Location cannot be beat. Be sure to secure windows at night. It will block all noise. And you must check out the Thai restaurant across the way- Sawadee. You will not be sorry. We love Nice and if we’re back we’ll stay here again.

Apartment is in a great location with tons of restaurants and shops just outside the door. It was clean and cool regardless of the heat outside. We also appreciated the host waiting a bit longer for check in since airport customs was very busy. Overall it’s a great place to stay for a trip to the French Rivera!

As said by all other travellers, the location of this property is 5/5. Absolutely in the heart of the Old Town surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants etc. Linda was incredibly helpful with ideas, suggestions and communication was super-quick and clear to understand. The best host we've experienced for sure.The property is exactly as described / shown in the photos. There is no air con due to the age of the property but the floor standing fans kept us comfortable even though the temperature outside was in the high 30s. We had a fab 3 nights here - a great base to explore. We visited Menton, Antibes, Eze and Villefranche-sur-Mer which were all lovely in their own ways.Would definitely visit again Thank you Linda and colleagues for everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent, in the old town, but very close to the trams and buses of the Nice public transport system. There are many boutique shops and restaurants just around the corner. Small supermarkets, bakers etc within a short walk. The market and seafront are only 5 minutes away.

We had a great stay at Mark and Linda’s place. Dorine was very helpful with checkin and help throughout the stay. The communication was smooth. The location was absolutely perfect. Not too deep into the old town, flat ground, close to the tram, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is so full of life!We faced issues with the internet during our stay that Dorine and Linda tried hard to solve. It seemed the whole area was facing network issues as we had issues with cellular service as well. Our main concern was limited to the kitchen. The dishes were not cleaned properly. The non-stick pan was peeling, the spatula was melted, and knives almost too blunt to use. Overall we had a great experience. Our true rating would be 4.5/5. Highly recommended!

Lovely little apartment

Lovely little apartment in an ideal location for exploring Old Town. Excellent restaurants close to hand and a short walk to the promenade. If we returned to Nice we would not hesitate in booking again.

I have only one complain, the lighting is poor in the bathroon, one lamp under the kitchen cupboard to be replaced ålso one loft bulp to be replaced.As I have been in the flat several times, I am obviously happy with the flat.

Excellent location, fully equipped kitchen. Right in the middle of restaurants and shops. This accommodation even had a beach bag, towels, beach umbrella, beach mats, etc. Everything you need.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed so much about this apartment! There was plenty of space for the two of us in this nicely decorated place. We liked being close by to the castle as well as restaurants and cafes. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted in 20 minutes or less.

Amazing Stay in Nice

We loved our stay in Linda's home; the property management people were extremely responsive in their communication, and made the checkin/checkout experience very smooth. The home is in a great area, and we were able to easily get around town from the home. I would highly recommend - thanks Linda and all!

This place is wonderful! Beyond just the basics, it’s got lovely decor and charm that make it feel comfortable and welcoming. My partner and I stayed for 7 nights, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The location was fantastic as well—right in the middle of the shops, restaurants, cafes of Old Nice and just a few minutes from the beach. The tram stop was also very close, so it was easy to get to/from the train station and airport. I highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay again!

Location location location

I had a wonderful stay at this property tucked in the heart of old town Nice. It was perfect for my weekend getaway, I loved the easy walkability of the neighborhood, lots of great food options nearby, and close to the rest of Nice while feeling a world away. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. The property was so cute and cozy, and it had everything I needed.

Great stay. Very good communication and met by live person… a plus for us.We usually avoid old town stays but this had great location and for an older building nice kitchen, bath and lots of hot water. Some street noise but just from cafe/restaurants. Internet and tv very good. Good washing machine. Would recommend

We loved the apartment in the old part of Nice. The location was perfect. If you like everything within walking distance, this is a great spot. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make some great meals. We would consider going back.

Winter escape

I stayed for a month in this lovely apartment in the heart of old Nice escaping the Canadian winter. The hosts and the property manager were very accessible and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

The location is great, an easy walk from the bus or tram stop nearby. The fans made the late-July heat bearable. The one thing missing was a way to do my recycling that didn't involve a walk to Victor Hugo (where I knew I'd find bins).

Great authentic location in the heart of the old town Nice. Little bit loud at times at night, no air conditioning in the summer, might be a bit hot for some people. My partner would have liked a full length mirror. Otherwise a wonderful spot with all the necessities included in the apartment

An absolute gem!

This wonderful apartment was very well maintained and comfortable for 2 people. You could easily sleep 3. Charm is flowing throughout the entire place. The neighborhood is unbeatable. You step out into what looks like a movie set. It is a 3 minute walk to the daily farmers market and 1 minute walk to the beach. I would not stay anywhere else when I return to Nice. The owners communicate quickly. Overall one of the best locations that I’ve stayed in!

Au coeur du Vieux Nice

The location of this property is perfect, in the old district named "Le Vieux Nice". It is also central for the transports (tramway and railway station). The flat is comfortable. We advised the manager to put on the heater one night in advance to have the optimum temperature. We were in this flat in february and it was so pleasant to enter this warm apartment at the end of the afternoon after visiting the region. For us it was a very good address ; this is my conclusion

Location was incredible. It was in the heart of Nice. Easy walking distance to every important attraction. The apartment is very old . Bed was very uncomfortable and did not have a top bed sheet . I have been traveling for the past 3 months in Europe by far this apt was not up to my standards.
