IMG ACADAMIES are 3 mins away and the beaches of Anna Maria Island are merely 10 minutes drive along Cortez Road with their spectacular white powder sand are a beauty always remembered. From Bradenton you have easy access to Sarasota which is the culture capital of Florida with museums, theater, exhibitions and ballet. Busch gardens is just an hour away and Disney and Orlando Parks two hours drive. Shopping is plentiful with Desoto Mall and Ellenton Prime Outlet Village a must for bargain hunters of all ages. Many Heritage centers are available to explore both historic and natural sites with super walks and photo opportunities. Many restaurants available locally by walking or numerous within a five minute drive to suit all tastes and pockets.
Theme Parks:
Conveniently situated for Gulf Beaches and access to BUSCH GARDENS which is an hours drive north on the I75.. Orlando with Disney...Universal... Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. No issues at all. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful place to stay

We only have wonderful things to say. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. Owners were amazing and quick to respond if we had any questions. Well equipped with all you need to make your stay enjoyable. We appreciated the beach chairs and coolers provided by the owners.

Exactly as expected. Nice amenities, including pool, hot tub, tennis courts and sports court. Close proximity to beaches, IMG and other destinations. Owners extremely responsive. Would stay here again.

Loved this Place!

Rented this property to watch my son play baseball at IMG. Perfect location, just down the road from IMG and close enough to the beach(20min drive). Property was clean, newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Loved that they provided bath and beach towels, extra blankets, pillows, beach chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of space for 4 people. My son even used the dumbbells to squeeze in a quick workout. It was a perfect 3 day getaway with the family. The screened in porch was a bonus too! This place was perfect.

Great updated condo

The condo was as pictured updated well maintained. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, extra blankets and pillows! The only things I would like to recommend to make it an great stay would be to replace the roll down shade in the master bedroom its not very easy to keep down after a few tries we did get it to stay down. The room gets very bright I suggest maybe replacing that or add room darkening shade or curtains. Location is great close to beaches and shops. Thank you!

as easy as it could be

owners were great. We used a keypad to access the room that was great we never lost a key. The condo was close to the pool and club house . The room was extremely clean and updated and had everything we needed . beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. There was 2 grocery stores with in walking distances .......Cant wait to go back again.... only hope this unit will be available

Wonderful Condo

This condo offered everything we needed and more for our family vacation. (Besides being next to the ocean;) but it was not a far drive to the island. The condo was located so close to plenty of stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Publix is where we shopped, prices were fair and they had whatever we needed, and their pre-made sandwiches were so good!! We unfortunately did not use the swimming pool because we drove to our friends house near the ocean every day and they had a private pool. This pool looked nice though! Our boys did play basketball although they had to reserve it. It a was pretty quiet community. The condo itself; was very nice (better than the pictures) and so spacious, the kids had their own room and own beds and they shared a bathroom. That closet had hangers for their clothes as well as beach stuff in case you forgot yours (we had brought all of our stuff but honestly we could of left it all at home because they had everything!) and the dresser was nice for them to keep their clothes in as well. The hall had a washer and dryer, a closet with some cleaning supplies/equipment, and a shoe container that held all of our shoes (yeah we over packed and seriously had so many shoes) it was nice keeping them out of sight;) The bathrooms had drawers to keep all of our stuff off the counters which I appreciated and there were hair dryers in each bathroom. The master bedroom was a perfect size, king size bed was nice and firm (although the pillows were terrible….bring your own) there was a dresser and a walk in closet that we took advantage of for our stuff. The closet had all kinds of things in case you are in need of a playpen, iron/ironing board, extra blankets, pillows, plenty of hangers, air mattress, other things! The shower was very nice and there was a linen closet that kept our extra towels in. The lanai was off the master and the living area, it was nice to sit out there and drink coffee and eat breakfast in the morning (it was screened in which was nice). The living area was nice and a good size as well as the sofa. The dining area was a good size and it was all decorated cute and more modern. The kitchen was very nice and seriously had it all! They had everything you could ever need to be honest. The cabinets and drawers were full of stuff (including a blender, coffee maker, crockpot, electric tea kettle, etc…) You will want to buy paper towels, foil, ziploc bags, extra garbage bags, and coffee though. Pantry was a plus!

