This serene, modern villa is set atop 8-acres of fruit groves, including Dragon Fruit, from which the modern style villa derives its name. The property boasts impressive panoramic 'WOW' views of North County San Diego. The secluded grounds provide a peaceful environment for families and guests.

Dragon Point Villa is an exclusive vacation lodging property, and is not available as an event and/or wedding venue. VRBO/Home Away is a vacation lodging platform, and parties/events are banned on most vacation rental platforms due to varying state & county laws regarding events held in residential zones.
Weddings & events are not permitted in San Diego County residential zones.

An outstanding villa and surroundings!

We really enjoyed our family reunion at Dragon Point Villa 16-18 July 2018. Every corner of the villa is extra ordinary and can't be better. you find everything you need in the living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and the beautiful sitting areas allover the trace and roof. the 8-Acre surrounding is piece of art. The manager of the villa, Alan Hsu, was very welcoming, friendly and extremely cooperative. I recommend the villa for large groups as well as for romantic couples looking for none forgettable memories. Awatif AA, UAE

Amazing amazing amazing!!!

My family and I celebrated the 4th of July here. It was honestly magical. The views and the house itself are unreal. Plenty of room for the kids to frolic around. It was also a set up for an engagement for myself and my now fiancee. It couldn't have been a more perfect setting. Alan was a key player in the setup and kept everything hush hush and I couldn't have pulled it off without you. It will be a week our family will never forget. When people say that pictures don't do it justice... That totally applys to this location. I know right! Because the pictures are beautiful but honestly being there is on another level. We are in love with this place and it is on another level. Looking forward to possibly planning a wedding here Alan. Thank you for all you did to make this moment special!!!

One word, Magical

This place is truly magical and one of a kind. Alan was easily accessible and a pleasure to work with. Thank you DragonPoint Villa for far exceeding our expectations and made our special night even more spectacular.

Beautiful stay

It was a most gorgeous house . Wonderful experience for our family visiting from india . Alan was very helpful and responsive and I would recommend this place to all and everyone I know . Very tastefully decorated . Thanks to Mr francis and family . Wish we could stay more on Sunday to enjoy the afternoon but we understand they had other guests .

Breathtaking Property!

The property is amazing! I recently rented it for my immediate family to stay for my wedding a few miles away, and also to host our rehearsal dinner. The backdrop for the rehearsal dinner couldn't have been better. Almost 360 degree views above everything and complete privacy. They provided all tables, chairs, table cloths, place settings and lights for the event. More than adequate parking with two separate parking lots as you ascend the private driveway. Alan was super responsive and attentive to all my needs, both before and during my stay. The house itself is spacious, unique and immaculate with modern en suite bathrooms for every room. Everyone that attended the event was in awe of the property!
