Luxury Villa w/Private Pool, Near Tavernas/Golf/Watersports/Horse Riding Centre

Proteus is a lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, complete with a speedy 300 mbps fibre optic internet connection and WiFi. It also boasts excellent facilities and a private swimming pool in the lovely enclosed rear garden. There is a driveway at the front with shaded private parking. The two bedrooms on the first floor open through patio doors onto the large terrace and the ground floor bedroom opens directly onto the pool terrace.

You can enjoy UK TV through our streaming system and a wall-mounted 55-inch SMART OLED Samsung TV. The streaming system gives access to hundreds of channels (UK and elsewhere) including the regular UK channels, radio channels and a video club with on-demand streaming of up-to-date films, documentaries and TV shows in several languages and genres.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer hob and oven. Outside, we have an extendable teak garden dining table and chairs, along with sunbeds. You’ll also find cool boxes, folding chairs and other picnic gear for your days out.

The Villa is also equipped with a water softening system that handles the hard local water so that you can shower and wash clothes without the hard texture and soap scum that you may usually find in Cyprus.

Pissouri Village offers fantastic views across the southern coast of Cyprus and the Troodos Mountains and is a great spot for golf, beach and sightseeing holidays. The village is lively in the evenings and has kept its Cypriot charm. Proteus is just a ten-minute walk from the village centre and its lovely paved square, where you’ll find a wide range of tavernas and bars offering a variety of food and drinks, including traditional Cypriot dishes, Italian and takeaway options. Tavernas are open from dawn until late night, so you can enjoy them all—they’re all good, serving superb food and drink and offering excellent friendly service. The Hillview Restaurant is at the highest point of the village and has a stunning dining area overlooking Pissouri Bay with views across the coast. Steak lovers must visit the Steak House restaurant close to the villa—but be sure to be hungry! Pissouri beach is a five-minute drive away.

The blue flag beach is clean and has great facilities for changing and showering, and there are some water sports centres offering skiing, jet skis, canoeing, diving and lots more.
