Beautiful Tranquil 3 bed 2 bath Villa with large Private pool 5 min from Lindos

Dear Laura, Thank you for your review which, we must admit, it left us baffled. Overall, we feel it is not a fair representation of the villa and the the proof to how we feel is the numerous previous reviews which gave us excellent ratings. Which made us trully wonder if there was an alterior motive to your comments and your 3 star rating. Also, just to address your points: 1. The bedrooms are of a standard UK double size with king size beds and large wardrobes for guest convenience and with balconies. The twin bedroom in particular is of above average size. In any case, your review makes no mention of the comfortable living room, large and fully stocked kitchen and the lovely outdoor areas which most people use on a summer holiday. There also seems to be no appreciation that the villa enjoys two bathrooms (including one shower and a bath tab), something which not every 3 bedroom villa offers. 2. Tabs get affected by the extreme humidity, something we can not unfortunately control but we replace them as and when necessary. 3. Pool steps - the main steps are solid cement steps. Presumably you mean the ladder steps at the deep end. We can ask our maintenance team to look into that but the main steps were there to use of course. 4. Aircon units - 2 out of 5 units are brand new with plans to replace the others soon. We do not however feel that they are so noisy to disturb one's sleep and it is worth mentioning that, unlike some other villas, there is no restriction on air con use or additional charge. 4. Cats - If you read our joining instructions email and the villa manual, we ask guests not to encourage them to come to the villa by feeding them. Most guests however enjoy them and love having them around, we are sorry that you did not feel like that but cats are part of holidaying in Greece! 5. Lastly, we are continuinously updating the villa and, although some parts could do with modernisation (something which we already embarked on by updating all outside pergolas, raising walls, etc), we pride ourselves in presenting the villa nicely decorated, very clean and offering everything a family would need to feel they're home from home. And quite importantly, we believe it offers great value for money, especially considering the large pool and lovely gardens. In a nutshell, while we respect your views, we are disappointed that they are not accurate and seem to be unbalanced. We wish you well in finding something more suitable to your needs in the future.
