Great accommodation

Not only did Ivana prepare a lovely apartment for our stay, all of the accommodations were well thought out and were equipped as if we were at home. The location was wonderful and it was so nice to have the balcony and lovely plants. When we arrived there was a nice bowl of fruit,wine and beer. Hopefully, we will be able to come back next year to enjoy her lovely apartment.

A true gem

This apartment was the perfect spot for our 3 day trip to Dubrovnik. It is spacious, clean, and in a wonderful location. All communication with Ivana was smooth and helpful, especially her restaurant recommendations! We would absolutely stay here again during our next trip!

Perfect location

This is the perfect location in the old city, very close to everything. The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed. Host was terrific, helping to acclimate us when we arrived. Ideal rental for a couple looking to spend a few days in Dubrovnik. Highest possible recommendation!

Comfortable apartment

This apartment was very comfortable and lovely. The manager was very helpful and communicative. There was fruit, wine and beer on our arrivalthe apartment had several thoughtful items, ie sunscreen, lotion and beach towels.

A true gem in the old town!

We did a 3 night stay here. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Ivana had an immediate answer to all of our questions and was very helpful throughout or stay. The apartment was as advertised and there were no surprises. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great location with a terrace

Host was very helpful and accommodating. Met us in the evening to get us settled in. Gave us the best directions for arrival. Loved having a little terrace. Fantastic location to explore the city of stairs. Very clean and well stocked! Would stay there again

Heart of Olde Town

This apartment was located walking distance to major sights and restaurants. The check in process was the best that I have ever received. The host met us at the gate and walked us to the apartment then arranged a taxi for us to the airport the day we left. Apartment was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very centrally located in Dubrovnik's Old Town. Pros: well-furnished overall, good air-conditioning, Ivana was very helpful with respect to hiring porters and logistics of checking into the apartment.Cons: very loud music from nightclub next door that went on most nights until 2 pm or later along with crowd noise outside; unpleasant smell from the bathroom drain(s) that lingered throughout the apartment; host asking for more money after checkout even though we did final walkthrough with Ivana prior to leaving the apartment and nothing was ever mentioned why we should pay more. Also the bed is extremely hard giving back pain for days.

A True Taste of Dubrovnik

The apartment had the perfect location, very clean. The extraordinary host. Ivana, was so helpful and quick to respond. She even coordinated a car service from the airport, met us at Old Town and escorted us to the apartment. I highly recommend this place.

A fantastic apartment!

This was a great apartment, located steps away from the sights and restaurants. Ivana was a very good host. She communicated with us before our arrival and met us to show us the apartment and give us the key. She recommended restaurants and places to visit. She also arranged for us to store our luggage on our last day. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great with 2 drawbacks

The apartment is spotless, the location is perfect, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The two drawbacks are loud music from a nearby bar played most of the six nights of our stay -- sometimes until 1:30am. We turned our bedroom fan on high and that solved the problem. Also there is a foul smell that appears from time to time from the drain in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything else was what we hoped for and expected.

Fantastic

We stayed for three nights in early September and couldn’t have been happier. We were met by Ivana at the entrance to Old Town and then shown to the property (up two/three sets of easy stairs). She made recommendations of restaurants in the area and was easily contactable. Apartment is lovely with everything that you’d need and the location is amazing as you can head back for an hour or two respite during the day when the crowds get a bit too much

Dubrovnik apartment

We absolutely loved our stay. Ivana was very professional and helped us with our luggage. We loved being in the heart of the city and being able to walk everywhere. The one small but important suggestion would be to figure out a way to help with the plumbing in the bathroom. Evidently there is a smell that comes from the drain that happens at certain times of year. We were able to still enjoy our time and loved sitting on our own private balcony.

Great location in old city

Ivana the host met us in town to direct us to the property and show us in. Made helpful suggestions for dinners and things around Dubrovnik. Cold beer in the fridge upon arrival and welcome wine bottle were most appreciated. Great location in the old city. Really enjoyed the views from the outside balcony. Didn’t get to use the washing machine, but was helpful to have access to one if needed. Air conditioning was so great to come home to during the hot afternoons. Host helped us arrange parking for our rental car while staying in the old city.

A perfect spot in Old Town!!

