We had a wonderful stay at Maori House! From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay.

The most beautiful property I could imagine with great amenities. Felt very remote and safe and secure, and the sea access was absolutely incredible. I will note that there were only 5 bedrooms not 6 as noted in the listing but we were ok with sharing instead of spreading out as originally intended. Really a once in a lifetime stay though in an incredible place.

The house exceeded our expectations! We loved the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the pool area so much. We were a group of 9 - ages 16 to 75. The home was spotless and check in easy. Parking was spacious which was a relief as we were worried about space. The host was very quick to answer any questions I had. Many thanks for a fantastic stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa La Calcara in Maiori. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special.The incredible infinity pool and breathtaking views of the sea were truly unforgettable. We spent so much time enjoying the pool and taking in the spectacular scenery of the Amalfi Coast.The staff was professional, warm, and attentive, and they made our stay incredibly comfortable. Catarina and Rosaria did an exceptional job keeping the villa immaculate and in perfect condition throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and care made such a difference.One of our favorite experiences was having Carmela prepare dinner for us at the villa. It was honestly one of the best meals we had during our entire trip to Italy. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, and enjoying such a wonderful meal together in the villa made the evening especially memorable.The location was also ideal, with convenient access to the ferry and an easy base for exploring Maiori and the other beautiful towns along the Amalfi Coast.Villa La Calcara gave us the perfect combination of spectacular views, an amazing infinity pool, wonderful hospitality, and an excellent location. It was truly one of the highlights of our Italian vacation. We are grateful to Catarina, Rosaria, and Carmela for helping make our stay so special, and we would absolutely love to return!

Relaxing stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue with the fridge while staying and it was immediately addressed and resolved. Listing is accurate. Property is beautiful!

Amazing Family Holiday

We had an amazing stay. The Villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The views were stunning and my family had so much fun! There were 12 of us and we were all comfortable. Definitely will stay again!

My family and I stayed for a week during which we celebrated my daughter's wedding at the nearby Torre Normanna. The Villa's location was perfect and so close to everything we needed! We had such a great time and all agreed the Villa was truly magnificent! The views were stunning, the place was immaculate and we had more than enough room for our large group!!! I would highly recommend!!!

Stunning setting

Wonderful place for a family vacation. Housekeepers are there every day to make sure you are not in need of anything. The grotto is an amazing place for adventurous swimming !

Excellent location and service , stunning views , beautifully appointed property. Amazing Property

The property is located a short drive to Maiori and is directly on the coast. The views are fantastic and the pool presents as well as the pictures on line, perhaps better. An added plus are the connections the property owner has to help the stay, including contacts with taxi/transportation services and a private chef at reasonable prices.

Perfect location and property

Group of 9 extended family loved the property and the experience. Communications with the owner were prompt and helpful and the on-site property management team was cowry hospitable and friendly. We loved the central living space and the outdoor spaces including the pool and grotto. Convenient to the SITA bus stops for travel to Maiori and other towns. We were very happy with everything.

Heaven in Amalfi!

We had an incredible stay in Maiori at a beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast and the sea. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to everything to make it the ideal home base for exploring the area. The pool and the grounds were absolutely stunning—just unreal. Special thanks to Rosaria and Caterina, who went above and beyond as caretakers. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. This place truly felt like a hidden gem. Can’t wait to come back!

Dream trip

Great location on the Amalfi coast. Perfect for large group. Everyone loved it. Definitely rent a car if you are going to explore the area. Be prepared for tiny roads and Italian drivers. Great time of year to go before the crowds. Wonderful house and views are breathtaking.

family vacation

Positives-view, setting, pool, air-conditioning all great housekeepers/cooks did an excellent job. we did breakfast every morning & they cooked for us 2 evenings-they were very friendly too. Internet unreliable & downstairs bed & bath needs updated, some mattresses need replaced.

We will install Starlink for next year. That will take care of bandwidth swings that depend on the main phone we are now using. W will enlarge the downstairs small bedroom next year.

Wedding in Maiori

We came for a wedding with both families staying at the villa. The setting is gorgeous and the pool is unbelievable (the whole group spent time in the pool every day). The villa is fantastic with great views and all the amenities. The internet connectivity was a bit shaky and we did trip the power several times but the overall experience was excellent.

One of a kind property

We had a big family group and the accommodations were perfect for us. It was the end of winter and we did not get to enjoy some of the summer activities but we still had a wonderful time hiking around the property and taking in the unbelievable views. Little coastal towns were close by and without all the summer traffic we could park, shop and enjoy the local cuisine. This place is so beautiful and peaceful. It really personifies the wonderful Amalfi coast. Our hosts were kind and responded to any of our needs. Highly recommend.
