The villa is in a nature environment where relax and peace are it's main values. Fantastic scenic views. Perfect for hiking.
Ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom with en suite bathroom which is accessed from the porche with private entrance.
The front door leads to an inner hall. To the left there is a shower room. To the right a bedroom with two single beds, with access to the porche.
Heading in you'll find the open kitchen and the roomy dinning room.
Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor, that comprises of a comfortable lounge area with smart tv. Furthermore there is a master double bedroom with access to a big veranda with table and chairs. Ideal for private sunbathing, the bedroom features a private WC and a spectacular open plan bathroom, equipped with power shower and Jacuzzi bath for two persons, from here an enormous picture window overlooks the beautiful open countryside. All bedrooms have been fitted with air conditioning.
A superb swimming pool / Jacuzzi with sunbathing area and dinning table.

Villa was the perfect base for our week in Pollensa. Lovely pool and a great amount of outdoor space for the kids to play.It had everything we needed, was very clean & Paula was really quick to respond with any queries. We loved it!

Lovely week

The pool was lovely, definitely the best we have stayed in, stunning views from the pool too. You will need a car. The Vila had everything we needed. We had a lovely week.

Cozy Finca, nicely located, great service

We spent our easter break at the finca, which is cozy, quiet, and nicely located at the bottom of the Tramuntana mountains, close to the city of Pollenca. The house has three bathrooms, three bedrooms, air-conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and large garden with a BBQ area. Communication with the rental agency was easy. Paula is very responsive, whenever there was a question or something else needed, she responded immediately to solve it. We will definitely come again. The finca is highly recommended.

Six of us and a baby had a wonderful holiday using the villa as our base. It had just about everything we needed or wanted.We spent most of our time 'at home' around the pool, which is a delightful area overlooking the gardens and the mountains beyond. It is a decent size and very clean with good sun beds; a great place to relax.Inside the villa the bedrooms are comfortable, with air-conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, good cooker and fridge-freezer and sufficient, if not plenty, of all that is needed for cooking and dining. There is a good washing machine and clothes line.The covered terrace was where we ate our meals, because it has such wonderful views. It was a great place to play games in the evening. Parking was easy in the field next to the villa.We enjoyed going into the historic town of Pollenca (10 minutes drive), where we spent a lot of time exploring, shopping and eating. There are many lovely places to visit in less than an hour.Our only criticisms of the villa were small and did not in any way spoil our holiday. A dressing table would be useful in the smallest bedroom, as would parasol bases by the pool. Quite a lot of light bulbs were not working.All in all, we had a wonderful vacation at the villa. If you want a peaceful time, where all you can hear is birdsong, frogs and crickets, this is your place. That, combined with access to the wonders the Island has to offer, make it an ideal holiday home.

Beautiful villa near Pollenca

We loved the space in the villa. It had three really good size bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was really well equipped and the upstairs sitting room was a nice respite from the heat outside. The best bit was definitely the pool and the surrounding gardens which were beautiful. It’s probably the best pool we’ve had on a rental villa. The location was also perfect for us. Very rural and very quiet, but close enough to Pollenca old town for meals out. Unfortunately, for us, there were a few maintenance issues during our stay. The air-conditioning didn’t work and the shower in the master bedroom leaked all over the floor. The property manager did rent us some fans on day 4 of our one week stay, which worked, but it is definitely something that needs fixing for future guests. The property manager, Paula, was very helpful and communicated really well over WhatsApp with us. We appreciated that she let us have a late check out to make up for the lack of air-conditioning. My only comments in terms of things that could be improved on are that Mosquito guards on the windows would have been helpful as we couldn’t open the windows in the evening because of the mosquitoes. Also some sun parasols in the garden would have been appreciated. There is a shelter that can accommodate 2/3 Sun beds but it’s not really enough and it’s in a fixed position. We would definitely return to this villa again though, as you can’t beat the location and the pool. We loved it.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Leicht in die Jahre gekommenes aber immer noch sehr schönes Objekt etwas außerhalb des Ortes. Großzügiges, von den Nachbarn kaum einzusehendes Grundstück. Einziges Manko: Unser Mietwagen (Seat Leon /4 Personen) hat in der (Garten-)Einfahrt aufgesetzt. Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter.

ruhig und wunderschön gelegen, mit tollem Pool

Positiv: sehr ruhige Lage, absoulte Privatsphäre, wunderschöne, grüne Umgebung, toller gepflegter Garten, der grosszügige Pool mit Whirlpool ist ein absolutes Highlight, der Kontakt mit Paula ist unkompliziert, schnell und angenehm. Verbesserungspotential: mit verhältnismässig wenig Aufwand könnte das Wohlbefinden noch deutlich gesteigert werden: kaputte scharfkantige Fliesen auf Terrasse und Pool stellen ein Verletzungsrisiko dar, ein Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre schön, die Einfahrt ist so ausgewaschen und uneben, dass einige Autos aufsetzen, Mückennetze über den Betten wären schön.

