beautiful spacious cabin. It had everything we needed to accommodate our families week long stay. It was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed such as some of the remotes needed fresh batteries so we had to share remotes to operate the tvs, the whirlpool tub jets and lights do not work so essentially it's just an oversized tub to bathe in, and the hot tub temperature button doesn't work so the temperature couldn't be adjusted. We very much enjoyed the game room amenities and having a washer and dryer was a big help so we didn't have to come home from vacation and do a bunch of laundry. The view from the porch swing was beautiful! Highly recommend!

2nd Stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the location (not far from town, but far enough for a peaceful stay)! We love how roomy the cabin is. Everyone can have their own space. My only reason for rating it a 4 would be the cabin is in need of some newer pots and pans and more spoons. We always like to grocery shop and cook once or twice to save a little money and the lack of pots/pans made it difficult. Overall, you will not be disappointed staying here!

Great location, kid friendly

This cabin was perfect for a family. Kids enjoyed the upstairs area with bunk beds, TV, games, hot tub. Location was great and very quick responses from owner when requesting to add a day to reservation.

Game Room was a hit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The View Too! Cabin was just as advertised and the game room was a hit with our teens and pre teen. Only had a few light bulbs that needed replacing but Luis (maintenance) got us squared away and was so nice to come out on a Sunday. Of course the view is amazing, and neighbors are close but friendly. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others as well.

The hot tub didn’t work, even after the maintenance man walked us through how to turn the breaker on, it still didn’t get hot. The games are very tricky to turn on. There was no communication about check in before we got there, we had to request it. The breaker was off for the air condition when we got there. Needs work.

Bigger than a Hotel room

The Cabin was beautiful. It delivered what we wanted. It was bigger than what I expected and we had plenty of room. The location is great. It could use some updating and a good spring cleaning.

Overall okay place

Arrived at 4:30, and our code for door was not working. Lady came a few minutes later and said she hadn't changed it yet. Said batteries were dead. We left and came back later and they left keys for us instead. Honestly location is this place's best quality. Close to Tanger outlet and all the attractions. It's biggest downfall is it's cleanliness. I wouldn't say super dirty, but my kids walked around barefoot for the afternoon and feet were black with dirt when it was bath time. Overall didn't give a sense of a well cleaned place. My kids loved air hockey table, and wife and I loved having TVs to unwind after kids fell asleep. Hottub felt icky. Oh one suggestion for owner, get better lighting. a lot of dead bulbs and ones that are working are really dim. Makes the place dark and part of why it felt icky

I would like to say that i believe that it a wonderful place. But do to my mother death and my health, i was not able to travel and take the trip. So i would tell everyone please take a vacation in this. Beautiful cabin and take advantage of the beautiful mountains. Maybe next year i will get the chance to visited the cabin.

Gorgeous mountain cabin!

Located in a mountain top subdivision, this cabin offers a deck with Hot Tub and swing that overlooks the mountains! The Inside offered a beautiful full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, Utensils… Everything we needed! Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms And flatscreen TVs along with a first floor family room with TV and second floor great room with TV, along Air hockey, foosball table, and a video game which month there was plenty to do anytime. Love the deck for morning coffees and relaxing in the hot tub. Would highly recommend this property!!

We have a 4 Bedroom cabin in same development, THE VIEW, 340601. We love it but we wanted a smaller cabin we could enjoy when the whole family was not traveling together. Our requirements were the same. A great view, close to town, no steep or winding roads. Easy in, easy out no matter the weather. Luckily THE VIEW TOO became available just a stones throw away from our other cabin.

You can't beat the location. Grandview Resort is a smaller development just minutes away from Pigeon Forge. Great Views and not as touristy as most developments. First rate Community Pool and Guests get 50% discount at Wahoo Ziplines. The ability to take shortcuts means you will never have to fight traffic on the Parkway.
