These clients were absolutely horrible. There were 2 or 3 cockroaches which entered through the roof skylight when they opened it. The Manager attended within 30 minutes of being contacted, they refused to let him him, they them told VRBO they were leaving which they did not, they complained strongly to VRBO who after viewing our video evidence did not uphold their complaint and refused them any kind of refund. It is our belief that they had booked our apartment in a rural area and as they did not have a car did not want to be in such an area. We have no control over what clients write and can only take comfort in the fact that these people will not return. Estos clientes eran absolutamente horribles. Las comodidades no se comparten con nadie más y no lo fueron durante su estadía.
