2 Master Suites Beach Villa with Heated Pool/Spa Private Community

Reviews on homeaway.COM. Our Villa (detached house) is nestled in a very private deed restricted community. Our Villa boasts four bedrooms (two of them suites) and a den, besides the great room with huge vaulted ceilings, the very large kitchen, separate dining area and a Den. A heated swimming Pool/Spa on the covered Lanai & private garden + fruit trees. It has all the needed amenities such as 3 full bathrooms, a washer/dryer room, PC + High Speed Internet, phone Cable etc. Every room has large screen plasma TV/DVD Player. Under 4 miles to the Beach (actual feet in the sand), and just 3.2 miles to 5th Avenue South. All else is walk to. Everything provided even beach lounges.

Subzero built in 48 inch side by side refrigerator, GE monogram PRO double ovens, Wolfe 36 inch cooktop, European Bosh dishwasher, are the appliances.

The kitchen cabinetry was custom made just for us on the spot. Two tone with white uppers with chocolate glaze, and cherry lowers. The cabinets are taller for comfort and there are only deep drawers so no need to get on the floor to dig for lower pots and pans. Adorning the cabinetry is exotic granite (called TajMahal).

The home is professionally decorated and contains many pierces of commissioned art, and antiques.

Some of the designer names you will find in our home include, Ralph Lauren, Armani Casa, Theodore Alexander, Maitland Smith, Christopher Guy, Marge Carson, Century custom made Top leather seating, Baker, Robb & Stucky and more. There is crystal by Swarovski, Waterford, and Mouth blown Italian crystal. The lighting both inside and out was done by a famous lighting artist.

Custom Italian floors, Imported front entrance medallion, Spanish imported tile works, custom lighting by one of the premier lighting artists in Naples.
