The main farmhouse accommodates 10 people, providing a cozy and spacious setting ideal for all types of getaways. The Farmhouse Kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, two dishwashers, and a Viking range, perfect for preparing large meals for any occasion. The Great Room, featuring a grand fireplace and dining space for 24, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for memorable dinners and cozy evenings. The porch adds seating for 22 guests, with comfortable couches and chairs perfect for relaxing and soaking up the serene surroundings.

The renovated barn bunkhouse, accommodating up to 12 guests, spans two floors and includes a second full kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This space also features unique touches like a pinball pull-out couch, a cozy wood stove, and two bathrooms, providing a comfortable and inclusive environment for all guests, including those with accessibility needs.

Surrounded by stunning views, walking trails, and an orchard, Orchard Place is an inviting destination for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The heated Olympic-sized pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, is nestled among apple and pear trees, creating a picturesque setting for swimming and sunbathing. Outside of these dates, pool availability is weather-dependent, ensuring the best experience for all visitors.

While WiFi is available, guests are encouraged to disconnect and immerse themselves in the natural beauty surrounding them. Enjoy hiking the trails, reading a book, or observing local wildlife, including deer, birds, and the occasional coyote. Whether you're watching a beautiful sunrise, enjoying a picnic with stunning country views, or exploring the nearby Finger Lakes wineries and lakes, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Orchard Place is impeccably maintained and fully renovated, making it an ideal venue not only for romantic escapes and getaways with family and friends but also for weddings, bachelorette parties, reunions, and other special events. The property can host up to 150 people for events, with a minimum 4-night rental required and a wedding fee of $1,500. A 4-night minimum for any booking during the Cornell Commencement weekend is required (any event booking under 4 nights will be declined/canceled)