WONDERFUL, clean, delightful place to stay in Old Town!! I traveled here with my daughter…and the host offered to arrange a ride from the airport for us, which was SO appreciated….as we were arriving at night. She met us at the entrance to the city and took us to our apartment. I was thankful we traveled with carry-ons because there were quite a few steps to get to our apartment! But it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!! This apartment was clean, full of windows and had a balcony that was fun to enjoy in the mornings. We would definitely come back here!! Croatia is absolutely beautiful and Old Town Dubrovnik is charming! This was a perfect place to stay!!!!

The perfect perch

Our 2-day stay might have been too short to see all that Dubrovnik has to offer, but the apartment and Ivana were just right. The place is spacious enough that friends came over and we played bridge at the kitchen island. Well- appointed kitchen, bathroom amenities, washing machine (!!!) and the perfect location for touring and seeing the Dubrovnik sights. PVC double paned windows kept the place quiet at night and let lots of light in during the day. Mini-split AC in the living room and one in the bedroom kept us perfectly cool. Highly recommend. Ivana helped us check in and out, and also with an emergency with a list item.

Clean, charming apartment 10 steps above the main dining area off the Stradun!

A very well located flat with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. A small balcony invites early morning coffee before the sun gets too hot! Loved the washer (and drying rack) as well as the chilled beer upon arrival! The bed is firm but comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. I stayed during a heat wave so a/c made all the difference. Also, Ivana is extremely friendly and resourceful with anything you need. I had to store my luggage the day of departure near Ploče Gate which worked well. I also bought tickets for the bus from the Cable Car to the airport. This apartment was so close to everything. I felt very safe as a single traveler which is definitely not the case at home in Baltimore! I hope to return one day. Dubrovnik is a magnificent city.

Amazing location and host!!

We had the absolute best time celebrating our honeymoon in Dubrovnik. Ivana was so attentive to all that we needed and beyond. She had fantastic recommendations for food and activities and helped us navigate the easiest ways in and out of the city which can be confusing visiting for the first time. Dubrovnik old town has many steps and she was able to meet us at the taxi drop off and show us the best way in the city with the minimum amount of climbing when we had our luggage! I would recommend arranging a taxi through her when arriving, our driver was great and knew exactly where to drop us off so we had the minimal amount of stair climbing and avoided traffic coming into town. The apartment felt like a home away from home, Ivana has fully stocked the place and thought of every detail. The location is very central to everything which was nice when we needed to take a break from the heat. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Dubrovnik and I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Wonderful venue and location

I can't imagine a nicer venue and location in old town Dubrovnik. The apartment is off a stone staircase on one of the historic alleys parallel to the main drag. Make sure to enter at the main north gate to avoid coming down long flights of steps with luggage. The property inside is incredibly well renovated. It has all the modern conveniences, but retains its old world charms. The small balcony outside has incredibly charming views in both directions. The host was fabulous, meeting us at the apartment forboth checkin and checkout. Her recommendations for activities, stores and restaurants were spot on. Be aware that you must bring your luggage a couple of hundred yards into the Old Town, plus up a narrow flight of stairs. But its worth it. The only problem we had was parking. We parked our rental car at a town parking garage a 1/4 mile away and were stunned to have the final bill be over $300 after only three days of parking.

Not a good fit for us

This apt would definitely work for some people but just not for us. The communication with Ivanna was fantastic (nice woman and very helpful) and there were a couple of thoughtful touches (wine, beer, instant coffee, fruit bowl etc etc) that were really appreciated. The apt is very clean and spacious and located in the heart of old town. However, there is a persistent unpleasant smell in the apt (aside from the bathroom which smells bc it’s an old building with old plumbing). It can get noisy at night both from diners but also there is a club close by. We opted to stay here because we had been in Croatia for over a week and we needed to do a little laundry to tide us over till we got home. The dryer that was listed is actually a drying rack so the clothes need to be hung and then placed outside to dry. Whilst we fully appreciate this is a European thing, it was not something I had planned, nor wanted to do on vacation. Whilst there is soap and shampoo and other items, they are of low quality, and there are only a few old, dried out towels for usage. The sofa and bed are both hard and uncomfortable. Given what we paid for this apt (high season) we feel we could have stayed in a 4 star hotel just outside of old town and had a more quiet and comfortable experience. My recommendation is that they upgrade the bed and bedding, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the sofa. A few upgrades would go a long way for a pair of creaky, set-in-their way old 50 year olds haha
