This Luxury Cabin has it all. From the moment you enter your cares will begin to melt away. The first thing you will notice is the Amazing Panoramic View of the Great Smoky Mountains. Everything has been thought of. This spacious 3 Story Cabin offers top of the line furnishings to make your family feel comfortable and right at home. Only 4 miles from the fun and excitement of Pigeon Forge. No steep or winding roads. Easy in easy out no matter the weather. Full Washer and Dryer and Free WIFI.

There are 2 King Suites on the upper level each with it's own Private Bath one with a Whirlpool Spa Tub. Both Suites have a Large Flat Screen TV and DVD Player.

You will also find a full Game Room Complete with a Full Size Arcade with 100+ games, Pin Ball Machine, Pool Table, and 60 inch Flat Screen TV. Under the Pool Table you will find a INSTA-BED EZ BED. Just wheel it to where you want it, plug it in and a comfortable Queen bed will deploy.

The lower level also has 2 King Suites with full private Baths, One has a Fireplace and an Amazing Steam Shower. All Bedrooms have large Flat Screen TVs and DVD Players. Both Suites open to the Lower Deck where the Hot Tub is located.

The Main Entry Level has the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, and a Full Bath. The Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa for extra sleeping space. The back door opens onto the upper deck where you will find Rocking Chairs waiting for you and a gas grill. The Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a great family meal after you return from exploring Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains.

The washer did not work half the time. To get it to work you had to put something heavy on the washer to hold lid, the sink leaks in the guest bathroom, the shower doors need wd40 they squeak so bad,needs a good cleaning the dust!!! The sheets were dirty we had to wash sheets and blankets! Not clean and inviting. No complimentary anything!!! Coffee, soap for laundry !

Hello,My group of six stayed in this cabin from December 4–7. Upon arrival, we noticed the refrigerator light was out, fireplace was making a horrible noise and there was a pile of feces on the deck. I called and spoke with the manager, who said he would notify maintenance, but no one ever came.We later discovered dirty dishes still inside the dishwasher, along with kitchen utensils in the drawers that had food residue on them. Many of the dishes were old, and there were outdated food items left in the cabinets. A vacuum cleaner had been left out in the middle of the bedroom floor, and there were cobwebs throughout our bedroom. The shower door rod upstairs was also broken and toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. Also the upstairs bedroom to the left didn’t have a remote control. Additionally, although a gas grill was advertised, it is actually a griddle, and I believe the listing should clarify this. I rent a cabin every year at this time, and there are typically Christmas decorations provided—this cabin had none.Overall, our experience was very disappointing.

We definitely appreciated the geat views but were genuinely disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Upon arrival at 4:00 the door code had not been changed so we could not get in, I tried to get in touch with the owner by phone and message but he was unavailable ( he did return my call later) but we were waiting outside and a maintenence man came along and let us in. We were told to bring extra toilet paper but we only brought a couple extra rolls not realizing there was only a partial roll for each of the 5 bathrooms. The cabin definitely was dusty in places and could use a good cleaning. Only 1 of the 2 arcade games was working. The hot tub never came up to temperature and the directions posted on line were not applicable to this hot tub apparently. We were told to only plug the heater in to receptacles marked in red Which we did but two circuits wete tripped which took out power in parts of two rooms at 11:30 at night, I found the breaker box outside and eventually got power restored and we never used the heaters again. Also we were advised that one of the shower doors was not operating correctly and a maintenence man would be by to fix it but he never showed up.I did give a 3 star rating because I think if these issues would be addressed the property would be much more enjoyable.

Beautiful views, comfortable beds nice common areas. Things could’ve been . Cupboards need a good cleaning both inside and out. Also it would be a little nicer to have the bottom cupboards a little more organized. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

It was a good stay. Cleanliness was not as good; spiderwebs everywhere, includes bed, front balcony totally dirty, main floor was sticky and greasy (actual floor), grill was dirty.Check was very easy. Views amazing.