Eine sehr schöne Finca mit super Ausblick aber...

Wir waren zu viert in der Finca. Die Finca hat ein super Platzangebot und zu jedem Schlafzimmer gab ei ein Bad was wir sehr genossen haben. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und jeder Gast lässt noch diverse Gewürze zurück. Hie fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist mega gross, einfach Toll. Bei der Beschreibung ist zwar alle genau beschrieben (die Fotos sind bestimmt schon 10 Jahre alt denn hier sind einige Bäume noch nicht zu sehen) aber dann sollte auch alles funktionieren. Die Gegenstromanlage im Pool wird zwar hervorgehoben, funktioniert jedoch nicht. Auch wäre es schön gewesen wenn die Poolbeleuchtung funktoniert hätte. Im ganzen gibt es einige Reparaturen wie z. B. gebrochene Fliesen am Pool und auch Terasse die mal repariert werden müssten. Die Einfahrt ist so ausgewaschen das man mit einem voll beladenem Auto mitdem Bodenblech aufsetzt. Im ganzen haben wir trotz der notwendigen Reparaturen unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Very pleasant villa

Lovey villa situated in a quiet spot but 10 mins drive from Pollenca and the local supermarket. Great pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable bedrooms. Everything was as we expected, if not better. Paula was fabulous as we had a power cut one evening and she sent an electrician who arrived straight away.

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette propriété. La maison, le jardin, la piscine : tout est conforme à la description. La situation est idéale à proximité de Pollença, tout en étant au calme et entouré de nature.

Super Entspannung in toller Finca

Wir hatten ein paar sehr erholsame Tage in der ruhig gelegenen, herrlichen Finca, sodass auch der kurzzeitige Kaelteeinbruch mit der notwendigen zusätzlichen Beheizung des Ofens nur eine kleinere Behinderung darstellte. Gleichzeitig wurden wir immer online betreut und erhielten bei Anfragen schnelle Antworten. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Skøn villa på landet

Skønt skønt hus i dejligt område. Poolen er dejlig og har en god størrelse. Balkon ovenpå er dejlig at kigge stjerne på om aftenen. Haven velholdt og huset veludstyret, men vi kunne godt ha brugt lidt flere håndklæder.

Schöne Finca, aber …..

Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nur Kleinigkeiten an der Finca zu kritisieren. Zum einen sollte man, wenn man z. B. um 9 Uhr frühstücken möchte, die Kaffeemaschine um 7 Uhr einschalten. Dann ist der Kaffee eventuell um 9 Uhr durch. Zum anderen gibt es am Pool keine Sonnenschirme und auch sonst keinen wirklichen Schattenspender. Ein wenig unverschämt fanden wir, dass man uns empfahl, als wir nach einem Sonnenschirm gefragt haben, selbst einen zu kaufen. Die Finca ist sehr schön und der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Den Mietwagen sollte man am Besten auf dem Grundstück rechts neben der Finca parken, da man zum Einen zum schließen des Schiebetores sehr viel Kraft braucht und zum Zweiten die Ausfahrt durch dieses Tor sehr eng ist.

Eine schöne Woche zum Relaxen

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Finka, nette Atmosphäre und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist alles ohne Probleme verlaufen und das Highlight ist definitiv der Pool mit dem Whirlpool und das eine wunderbare Zimmer mit einer Whirlbadewanne, wo man im Dunkeln draußen die Sterne genießen kann :-)

Excellent séjour

La maison comme son équipement sont conformes à la description. L’environnement est superbe : un peu excentrée et très calme avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, la maison bénéficie d’un grand jardin avec de beaux arbres et sans jardin direct. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, et avons apprécié le contact de l’hôte : à l’écoute et reactif.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt, den wir sicher wiederholen. Die Vermieter sind verbindlich, freundlich und fragen alle paar Tage nach dem Wohlergehen ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Perfekt! It has been a super pleasant stay, which is to repeated for sure. The landlords are reliable, friendly and ask from time to time for feedback and wishes.Perfect!

Great place on a great island

We had a really great stay here in april. The description and the other comments give a good overview so I am not going into that. Finding the villa was not a problem at all because coordinates and a description where provided. We loved the location. In april the pool was a bit too cold for longer swimming sessions but in the summer this is the perfect pool with beautiful views all around. We hoped our covid test would have been positive to be able to stay longer :-)

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Lediglich die Einfahrt ist etwas holprig... Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Surrounded by mountains

The property is in a picturesque setting, pretty much surrounded by mountains, but this, of course, means that it takes time to get anywhere. It is a pleasant walk into Pollenca, but is very dark when returning. Fine for us, but others may not enjoy such a walk. Traditional furniture makes for an interesting stay, but some things do need attention to add to comfort. Joan is an excellent manager and was always prompt in replying when we needed assistance.