Lovely property!

Super Comfortable

The property was really nice. and clean. Had everything we needed for a dinner in and for our trips to the area beaches. Easy access with a lock box for the condo keys so no hassle check in and check out was a huge plus. Would consider again if we come back for another visit!!!

Great spot for a young family

The place was spacious and the property has well-kept pools to use for the kids. The owners were nice and easy to work with. It’s not too far from Cortez which has some great places to eat. I’d recommend bringing a couple extra pillows with you to make sleeping more comfortable.

Beautiful condo, Great location

This is a beautiful condo conveniently located by everything you could possibly want. Perfect size for a family or just a couple wanting to get away. Two pools, tennis court, basketball half court and the condo has a nice screened in porch to enjoy just sitting outside. Just a short drive to many beaches, little shops and restaurants. So nice to have everything we needed for the beach in the closet too!

Very Nice Condo at Shorewalk

We had an enjoyable stay at Shorewalk. The condo we rented was well equipped, with very nice furnishings. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The location within the resort was close to the pools, courts and club house. We would very much like to have an opportunity to rent from Avdo & Lilliana in the future.

Great Place to Stay

After a bumpy start with the key entry system, which the owners promptly took care of, we had an enjoyable stay. The condo is pleasantly decorated and it appears that the owners are continuing to make updates to it. The countertops need to be replaced, but I’m sure the owners plan to do that. Everything was very neat and clean, which we appreciated. They have very nice dishes and silverware and glassware. Adequate pans and sufficient skillets. You can easily entertain in this condo and additionally spread out to the lovely lanai. Location was prime and you could drive to places like Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle and movie theaters easily and without hassle. My husband said the heated pool and hot tub was great. The people in the community were very pleasant and friendly, and this made our stay nice. The grocery store is within walking distance. There is a movie theater two blocks away. Also, there is a miniature golf course not too far away. There are lots of restaurants in the area and out on the island. Our favorites were People in Palmetto and Bridge Street Bistro (upscale) just over the Cortez Bridge on Holmes Island. We can easily recommend this condo.

Everything we needed!

My family and I are from Virginia and we stayed here for 5 nights during the 4th of July week and it was perfect! The place was neat, super clean, and very well equipped. I didn't have to buy any plates or cleaning supplies. They had everything! They even had things to take to the beach or pool such as chairs, pool noodles, and an umbrella. They had plenty of clean towels and the washer/dryer was great to have. My four girls loved it here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The location is close to many beautiful beaches and near so many stores/restaurants! They have two great pools and other features at the clubhouse. The owners were very polite and answered any questions I had fast. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!!

Great vacation

Thank you for a great stay. The home was very clean and bright and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts at Shorwalk. The unit is in a nice well maintained neighborhood, very close to great restaurants and minutes from Anna Maria Island. We really enjoyed our vacation and want to come back in the future.

Great location and amenities for a great winter

This is our 2nd year renting this condo and we have already committed to 2015, the space, location, as well as amenities are all perfect for us. The condo is well stocked and having a washer dryer in the unit is definitely an asset. The owner is accomodating and readily answers any questions we had. We have met some incredible people and sure look forward to coming back.

We hope you will enjoy our holiday home as much as we do.
Our condominium is approximately 1250 sq ft in size which is perfect for two couples or a family but not too large for one couple. We have installed a telephone with unlimited North America Long Distance calls which you can use FREE OF CHARGE. Also we have installed WI-FI in the condo which is also FREE OF CHARGE.
The two bedrooms and two full baths are nicely furnished with comfortable sofas. Lounge, master bedroom and a second bedroom have a TV.
The facility enables you to cook and eat in.
You can enjoy your coffee or tea on your lanai or relax on the deck by the clubhouse or swim in one of the two warm swimming pools just steps from the condo.
You can play table tennis or pool or play a game of tennis on one of the two courts.
Publix and Aldi stores are around the corner and other retail outlets with eateries and Cinema all within short walking distance.