Something different from the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Gameroom was great for the kids as was the hot tub. Community pool was really nice and there was plenty of room. Only negative I can think of is - it’s noisy because all of the flooring is wood but that was part of the charm! Ohhhh and the Zip lining was fantastic.

Awesome View

It was nice, but a little disappointed in some of kitchen utensils were so rusty and the cupboards that they are kept in could really use a good cleaning. It just overall could use a good dusting cleaning (windows also)over all it is comfortable, beautiful and much needed.

Weekend in the Mountains

Stayed the weekend for a wedding. Good, comfortable space. Big bedrooms. Having to go through a bedroom to get to the hot tub could be awkward. Only negative is in the winter with outside temperature in the 20's the heat pump struggled to keep inside temperature above 66 degrees. Was fine once outside temperature got above 30.

Christmas family trip

The cabin was great. We had seven adults, two teenagers and three children so we had plenty of room. The one big disappointment is the games in the game room did not work, that was a big deal. Pool table was great. I really do think in the one bathroom downstairs where you go out to on the deck needs LED lights. My husband and I stayed in that room and it was really hard to get ready because there was not enough lighting in there. We enjoyed the location and we would definitely stay at this spot again.

Views could have been Beautiful if only we had clean windows to enjoy the views

Upon arrival first thing we noticed is stairs into cabin far apart is that even code no rail on either side is that code or was it inspected ?? That is hazardous especially when coming in at evening no lights at all.Then once inside, we started smelling almost a burning mix with chemical so not for sure. It was around 6:30-7:00 pm. We were tired so we each went to our rooms we chose. Right off the bat we noticed how unclean not only our room was downstairs but how dusty going up the stairs was where maybe prettys set on a ledge. Also the shower was dark in the bedroom that was last or straight forward also door leading outvto deckwe could see a hole could be rotten any thing small like mice or spiders could come through it. The carpets were not vacuumed well. Couldn't find a broom to sweep the lady & stink bugs up by the drove.The other downstair bedroom was ok except the carpet that was a tripping hazard when entering the room, but it was kinda clean. The carpet when you step out of the shower was dirty in need of shampooing. The hall or wooden floor was dusty as was all of main level even 3rd floorThen the bug or rodent dung main levelbehind the blind then only a few blinds could be actually pulled up But all the main level windows were dirty and no cleaning products to clean windows. No broom up or down or swiffer to help elevate this problem. We called host needed a large cook we could borrow but never even heard backcheap toilet paper paper dog odor, also filthy vent

Great View

I would stay there again. Did not care for the narrow roads to get to the cabin (especially at night) but the cabin was great! The view was spectacular.

Best Family Vacation

We take a yearly family vacation, and we all said this was the best one thus far. We had 4 generations on this trip, ages 3 to 68. Views are amazing. Cabin was family friendly. Loved having the pool table and arcade games. Secluded

It really is an Amazing view!

The cabin is fantastic. The pinball machine and Pac-Man made it very festive the views really are incredible and the hot tub was Devine! The only thing is it needs a deep clean/dusting of blinds and windowsills (if you have allergies you might notice more). Put incredible view

Vacation Getaway

Cabin had wonderful views. Plenty of seating for the six of us. Two balconies had nice views. Location made it easy to get to all attractions. On the negative side, Windows and sills needed a good cleaning, and a handrail is needed for the steps leading to the front door, it is not handicap friendly.

We have been making trips to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky mountains for years. You just can't top it for a combination of Family Friendly Fun and Outdoor Activities. This is our third cabin in Grandview Resort. we also have the cabin right next door THE VIEW(340601) and THE VIEW TOO(802910)

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We search for 2 years for our first cabin and this one is just like it. It has everything we wanted A great full view of the Smoky mountains was a must. No winding or steep roads. Easy in and easy out no matter the weather. We also wanted a 4 bedroom cabin to accommodate large family groups. We also like being in a smaller development because it is more laid back an not as touristy.
